Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides an automatic cleaning device for a filter screen of a primary filter of a process air conditioner, including: the water supply device comprises a box body, a control unit 20, a water inlet pipe 30, a water inlet electromagnetic valve 40, a water outlet pipe 50, a water outlet electromagnetic valve 60, a water spray pipe and a support frame.
The box body is provided with a side wall, the upper side of the side wall is provided with a water inlet, and the lower side of the side wall is provided with a water outlet; the water spraying pipe is positioned in the box body, and a plurality of water spraying holes are formed in the water spraying pipe; the water inlet pipe 30 passes through the water inlet to be connected with the water spraying pipe, and the water outlet pipe 50 is connected with the water outlet; the water inlet electromagnetic valve 40 is arranged on the water inlet pipe 30, and the water discharge electromagnetic valve 60 is arranged on the water discharge pipe 50; the support frame is arranged in the box body and used for placing the filter screen; the water inlet solenoid valve 40 and the water discharge solenoid valve 60 are connected to the control unit 20, respectively.

According to the automatic cleaning device, an operator only needs to place the filter screen on the support frame, then the control unit 20 controls the water inlet electromagnetic valve 40 to be opened, and the water spraying pipe can automatically spray water to the filter screen, so that the filter screen is cleaned, and the cleaned filter screen is very clean. In the cleaning process, the labor intensity of operators is greatly reduced, the cleaning efficiency is higher, and the cleaning degree is also higher.
In an alternative embodiment, the sprinkler tube includes a first tube 70, a connecting tube 71, and a second tube 72; the connection pipe 71 is connected between the first pipe 70 and the second pipe 72.
The first conduit 70 and the second conduit 72 are diagonally distributed; the first duct 70 and the second duct 72 are both parallel to the side walls of the tank and perpendicular to the bottom wall of the tank; the plurality of water jet holes are evenly distributed on the first pipe 70 and the second pipe 72. By providing the first and second ducts 70 and 72 with the first and second ducts 70 and 72 being located at different positions, the filter screen can be washed from multiple angles, thereby increasing the cleanliness of the filter screen.

In addition, the water spraying holes on the first pipeline 70 and the water spraying holes on the second pipeline 72 are arranged in a staggered mode, so that water sprayed out of the first pipeline 70 and the second pipeline 72 is more dispersed, and the water paths sprayed out of the first pipeline 70 and the second pipeline 72 are staggered, so that water can be sprayed to different positions of the filter screen respectively, and the filter screen can be cleaned better.
In an optional real-time mode, the support frame can rotate to drive the filter screen to rotate; the filter screen has a first face and a second face that are oppositely disposed. The water jets located on the first conduit 70 direct the water toward the first face of the screen; the water jets located in the second conduit 72 direct water toward the second side of the screen. The water from the orifices in the first conduit 70 exerts a first force on the first side of the screen and the water from the orifices in the second conduit 72 exerts a second force on the second side of the screen, the first and second forces being in opposite directions; the first force and the second force may drive the support frame to rotate.
One of the first surface and the second surface is the front surface of the filter screen, and the other is the back surface of the filter screen. That is, while the first conduit 70 is flushing the front side, the second conduit 72 is flushing the back side; while the first conduit 70 flushes the back side, the second conduit 72 flushes the front side.
Specifically, the first force and the second force drive the supporting frame to rotate, and then: the center of the first duct 70 and the center of the second duct 72 form a connecting line, the connecting line coincides with a diagonal line of the box, and the first center normal and the second center normal respectively form an angle with the connecting line. The first central normal line and the second central normal line respectively form an included angle with the connecting line, so that the direction of the first force generated by the water sprayed from the water spraying holes on the first pipeline 70 and the direction of the second force generated by the water sprayed from the water spraying holes on the second pipeline 72 and the filter screen are deviated from the connecting line. The filter screen is divided into two parts by the rotation axis, the two parts are respectively a first part and a second part, wherein a first force acts on a first surface of the first part, a second force acts on a second surface of the second part, and the first force and the second force are opposite in direction, so that the first force and the second force can drive the filter screen to rotate.
As can be seen, the water from the nozzles of the first conduit 70 and the water from the nozzles of the second conduit 72 are directed toward the first and second sides of the screen, respectively, and the first and second forces drive the screen to rotate, thereby cleaning the screen more completely.
In an alternative embodiment, the support frame comprises a rotating shaft and four support frames 80; one sides of the four support frames 80 are respectively fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, and the four support frames 80 are uniformly distributed along the rotating shaft; one filter screen is placed on each of the four support frames 80.
The automatic cleaning device for the filter screen of the primary filter of the process air conditioner further comprises a driving part 81, and the driving end of the driving part 81 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft; the control end of the driving part 81 is connected with the control unit 20; the control unit 20 controls the driving part 81 to rotate the rotation shaft, which rotates the four support frames 80. After the end of the screen washing, the control unit 20 controls the driving part 81 to continue to rotate the rotating shaft to dry the screen.
In this embodiment, by providing four support frames 80, and the four support frames 80 are uniformly distributed along the rotation axis, one filter screen can be placed on each support frame 80, thereby cleaning four filter screens at the same time. And, since the driving part 81 can drive the supporting frame 80 to rotate, the filter screen rotates along with the supporting frame 80 during the washing process, so that the filter screen can be sprayed from multiple angles to increase the cleaning effect. In addition, after the washing is finished, the driving part 81 can also continue to rotate with the rotating shaft, so that the filter screen can be dried, the whole cleaning efficiency can be increased, and the whole cleaning period can be shortened.
Specifically, a bearing 107 is provided at the bottom of the bottom case 10, and the rotating shaft is mounted on the inner diameter of the bearing 107; in addition, a shallow groove is formed at the bottom end of the rotating shaft to install a snap spring 105, and the snap spring 105 can support the bearing 107 to prevent the support frame 80 from sliding downwards. The excircle of bearing 107 is inlayed on bearing 107 cover, then utilizes stainless steel screw and under casing 10 fixed, can realize the installation of bearing 107, can also set up bearing support cover 106 in the bottom outside of under casing 10 to protect and support bearing 107. The driving part 81 may be a driving motor, a belt pulley 103 is connected to the bottom end of the rotating shaft, and the belt pulley 103 is connected to the driving shaft of the driving motor through a transmission belt 102, so that the rotating shaft can be driven to rotate.
In an optional real-time mode, the driving part 81 is positioned outside the box body, and a rotating shaft extends out of the box body and is connected with the driving end of the driving part 81; a sealing member 82 is provided between the rotary shaft and the casing. The driving part 81 is arranged outside the box body, so that the driving part 81 can be prevented from being wetted, and the failure probability of the driving part 81 is reduced; since the driving member 81 is disposed outside the housing, the rotation shaft needs to extend outside the housing to be connected to the driving member 81, and the sealing member 82 is disposed to increase the sealing performance of the housing and prevent water leakage from the housing.
The sealing member 82 may include a rubber sealing seal and a copper bushing 104 inside the rubber sealing seal, and then the sealing member 82 and the rotation shaft may be tightly coupled by a tension spring, thereby increasing sealing performance.
In an optional real-time mode, the box body comprises a bottom box 10 and a cover plate 11, wherein the cover plate 11 covers the bottom box 10 to seal an inner cavity of the bottom box 10; the cover plate 11 is provided with a transparent viewing window 12. The cover plate 11 is arranged, so that the inner cavity of the box body can be exposed and sealed conveniently, and the filter screen can be placed and taken out conveniently by operators. Optionally, the transparent observation window 12 can be made of organic transparent glass, the transparent observation window 12 is arranged, the cleaning condition of the filter screen can be observed by operating personnel, the cleaning time can be adjusted according to the cleaning degree, the filter screen can be cleaned by utilizing the minimum resources, and the resources are saved. For convenience of operation, a handle may be further provided on the cover panel 11, and the handle may facilitate opening and closing of the cover panel 11.
In a selectable real-time mode, the automatic cleaning device for the filter screen of the primary filter of the process air conditioner further comprises: a detergent container 90 and a detergent solenoid valve 91; the detergent solenoid valve 91 is connected to the control unit 20. The detergent solenoid valve 91 is disposed at an opening of the detergent container 90; the opening of the detergent container 90 communicates with the water inlet pipe 30. The control unit 20 controls the detergent solenoid valve 91 to be opened so that the detergent container 90 supplies the detergent to the water inlet pipe 30 through the opening.
The detergent is added into the water inlet pipe 30, so that the detergent flows into the first pipeline 70 and the second pipeline 72 along with the water feeding process of the water inlet pipe 30, and the filter screen is cleaned by the detergent, and the cleaning effect is improved.
In a selectable real-time mode, the automatic cleaning device for the filter screen of the primary filter of the process air conditioner further comprises: a wash timer 92 and reminder; the washing timer 92 is disposed on the sidewall of the cabinet and connected to the control unit 20; the reminder is connected to the control unit 20. The washing timer 92 sends a timing instruction to the control unit 20, and the control unit 20 controls the opening time of the water inlet solenoid valve 40 and the opening time of the water discharge solenoid valve 60 according to the timing instruction; after the filter screen is cleaned, the control unit 20 controls the reminder to send out prompt information.
This washing timer 92 can be convenient for the operation personnel to select needs abluent time, increases the operation convenience, and the reminiscences can be reminding equipment such as bee calling organ or flashing light, and this reminiscences can remind operation personnel filter screen to wash the end, need not the operation personnel and look over whether wash the end in real time, has increased the operation convenience.
In a selectable real-time mode, the automatic cleaning device for the filter screen of the primary filter of the process air conditioner further comprises: a drying timer 93; the drying timer 93 is connected to the control unit 20. After the filter screen is cleaned, the drying timer 93 sends a drying command to the control unit 20, and the control unit 20 controls the driving part 81 to rotate the rotating shaft according to the drying command. This drying timer 93 can be favorable to the operating personnel to set up drying time, has increased the operation convenience.
