Background
The northwest areas of China are rich in wind energy resources and solar energy resources, but due to the lack of suitable equipment for integration, new energy resources in the areas are wasted, secondly, the northern China is low in temperature and long in heating period in winter, most of rural users rely on coal burning or direct straw burning for heating, the environment pollution caused by flue gas discharged by combustion is serious, a small number of residents with high living standard are heated by air conditioners, and the heating mode is high in cost and not ideal in heating effect due to the fact that the number of rural rooms is large and the heating area is large.
The discharged products after the alcohol-based fuel is combusted only contain water and carbon dioxide, and compared with other fuels such as coal, diesel oil and the like, the alcohol-based fuel has obvious advantages in the aspect of environmental protection, so that the alcohol-based fuel becomes a preferred substitute of the traditional fuel. However, small-scale boiler heating equipment based on alcohol-based fuel is still lacking in the current market, and based on the problems, in order to solve the problems that energy waste exists in wind energy and light energy of partial areas, environmental pollution exists in rural heating in winter and heating cost is high, a novel small-scale liquid alcohol-based heating system is urgently needed to be developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel small-scale liquid alcohol-based heating system, which uses alcohol-based fuel as heating fuel, utilizes solar energy and wind energy to generate electricity to provide electric energy for the heating system, and has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, cleanness, environmental protection and suitability for popularization.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following scheme:
a novel small-scale liquid alcohol-based heating system, comprising: solar heat collector, radiator, domestic water equipment and boiler; the boiler comprises a water tank and a chimney, wherein a water flow channel is arranged on the outer wall of the chimney and used for absorbing the heat of flue gas in the chimney; the water tank comprises an inner water tank and an outer water tank, a partition plate is arranged between the inner water tank and the outer water tank, and a heat storage system is arranged in the partition plate; the water inlet of the inner water tank is connected with the water outlet of the solar heat collector, the water outlet of the inner water tank is connected with the water inlet of the heat radiator, the water inlet of the outer water tank is connected with the water outlet of the water flow channel, and the water outlet of the outer water tank is connected with the domestic water equipment.
Optionally, a hearth is arranged inside the boiler, a vaporizing device is arranged at the bottom of the hearth, a burner is arranged at the upper part of the vaporizing device, and the bottom of the vaporizing device is connected with a liquid storage tank for alcohol-based fuel.
Optionally, the heat storage system includes a heat storage block, and an electric heating resistance wire is arranged in the heat storage block.
Optionally, the system further comprises a solar power generation device, a small wind power generation device and a storage battery, wherein the solar power generation device and the small wind power generation device are electrically connected with the storage battery, and the storage battery is electrically connected with the electrothermal resistance wire.
Optionally, the water flow channel is spirally wound downwards along the chimney, and forms an inclination angle of 30-45 degrees with the horizontal plane.
Optionally, still include first water pump, second water pump and digital display device, first water pump sets up the water inlet position of rivers pipeline, the second water pump sets up the water inlet of interior water tank, first water pump, second water pump and digital display device all with battery electric connection.
Optionally, water level meters are arranged in the inner water tank and the outer water tank, thermocouple temperature sensors are arranged on the inner water tank, the outer water tank, the hearth and the radiator, and the water level meters and the thermocouple temperature sensors are electrically connected with the digital display device.
Optionally, the system further comprises a communicating pipe, a stove, a base station and a fire outlet; the communicating pipe is arranged at the bottom of the inner water tank and is used for connecting the inner water tank with the radiator water inlet pipe; the stove is arranged above the hearth; the base platform is arranged at the bottom of the boiler and is used for supporting the boiler; the fire outlet is arranged on the outer wall of the hearth, and the hearth is communicated with the chimney through the fire outlet.
According to the specific embodiment provided by the invention, the invention discloses the following technical effects: according to the novel small-scale liquid alcohol-based heat supply system provided by the invention, the vaporization device and the combustion device are arranged in the heat supply boiler, so that the alcohol-based fuel can be fully vaporized, and the vaporized alcohol-based fuel is fully combusted through the combustion device, so that the combustion efficiency of the fuel is improved; the hot water supply tank adopts a separated design, so that the requirement on hot water supply is met, and convenience is provided for domestic water; the heat storage system heats the water tank by utilizing wind energy and solar energy to generate electricity, so that the absorption of the water tank to heat is accelerated, and the use of fuel is reduced; the system realizes the maximization of energy utilization by combining the solar heat collector, the solar power generation device, the heat storage system, the wind power generation device, the chimney and the hearth, not only can improve the efficiency of the boiler, but also realizes self-sufficiency of the generated electric energy and reduces the running cost of the system; the device is also provided with a temperature sensor and a digital display device, the operation of the system is visualized, and the device has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient operation, low cost, cleanness and environmental protection.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a novel small-scale liquid alcohol-based heating system, which comprises: the solar energy power generation device comprises a solar energy power generation device 1, a solar heat collector 2, a radiator 3, domestic water equipment 4, a small wind power generation device 5 and a boiler 20;
the boiler 20 is arranged on a base platform 15, the base platform 15 is mainly used for supporting the boiler 20, a hearth 19 is arranged in the boiler 20, a vaporizing device 17 is arranged at the bottom of the hearth 19, a burner 18 is arranged at the upper part of the vaporizing device 17, and the bottom of the vaporizing device 17 is connected with a liquid storage tank for alcohol-based fuel; a fire outlet 16 is arranged on the outer wall of the hearth 19, and the hearth 19 is communicated with the chimney 6 through the fire outlet 16; the heat generated by the combustion of the burner 18 is partly used for providing heat for the vaporizing device 17, so that the vaporizing device 17 is continuously heated, the alcohol-based fuel is continuously heated and vaporized, a circulation is formed, and the liquid supply amount of the vaporizing device 17 is increased or reduced according to the requirement; a furnace 11 is placed above the hearth 19, an alcohol-based fuel feed port and an air inlet are formed in the outer wall of the hearth 19, the alcohol-based fuel feed port is used for conveying fuel for the boiler 20, the interior of the hearth 19 is communicated with the outside through the feed port, and an induced draft fan supplies air to the interior of the hearth 19 through the air inlet, so that the fuel is fully combusted;
the boiler 20 comprises a water tank 7 and a chimney 6, as shown in fig. 3, a water flow channel 21 is arranged on the outer wall of the chimney 6, and the water flow channel 21 is used for absorbing the heat of the flue gas in the chimney 6; the water flow channel 21 is spirally wound downwards along the chimney 6 and is arranged at an inclination angle of 30-45 degrees with the horizontal plane, so that water flow in the pipe slowly flows, the heat exchange time with the wall of the chimney is prolonged, the heat exchange efficiency is improved, the domestic water is guaranteed to be heated, the living cost is low, the water flow is guaranteed to flow to the outer water tank 13 under the action of gravity, and the heat exchange area of the water flow and flue gas can be increased;
the water tank 7 comprises an inner water tank 14 and an outer water tank 13, wherein the bottoms of the inner water tank 14 and the outer water tank 13 are respectively provided with a drain pipe, the drain pipes are provided with valves, a pipeline between each valve and the corresponding water tank 7 is provided with a pressure gauge, the pressure gauges monitor the pressure in the water tanks 7, and once an overpressure phenomenon occurs, alarming and emergency drainage and pressure reduction are immediately performed; a communicating pipe 10 is arranged at the bottom of the inner water tank 14, and the communicating pipe 10 is used for connecting the inner water tank 14 with a water inlet pipe of the radiator 3; the inner water tank 14 and the outer water tank 13 are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, polyurethane foam and cast iron in sequence from inside to outside, the polyurethane foam is used for preserving heat of the water tanks and preventing heat in the water tanks from dissipating, and the cast iron is a boiler protection layer; a partition plate is arranged between the inner water tank 14 and the outer water tank 13, and a heat storage system 12 is arranged in the partition plate; as shown in fig. 2, the heat storage system 12 includes a heat storage block 22, and an electric resistance wire 23 is arranged inside the heat storage block 22; the solar power generation device 1 and the small wind power generation device 5 are electrically connected with a storage battery, and the storage battery is electrically connected with the electric heating resistance wire 23; the water inlet of the solar heat collector 2 is connected with a municipal water supply inlet, the water outlet of the solar heat collector 2 is connected with the water inlet of the inner water tank 14, the water outlet of the inner water tank 14 is connected with the water inlet of the radiator 3, and the water outlet of the radiator 3 is connected with the water inlet of the inner water tank 14; the water in the inner water tank 14 is provided by the solar thermal collector 2, so that the waste of redundant water in the solar thermal collector 2 is avoided, meanwhile, the temperature required by heating can be quickly heated, and when the amount of hot water in the solar thermal collector 2 is insufficient, the water can be directly provided by municipal water supply for the inner water tank 14; the water in the inner water tank 14 absorbs the heat released by the combustion of the fuel in the hearth 19 and the heat emitted from the heat storage system 12, the temperature rises, and the water flows into the radiator 3 after reaching the proper temperature; the outer water tank 13, the water flow channel 21, the domestic water equipment 4 and the connected pipelines form a domestic hot water unit, in the domestic hot water unit, a water inlet of the water flow channel 21 is connected with a municipal water supply inlet, a water inlet of the outer water tank 13 is connected with a water outlet of the water flow channel 21, and a water outlet of the outer water tank 13 is connected with a water inlet of the domestic water equipment 4; the water in the water flow channel 21 absorbs the heat of the flue gas in the chimney 6 and transfers the heat to the outer water tank 13, the water in the outer water tank 13 absorbs the heat emitted by the heat storage system 12 at the same time, and the heat is supplied to the domestic water equipment after reaching a proper temperature, and the temperature of the discharged flue gas is very low, so that the chimney 6 in the embodiment only needs normal bricks and concrete, and the cost can be reduced;
in the embodiment, besides the related equipment, a water pump, a water level gauge, a thermocouple temperature sensor and a digital display device are also arranged; the water pumps comprise a first water pump 8 and a second water pump 9, the first water pump 8 is arranged at a water inlet pipe orifice of the water flow channel 21, the second water pump 9 is arranged at a water inlet of the inner water tank 14, and municipal water supply and hot water in the solar heat collector 2 can be pumped to the inner water tank 14 through the second water pump 9; the water level gauge is arranged inside the inner water tank 14 and the outer water tank 13, the inner water tank 14, the outer water tank 13, the hearth 19 and the radiator 3 are all provided with thermocouple temperature sensors, the first water pump 8, the second water pump 9 and the digital display device are all electrically connected with the storage battery, and the water level gauge, the thermocouple temperature sensors and the pressure gauge are all electrically connected with the digital display device.
