Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel heating device which improves the heating efficiency, reduces the energy consumption and shortens the heating time.
Therefore, the heating device provided by the invention comprises a box body and a drying tunnel, wherein a heating component and a product storage part are arranged in the drying tunnel, the box body is provided with a box inlet for placing a product into the product storage part and a box outlet for removing the product out of the product storage part, the heating component and the product storage part circularly move in the drying tunnel between the box inlet and the box outlet, and an air outlet of the heating component is aligned with the product storage part in the moving process;
the heating assembly is fixed on a first circular track capable of doing circular motion, the product storage part is movably connected on a second circular track capable of doing circular motion, the circle center of a track circle formed by the motion of the product storage part is positioned on the central line of the first circular track, and the angular speeds of the motion of the first circular track and the second circular track are the same; the product storage part keeps horizontal in the motion process, and the air outlet of the heating assembly is aligned to the product storage part, so that the heating assembly rotates around the product storage part in the rotation process to enable the product to be heated in a balanced mode.
By adopting the technical scheme, the heating device can be provided with two parallel second circular rails, the product storage part is a hanging basket, and the hanging basket is movably connected to a cross rod fixed between the two parallel second circular rails; the product storage part can also be provided with a hole, a bearing with a ball is arranged in the hole, the bearing is movably connected with a cross rod fixed between the two parallel second circular tracks, and the cross section of the cross rod is circular.
Furthermore, the cross section of the first circular track is an isosceles trapezoid with a wide outer part and a narrow inner part, the first circular track is clamped by a plurality of clamping parts fixed on the box body, rollers are arranged on two sides of each clamping part, the roller surfaces of the rollers are clamped on the inclined surfaces of the first circular track, the first circular track is tightly matched with driving wheels, the driving wheels are driven by motors fixed on the box body, and the second circular track can be driven by motors arranged on the box body or the rack.
Furthermore, the heating component comprises a heating barrel, a fan, a heating resistor and an air outlet, wherein the fan, the heating resistor and the air outlet are sequentially arranged in the heating barrel and driven by a motor.
Furthermore, the drying tunnel includes the heating zone and cooling zone, annular circular telegram conductor is installed to the heating zone, heating cylinder bottom is equipped with conductive contact, wherein, when the heating element moves to the heating zone, conductive contact can form the electrical contact with annular circular telegram conductor, when the heating element leaves the heating zone, conductive contact and circular telegram conductor disconnection.
Furthermore, the electrified conductor is provided with a groove, and the bottom of the heating cylinder is provided with a conductive convex strip matched with the groove.
The electrified conductor can also be arranged in the insulating arranging groove, a spring is arranged between the bottom of the arranging groove and the electrified conductor, and the bottom of the heating cylinder is provided with a conductive convex strip matched with the electrified conductor.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows:
(1) the heating device and the product storage part in the drying tunnel move together, and the air outlet of the heating device is always aligned with the product storage part, so that hot air sent out by the heating device is concentrated on the product instead of idling in the heating device, and the heating efficiency of the heating device is improved;
(2) the drying tunnel comprises a heating area and a cooling area, wherein products are conveyed from a box inlet to a box outlet, after the products are taken from the box outlet, a product storage part returns to the box inlet from the cooling area, and the next circulation is continued.
(3) The heating assembly is provided with the first circular track and the second circular track, the air outlet of the heating assembly rotates around the product at a certain speed in the heating process when the heating assembly and the product rotate at the same angular speed, for example, the heating assembly rotates from the left side of the product to the position right above the product from the box inlet to the highest point of the circular drying channel, and the heating assembly gradually rotates from the position right above the product to the right side of the product in the running process from the highest point of the circular drying channel to the box outlet, so that the balance of the product in the heating process is ensured, and all areas of the product can be heated in a relatively balanced manner, and the quality of the product is ensured.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. In which like parts are designated by like reference numerals. It should be noted that the terms "front," "back," "left," "right," "upper" and "lower" used in the following description refer to directions in the drawings, and the terms "bottom" and "top," "inner" and "outer" refer to directions toward and away from, respectively, the geometric center of a particular component.
Referring to fig. 1, the heating device of the present invention includes a rectangular box 1 and a drying tunnel 2 in the box 1, the drying tunnel 2 is circular or annular, a plurality of heating assemblies 3 and product storage portions 4 corresponding to the heating assemblies 3 one by one are installed in the drying tunnel 2, a box inlet 5 for placing a product into the product storage portion 4 and a box outlet 6 for removing the product from the product storage portion 4 are formed in the box 1, the box inlet 5 and the box outlet 6 are communicated with the drying tunnel 2, the heating assemblies 3 and the product storage portions 4 circularly move in the drying tunnel 2 between the box inlet 5 and the box outlet 6, wherein the number of the heating assemblies 3 and the number of the product storage portions 4 are the same, and the air outlets 304 of the heating assemblies 3 are aligned with the product storage portions 4 in the heating process.
In the above embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the heating element 3 is fixed on the first circular rail 7, the cross section of the first circular rail 7 is an isosceles trapezoid with a wide outer part and a narrow inner part, the first circular rail 7 is clamped by a plurality of clamping parts 9 fixed on the box 1, pulleys 10 are respectively fixed on two sides of the clamping parts 9, the inclined surfaces 11 of the first circular rail 7 are clamped by the wheel surfaces of the pulleys 10, the clamping parts 9 are clamped by the pulleys 10 and the inclined surfaces 11 of the first circular rail 7, so that the first circular rail 7 is fixed in the box 1, and the pulleys 10 can roll on the inclined surfaces 11 of the first circular rail 7, thereby not limiting the first circular rail 7 from rotating around the center of the circle; the first circular track 7 is closely matched with one or more driving wheels 12, the driving wheels 12 are driven by a motor 13 fixed on the box body 1 to roll, the first circular track 7 is driven to rotate by the friction force after the driving wheels 12 roll, obviously, the driving wheels 12 can also be gears, the first circular track 7 can be provided with insections matched with the gears, and the motor 13 drives the gears to drive the first circular track 7 to rotate. The product storage part 4 is movably connected on a second circular track 8 which can do circular motion, the second circular track 8 can comprise a plurality of radial support rods, one end of each support rod is fixed with the second circular track 8, the other end of each support rod is fixed with a shaft sleeve arranged at the circle center of the second circular track 8, each shaft sleeve is connected with a shaft, each shaft can be movably connected on the box body 1 or arranged on a rack 14 shown in figure 6 in the box body 1, each shaft is driven to rotate by a motor 13 fixed in the box body 1, each shaft drives the second circular track 8 to rotate, the circle center of a track circle 16 formed by the motion of the product storage part 4 is positioned on the central line of the first circular track 7, the angular speeds of the first circular track 7 and the second circular track 8 are the same, when an air outlet 304 of any heating assembly 3 is aligned with the corresponding product storage part 4 at the initial position, because the angular speeds of the first circular track 7 and the second circular track 8 are the same, the air outlet 304 of the heating element 3 can be kept aligned with the product storage position during the movement process, and the hot air delivered by the air outlet 304 can be diffused in a certain radial direction after leaving the air outlet 304, so that the air outlet can be ensured to cover the surface of the product stored in the product storage position. In the present embodiment, the first circular track 7 is disposed outside the second circular track 8, and the radius of the first circular track 7 is larger than that of the second circular track 8, obviously, the first circular track 7 may also be disposed inside the second circular track 8, and in this case, the radius of the second circular track 8 is larger than that of the first circular track 7, and the rotation mode of the second circular track 8 may be interchanged with that of the first circular track 7.
In the above embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 3, for the convenience of taking and placing, the product storage part 4 may be located on the same plane as the inlet 5 and the outlet 6, the heating device may have two parallel second circular rails 8, the product storage part 4 is a hanging basket, the hanging basket is movably connected to a cross bar 15 fixed between the two parallel second circular rails 8 through a connecting rope, the movable connection between the hanging basket and the cross bar 15 mainly serves to ensure that the product and the hanging basket are always kept horizontal under the action of gravity during the rotation of the second circular rails 8 so as to prevent the product from falling off, in the technical scheme, the circle formed by the movement track of the product storage part 4 and the circle center of the second circular rails 8 are not located on the same straight line, the circle center of the second circular rails 8 should be shifted upwards when being installed, so that the track circle 16 of the product storage part 4 is concentric with the first circular rails 7, in this embodiment, the second circular rails 8 are distributed on two sides of the product storage area, so that interference on taking and placing of the product is avoided, and the product taking and placing are facilitated. Referring to fig. 5, the product storage portion 4 may also be provided with a hole 17 and a bearing 19 having a ball 18 at a middle portion of the product storage portion 4, and the cross bar 15 is movably connected to the product storage portion 4 through the hole 17 and the bearing 19, in which case the cross bar 15 is a smooth-surfaced round bar and the second circular track 8 is concentric with the first circular track 7. In the above embodiments, the air outlet 304 of the heating element 3 is aligned with the product storage portion, and also rotates around the product storage portion in the rotating process, so as to facilitate the balanced heating of the product, in other embodiments, the product storage portion 4 and the second circular rail 8 may be fixed, and a fixing member, such as an elastic clip or another fixing member in the prior art, is disposed inside the product storage portion 4, so as to ensure that the product does not drop along with the rotation process of the second circular rail 8, and the surface of the product may be covered by the fixing member to some extent, which may have a certain influence on the heating effect.
As described above, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 7, the first circular track 7 may be disposed on the outer side of the second circular track 8, in a conventional design, the first circular track 7 and the product storage portion 4 may be generally located on the same plane, which is more advantageous for improving the heating efficiency of the heating assembly 3 on the product, but there is a problem that the first circular track 7 blocks the product storage portion 4, which affects the taking and placing of the product, and a more advantageous solution is to dispose the first circular track 7 on the inner side of the second circular track 8; or the first circular track 7 is arranged at a certain distance from the product storage part 4, and the defect is that the heating component 3 is obliquely aligned with the product storage part, the improved scheme is that on the basis that the first circular track 7 is at a certain distance from the product storage part 4, the first circular track 7 fixes the extension rod 20 above the product storage part 4, and the heating component 3 is fixed on the extension rod 20 opposite to the product storage part 4.
In the above embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the heating assembly 3 may include a heating tube 301, a fan 302 driven by the motor 13, a heating resistor 303 and an air outlet 304 sequentially installed in the heating tube 301, and a wire connecting the motor and the heating resistor, wherein the heating tube 301 is installed in the installation hole 27 of the first circular rail 7.
In the above embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the drying tunnel 2 includes the heating area 201 and the cooling area 202, the heating area 201 is a section of the drying tunnel 2 that runs from the product storage portion 4 to the box outlet 6 from the box inlet 5, the heating area 201 is installed with the annular energized conductor 21, the bottom of the heating barrel 301 is provided with the conductive contact, wherein, when the heating element 3 runs to the heating area 201, the conductive contact can form an electrical contact with the annular energized conductor 21, when the heating element 3 leaves the heating area 201, the conductive contact at the bottom of the heating barrel 301 is disconnected from the energized conductor 21, the heating element 3 is powered off and stops working, and the heating element 3 starts cooling.
In the above embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the current-carrying conductor 21 has the groove 23, the bottom of the heating barrel 301 has the conductive rib 22 matching with the groove 23, when the heating element 3 moves to the heating area 201, the conductive rib 22 is snapped into the groove 23, which can prevent the heating barrel 301 from being out of contact with the current-carrying conductor 21 during operation to stop the operation of the heating element 3 and affect the heating efficiency.
In the above embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the electrified conductor 21 may be installed in the installation slot 24 of the arc-shaped insulating block 26, a spring is installed between the bottom of the installation slot 24 and the electrified conductor 21, the bottom of the heating barrel 301 has the conductive protruding strip 22 matching with the electrified conductor 21, the installation of the electrified conductor 21 in the insulating installation slot 24 may reduce the risk of electric leakage or electric shock, the electrified conductor 21 and the conductive protruding strip 22 are in elastic contact, and the spring gives the electrified conductor 21 and the conductive protruding strip 22 an elastic force, which is beneficial to the stable contact between the electrified conductor 21 and the conductive protruding strip 22.
