Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a scaffold, in particular to a movable lifting scaffold with an automatic function.
Background
The scaffold is a working platform which is erected for ensuring that each construction process is smoothly carried out. The scaffold is divided into an outer scaffold and an inner scaffold according to the erected positions; the scaffold can be divided into a wood scaffold, a bamboo scaffold and a steel pipe scaffold according to different materials; the scaffold is divided into a vertical rod type scaffold, a bridge type scaffold, a door type scaffold, a suspension type scaffold, a hanging type scaffold, a lifting type scaffold and a climbing type scaffold according to the structural form;
different types of engineering construction select scaffolds with different purposes. The bridge support frame uses the bowl to detain the residence of scaffold, also has to use portal scaffold. The number of fastener scaffolds used for the main structure construction floor scaffold is large, and the longitudinal distance of the scaffold upright rods is generally 1.2-1.8 m; the transverse distance is generally 0.9 to 1.5 m.
Compared with the common structure, the working condition of the scaffold has the following characteristics:
1. the load variation is large;
2. the fastener connecting node belongs to semi-rigidity, the rigidity of the node is related to the quality of the fastener and the mounting quality, and the performance of the node has larger variation;
3. the scaffold structure and the members have initial defects, such as initial bending and corrosion of rod pieces, large setting size error, large load eccentricity and the like;
4. the connection point with the wall has larger constraint variation to the scaffold. The study of the above problems lacks of systematic accumulation and statistics, and does not have the condition of independent probability analysis, so that the value of the structural resistance multiplied by an adjustment coefficient less than 1 is determined by calibrating with the safety factor adopted in the past. Therefore, the design method adopted by the specification is essentially semi-probabilistic and semi-empirical. The scaffold meets the construction requirements specified by the specification, and is a basic condition for design and calculation;
since the movement work involved in using the scaffold is often required to move the scaffold from the shelf up and down to the ground, pushing the scaffold, this method is cumbersome and impractical.
