In the straight-swinging insertion type grounding switch provided by the embodiment, when the operating mechanism 6 drives the grounding knife bar 1 to swing towards the static contact 2, the moving contact swings into the guide channel until the moving contact is matched with the elastic buffer 12 in an elastic jacking manner and rotates to a proper position, then the grounding knife bar 1 moves upwards along a straight line, is inserted into the contact finger cylinder 16 under the guidance of the guide sleeve 15 and is in conductive contact with the static contact finger 9, and the switching-on operation of the grounding switch is completed. During opening, the moving contact linearly exits the contact finger cylinder 16 and then reversely leaves the lower guide housing 11 along the guide channel.
Because the elastic buffer part is arranged at the closed end corresponding to the guide channel, the elastic buffer part can directly generate elastic impact with the moving contact, and effective buffering and energy absorption are realized, so that the speed of the moving contact can be quickly reduced. And the elastic buffer piece arranged at the closed end is only used for the forward impact of the moving contact, so that strong scraping can not occur, and excessive abrasion to the moving contact is avoided.
The invention provides a straight-swinging plug-in type grounding switch, which comprises the following specific embodiment 2:

the difference from example 1 is mainly that: in embodiment 1, the elastic buffer member is detachably fixedly mounted in the groove using a fastening bolt. In this embodiment, the rubber part as the elastic buffer part can also be inserted into the groove in a tight fit manner, and at the moment, the rubber part is not easy to fall off accidentally because the rubber part is forced to be pressed into the groove by the impact force frequently received by the rubber part.
The invention provides a straight-swinging plug-in type grounding switch, and the specific embodiment 4 thereof is as follows:
it differs from example 1 mainly in that; embodiment 1, the elastic buffer member is detachably fixedly installed at the closed end of the guide passage. In this embodiment, the rubber element as an elastic buffer element can also be adhesively fixed in the corresponding recess, in which case the removal is not very convenient.
The invention provides a straight-swinging plug-in type grounding switch, and the specific embodiment 5 thereof is as follows:
the difference from example 1 is mainly that: in embodiment 1, the mounting plate is fixedly attached to the lower guide cover via a fastening bolt as well as to the upper cylinder. In this embodiment, the mounting plate is fixedly assembled with only the upper cylinder portion, and at this time, the rubber member may be detachably fixedly mounted at the closed end of the guide passage using a fastening screw.
The invention provides a straight-swinging plug-in type grounding switch, and the concrete embodiment 6 is as follows:
the difference from example 1 is mainly that: in embodiment 1, a guide sleeve for guiding the movable contact to be inserted into the contact finger cylinder is disposed below the contact finger cylinder of the upper cylinder portion, and the guide sleeve is a self-lubricating sleeve. In this embodiment, the structure of the upper barrel and the components therein can also refer to the structure in the license publication No. CN211404313U, as long as the elastic buffer room is provided at the closed end of the guide channel.
In the embodiment of the stationary contact of the grounding switch provided by the present invention, the structure of the stationary contact of the grounding switch in the embodiment is the same as that of the stationary contact in the above-mentioned straight-swinging plug-in type grounding switch embodiment 1, and details are not repeated here.
Of course, in other embodiments, the structure of the fixed contact of the ground switch may also adopt the fixed contact structure in any one of embodiments 2 to 6 of the straight-swinging plug-in type ground switch, and will not be described herein again.

1. A static contact of a grounding switch, comprising:
the upper cylinder part (5) extends along the vertical direction, and is internally provided with a static contact finger (9) which is used for conducting and inserting matching with a moving contact of a grounding cutter bar (1) of the straight swinging plug-in type grounding switch;
the lower guide cover (11) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the upper cylinder part (5), the lower guide cover (11) is provided with a guide channel which extends along the radial direction of the upper cylinder part (5), one end of the guide channel is an open end and is used for allowing a moving contact of the grounding cutter bar (1) to swing and enter, and the other end of the guide channel is a closed end and is used for being matched with the moving contact jacking stop to limit the swing stroke of the grounding cutter bar (1);
the movable contact device is characterized in that an elastic buffer piece (12) is arranged at the closed end in a protruding mode, and the elastic buffer piece (12) is arranged towards the guide channel and used for being in elastic jacking fit with a movable contact which swings into the guide channel to enable the movable contact to buffer and decelerate.
2. Stationary contact of a grounding switch according to claim 1 characterized in that said elastic buffer (12) is a rubber.
3. The stationary contact of claim 2, wherein said elastomeric bumper (12) is removably and fixedly mounted to the closed end of said guide channel.
4. A stationary contact of a grounding switch according to claim 3 characterized in that said elastic buffer (12) is removably and fixedly mounted at the closed end of the guide channel by means of a fastening bolt (13).

The static contact of the earthing switch according to claim 4, characterized in that a mounting plate (7) is fixedly assembled on the upper cylindrical portion (5), and the fastening bolt (13) penetrates through the lower guide cover (11) and is fastened and assembled with the mounting plate (7).

The static contact of the earthing switch according to claim 5, characterized in that the mounting plate (7) is an L-shaped structure, and comprises a horizontal plate portion (71) and a vertical plate portion (72), the horizontal plate portion (71) and the top end of the upper cylinder portion (5) are fixedly assembled, and the vertical plate portion (72) and the fastening bolt (13) are fixedly assembled together.

The static contact of the earthing switch according to claim 6, characterized in that a first locking nut (131) is screwed on the fastening bolt (13), the first locking nut (131) is located outside the lower guide housing (11), and the fastening bolt (13) and the lower guide housing (11) are fixedly assembled together by the first locking nut (131); and a second locking nut (132) is screwed on the fastening bolt (13), and the fastening bolt (13) and the mounting plate (7) are fixedly assembled together by the second locking nut (132).

The static contact of the earthing switch according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that a contact finger cylinder (16) is fixedly arranged in the upper cylinder portion (5), a plurality of separation slits are arranged on the contact finger cylinder (16) to form a plurality of said stationary contact fingers (9), a ring platform (17) is arranged in the upper cylinder portion (5) below the contact finger cylinder (16), the ring platform (17) forms a central hole, a guide sleeve (15) is fixedly arranged at an upper end opening of the central hole, and the guide sleeve (15) is used for guiding the moving contact to be inserted into the contact finger cylinder (16) along a straight line upwards.
9. Stationary contact of a grounding switch according to claim 8 characterized in that said guide sleeve (15) is a self-lubricating sleeve.
10. A straight-swinging plug-in earthing switch comprising:
the grounding cutter bar (1), the grounding cutter bar (1) is provided with a moving contact;
the static contact (2) is used for being in conductive insertion fit with the moving contact;
the grounding switch static contact is characterized in that the static contact (2) adopts the grounding switch static contact as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
