Background

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a dustproof and waterproof structure in a computer, so as to solve the problems in the background art, the dustproof and waterproof structure can control the on-off of an electromagnet when the computer is powered on, and can open and close an upper heat dissipation hole, a rear heat dissipation hole and a front heat dissipation hole through the interaction of the electromagnet and a magnet, so that the heat dissipation is convenient, dust is prevented from entering the interior of a box body, and the fault probability of the computer is reduced.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a dustproof and waterproof structure in a computer comprises a case, foot pads, a storage box, an electromagnet, a collection bin, a water collection bin and an elastic plate, wherein the foot pads are arranged at four corners of the bottom of the case, a side plate is arranged at one side of the case through screws, heat dissipation holes are formed in the top of the case, rear heat dissipation holes and front heat dissipation holes are respectively formed in two sides of the case, the storage box is fixedly arranged at one side of the front heat dissipation holes, the electromagnet is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the storage box, the collection bin is arranged at one side of the electromagnet, a vertical rod is movably arranged in the storage box through a spring, the spring is arranged on the outer side of the storage box, the magnet is arranged at the bottom end of the vertical rod, fixing rods are fixedly arranged on the vertical rod at equal intervals, fixing rod chutes are formed, one side of fixed plate has the regulating plate through axis of rotation movable mounting, the one end movable mounting of regulating plate has the movable rod, the one end slidable mounting of movable rod is in the inside of dead lever spout, the one end of dead lever is provided with the brush, one side of storage box is provided with the filter screen, limiting plate and dwang movable mounting are passed through at the top of the inboard of machine case at the elastic plate, the one end of elastic plate links to each other with the top of montant is fixed, the through-hole has been seted up to corresponding position department on the elastic plate, connecting rod fixed mounting is passed through to the bottom of through-hole has the sump, the bottom of sump has the hose through delivery port fixed mounting, the one end of hose.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a limiting rod is disposed at the bottom of one end of the fixing rod at the bottom, and one end of the limiting rod is disposed inside the collecting bin.

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the present invention provides a technical solution: a dustproof and waterproof structure inside a computer comprises a case 1, foot pads 7, a storage box 8, electromagnets 9, a collection bin 10, a water collection bin 21 and an elastic plate 25, wherein the foot pads 7 are installed at four corners of the bottom of the case 1, a side plate 5 is installed at one side of the case 1 through screws, an upper heat dissipation hole 2 is formed in the top of the case 1, rear heat dissipation holes 3 and front heat dissipation holes 4 are respectively formed in two sides of the case 1, the storage box 8 is fixedly installed at one side of each front heat dissipation hole 4, the electromagnets 9 are fixedly installed at the bottom of the storage box 8, the collection bin 10 is arranged at one side of each electromagnet 9, a vertical rod 12 is movably installed inside the storage box 8 through a spring 23, the spring 23 is arranged outside the storage box 8, the magnets 11 are installed at the bottom end of the vertical rod 12, fixing rods 13 are equidistantly and fixedly installed on the vertical rod 12, and a fixing, the inside equidistance of preceding louvre 4 is provided with fixed plate 17, there is regulating plate 16 one side of fixed plate 17 through axis of rotation movable mounting, there is movable rod 15 one end movable mounting of regulating plate 16, the one end slidable mounting of movable rod 15 is in the inside of dead lever spout 14, the one end of dead lever 13 is provided with brush 18, one side of storage box 8 is provided with filter screen 19, the top of the inboard of quick-witted case 1 is through limiting plate 24 and dwang 26 movable mounting at elastic plate 25, the one end of elastic plate 5 and the top of montant 12 are fixed and are linked to each other, the corresponding position department on elastic plate 25 has seted up through-hole 27, the bottom of through-hole 27 has sump 21 through connecting rod fixed mounting, the bottom of sump 21 has hose 22 through the delivery port fixed mounting, the one end of hose 22 and collection storehouse 10 are fixed and link to each other, can open and close last louvre, back louvre and preceding louvre, conveniently dispel the heat to quick-witted case 1's inside, dust gets into quick-witted case 1's inside when preventing not using, can collect the water that gets into quick-witted case 1 inside through sump 21, and the inside of collecting bin 10 is gone into to the water of collecting simultaneously, prevents to collect the heat dissipation that the inside dust of bin 10 rises influence quick-witted case 1.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a limiting rod 20 is disposed at the bottom of one end of the fixing rod 13 at the bottom, and one end of the limiting rod 20 is disposed inside the collecting bin 10, so as to limit the vertical rod 12 and improve the stability of the vertical rod 12 during the lifting process.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the brush 18 is disposed right above the collecting bin 10, and the brush 18 contacts with one side of the filter screen 19, so that dust on the filter screen 19 can be cleaned and enter the collecting bin 10, thereby improving the heat dissipation effect of the chassis 1.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a dust screen 6 is installed inside the upper heat dissipation hole 2 and the rear heat dissipation hole 3 to prevent dust from entering the inside of the cabinet 1.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the inner side of the front heat dissipation hole 4 and the top of the fixing plate 17 are provided with a slot, and one end of the adjusting plate 16 is disposed inside the slot, so as to conveniently seal the front heat dissipation hole 4 and prevent dust from entering the inside of the chassis 1 through the front heat dissipation hole 4.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the number of the limiting plates 24 is 4, a sliding groove is provided on the limiting plate 24, and the elastic plate 5 is installed inside the sliding groove, and can limit the position of the elastic plate 5 and control the direction of the elastic plate 5.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the elastic plate 25 is disposed inside the upper heat-radiating hole 2 and the rear heat-radiating hole 3, the rotation levers 26 are symmetrically disposed at both sides of the inside of the cabinet 1, the elastic plate 25 is disposed between the rotation levers 26, and the rotation levers 26 can limit the position of the elastic plate 25, thereby facilitating the movement of the elastic plate 25.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the number of the water collecting bins 21 is 2, and both sides of the inside of the water collecting bins 21 are shaped as inclined planes, so that water spilled into the inside of the cabinet 1 can be conveniently collected and discharged.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the flexible tube 22 is fixedly installed on the inner side wall of the chassis 1, which facilitates fixing the flexible tube 22 and avoids affecting the installation of computer hardware.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a switch button is installed at the top of the front heat dissipation hole 4, and the switch button is electrically connected to the electromagnet 9 through an electric wire, so as to conveniently control the on/off of the electromagnet 9.
When the dustproof and waterproof structure inside the computer is used, a computer hardware system is installed inside the case 1, a switch button is electrically connected with an external power supply, the case 1 is placed in a proper place, when the dustproof and waterproof structure is used, the switch button is pressed, the electromagnet 9 is started, a magnetic pole opposite to the bottom of the magnet 11 is generated at the top of the electromagnet 9, the electromagnet 9 attracts the magnet 11, the magnet 11 drives the vertical rod 12 to descend, the vertical rod 12 drives the movable rod 15 through the fixed rod 13 and the fixed rod chute 14, one end of the movable rod 15 slides inside the fixed rod chute 14, the other end of the movable rod 15 drives the adjusting plate 16, the adjusting plate 16 rotates inside the front heat dissipation hole 14 through a rotating shaft, meanwhile, the fixed rod 13 drives the brush 18 and the limiting rod 20, the brush 18 cleans the surface of the filter screen 19, dust generated by cleaning can enter the collection bin 10, the top end of the vertical rod, and the top of the vertical rod 12 pulls the elastic plate 25 downwards, the elastic plate 25 slides between the inside of the limit plate 24 and the rotating rod 26, the through hole 27 on the elastic plate 25 is aligned with the upper heat dissipation hole 2 and the rear heat dissipation hole 3, the inside of the case 1 is ventilated, when water enters the inside of the case 1 through the upper heat dissipation hole 2, the water enters the inside of the water collection bin 21 through the through hole 27 and flows into the inside of the collection bin 10 through the water outlet and the hose 22, so as to moisten dust, when the power is off or the computer is not used, the electromagnet 9 is powered off, the magnetic field generated by the electromagnet 9 disappears, the electromagnet 9 is separated from the magnet 11, the vertical rod 12 rises under the elasticity of the spring 23, the vertical rod 12 drives the adjusting plate 16 to reversely rotate through the fixed rod 13 and the movable rod 15, the front heat dissipation hole 4 is sealed, meanwhile, the vertical rod 12 pushes the elastic, the through hole 27 is staggered with the upper heat dissipation hole 2 and the rear heat dissipation hole 3 to seal the same, the dustproof and waterproof structure in the computer controls the on-off of the electromagnet 9 to control the lifting of the vertical rod 12, so that the upper heat dissipation hole 2, the rear heat dissipation hole 3 and the front heat dissipation hole 4 can be conveniently opened when the computer is used, the vertical rod 12 closes the upper heat dissipation hole 2, the rear heat dissipation hole 3 and the front heat dissipation hole 4 under the action of the spring 23 when the computer is powered off, dust can be prevented from entering the interior of the case 1 when the computer is not used, one side of the vertical rod 12 is provided with the brush 18 through the fixing rod 13, the brush 18 can clean the filter screen 19 and collect the dust through the collection bin 10, the filter screen 19 is prevented from being blocked due to the dust and the like, the ventilation efficiency of the case 1 is improved, water which is carelessly sprinkled into the case 1 from the upper heat dissipation hole 2, the collected dust is wetted and settled, so that the influence of dust rising on the heat dissipation of the case 1 is prevented.
