Abstract

本发明适用于养殖技术领域,提供了一种丰年虫酶浆及其制备方法,按质量份数包括:丰年虫10~65份、豆粕5~45份、麸皮1~15份、米糠1~3份、玉米粉1~10份、能量物质5~15份、生物制剂0.1~3份、水10~40份。本发明制备的丰年虫酶浆,在酶解和生物发酵作用下将大分子蛋白等有机质分解成小分子状态的蛋白、多肽、氨基酸等易吸收的营养物质,含有维生素A、D、E、B1、B2和钙、磷、钠、镁、硒等多种矿物质,具有很好的诱食性。能改善水产养殖动物的肠道功能,促进消化吸收,提高免疫力和抗应激能力。本发明原料来源广、成本低、工艺简单,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,制备得到的丰年虫酶浆不含任何化学添加剂和抗生素,安全环保,使用方便。

一种丰年虫酶浆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明适用于养殖技术领域,具体而言涉及一种丰年虫酶浆及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国在世界水产养殖和水产品需求占据重要位置,在水产养殖中,主要以人工投喂活体饵料和配合饲料为主。活体饵料常常会携带致病菌;配合饲料配方中一般多以鱼粉、虾壳、豆粕为主,很难满足水产养殖动物对营养的需求,浪费多、使用率低、污染重、使用效果差,并容易导致水产养殖动物生长速度慢、体质弱、抗病抗逆能力差,严重制约水产养殖产业的发展。国内对水产营养方面的研究,一般都是针对某一个品类,不具有广泛的适应性,另外在配方营养与加工工艺均不理想。
对丰年虫酶浆、水产饵料、水产添加剂等进行检索,在专利《一种养殖对虾幼体的微胶囊开口饵料及其制备方法》(申请公布号CN103125764 A)中,公开了一种养殖对虾幼体的微胶囊开口饵料,以酶解大麦虫浆、鱼粉、虾糠为主要原料制成。该饵料的获得需要均质,工艺复杂,成本高。《一种石斑鱼全价配合饲料》(申请公布号CN108402285 A)中公开了一种石斑鱼全价配合饲料,采用鱼粉、发酵豆粕、面粉等为主,在饲料中加入复合维生素、复合免疫增强剂、强肝剂等各种添加剂,共17种成分。该发明成分复杂,成本高。《一种幼年河蟹专用营养饲料》(申请公布号CN103005183 A)中公开了一种幼年河蟹专用营养饲料,以粉碎秸杆、米糠粉、螺旋藻粉、雨生红藻为主,还添加多种维生素和免疫多糖以达到补充营养的作用。该发明以微藻为主要饵料来源,产品成本高,不利于推广应用。而且这三个发明是针对单一品类的水产,不具有广泛的适应性。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种丰年虫酶浆及其制备方法。本产品的蛋白源组合以诱食性很强的丰年虫为主,配合豆粕,经过酶解和发酵后,能改善水产养殖动物的肠道功能,促进消化吸收,使肠道菌群稳定,提高免疫力和抗应激能力。不添加任何化学物质、抗生素。天然、环保,使用方便。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种丰年虫酶浆,所述丰年虫酶浆原料按照质量份数包括:丰年虫10~65份、豆粕5~45份、麸皮1~15份、米糠1~3份、玉米粉1~10份、能量物质5~15份、生物制剂0.1~3份、水10~40份。
进一步,所述丰年虫为运城盐湖生长的丰年虫。
进一步,所述能量物质为红糖、葡萄糖、糖蜜中的一种或几种。
进一步,所述生物制剂为产朊甲丝酵母菌、乳酸杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、凝结芽孢杆菌、地衣芽胞杆菌、双岐杆菌的一种或几种。
本发明还提供一种丰年虫酶浆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按比例将豆粕、麸皮、米糠混合,在75℃~80℃下,熟化20~30分钟,得到混合物A;
(2)将混合物A用粉碎机进行粉碎,过80目~100目筛,得混合物B;
(3)将水加热至85℃保持20分钟,降温至40℃以下,待用;
(4)将丰年虫在70℃~75℃进行灭菌,降温至35℃以下,磨碎待用;
(5)将混合物B与步骤(4)所得丰年虫、能量物质、生物制剂按比例混合均匀,加入发酵罐,在25~35℃下发酵24~72小时,得到丰年虫酶浆产品。
本发明的有益效果
1、本发明蛋白源的组合以丰年虫为主,丰年虫体内具有多种消化酶,包括蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶和纤维素酶,可以将配方中的大分子有机质在酶解和生物发酵的作用下分解成小分子状态蛋白、多肽、氨基酸等更易吸收的营养物质。
2、本发明提供的丰年虫酶浆产品中含有丰富的钠、钙、磷、镁、硒等多种矿物质微量元素和维生素AD、维E及B族维生素,不含任何营养添加剂和抗生素,营养全面,能促进生长,诱食性好。
3、本发明采用酶解和发酵工艺制得的丰年虫酶浆,含有多种有益菌,不仅提高饲料的利用率,而且能够改善水产动物的肠道功能,促进消化吸收,使肠道菌群稳定,提高免疫力和抗应激能力,
4、本发明原料来源广,成本低,工艺简单,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,有利于水产养殖业的健康发展。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
实施例一:
一种丰年虫酶浆及其制备方法,按质量份数包括:丰年虫15份、豆粕30份、麸皮10份、米糠3份、玉米粉5份、能量物质10份、生物制剂1份、水37份。
实施例二:
一种丰年虫酶浆及其制备方法,按质量份数包括:丰年虫30份、豆粕30份、麸皮3份、米糠1份、玉米粉10份、能量物质8份、生物制剂2份、水16份。
实施例三:
一种丰年虫酶浆及其制备方法,按质量份数包括:丰年虫58份、豆粕20份、麸皮2份、米糠1.5份、玉米粉1份、能量物质2份、生物制剂0.5份、水15份。
上述一种丰年虫酶浆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按比例将豆粕、麸皮、米糠混合,在75℃下熟化20~30分钟,得到混合物A;
(2)将混合物A用粉碎机进行粉碎,过80目筛,得混合物B;
(3)将水加热至85℃保持20分钟,降温至40℃以下,待用;
(4)将丰年虫在75℃进行灭菌,降温至35℃以下,磨碎待用;
(5)将混合物B与步骤(4)所得丰年虫、能量物质、生物制剂按比例混合均匀,加入发酵罐,在30℃下发酵48小时,得到丰年虫酶浆产品。
本发明所述的丰年虫酶浆已经通过具体的实施例进行了描述。本领域技术人员可以借鉴本发明的内容适当改变成分组成与配比等环节来实现相应的其他目的,其相关改变都没有脱离本发明内容,凡在本发明创造的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明创造的保护范围之内。

1.一种丰年虫酶浆,其特征在于:所述丰年虫酶浆原料按照质量份数包括:丰年虫10~65份、豆粕5~45份、麸皮1~15份、米糠1~3份、玉米粉1~10份、能量物质5~15份、生物制剂0.1~3份、水10~40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的丰年虫酶浆,其特征在于,所述丰年虫为运城盐湖生长的丰年虫。
3.根据权利要求1所述的丰年虫酶浆,其特征在于,所述能量物质为红糖、葡萄糖、糖蜜中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的丰年虫酶浆,其特征在于,所述生物制剂为产朊甲丝酵母菌、乳酸杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、凝结芽孢杆菌、地衣芽胞杆菌、双岐杆菌的一种或几种。
5.一种根据权利要求1所述的丰年虫酶浆的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)按比例将豆粕、麸皮、米糠混合,在75℃~80℃下,熟化20~30分钟,得到混合物A;
(2)将混合物A用粉碎机进行粉碎,过80目~100目筛,得混合物B;
(3)将水加热至85℃保持20分钟,降温至40℃以下,待用;
