现有的申请号为201510339057.9的按压式控制可调阀结构复杂,生产难度大。
发明内容
本发明提供一种结构简单的调温度阀芯。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的调温度阀芯,一种调温度阀芯,其特征在于:包括按压件、转动件、弹簧、上阀体、下阀体、外壳体、压板、封水件、衬套、控制轴、皮碗座、皮碗、泄压件、固定件、耐磨垫、动瓷片、静瓷片、底座、第一密封件、第二密封件、第三密封件;
所述按压件上有导向凸、尖齿;
所述转动件下端有转动凸,所述转动凸的一端上有尖角部;
所述上阀体上有内腔、压台、导向槽、第一斜台、第二斜台、定位凸部、限位凸、固定扣;

所述外壳体套在所述上阀体与所述下阀体上且与所述底座固定,其中,所述限位凸在所述限位槽中;其中,所述耐磨垫在所述上阀体与所述外壳体之间;
下按所述按压件使所述转动件向下移动,所述弹簧压缩,下移到一定位置,由于所述尖齿、所述弹簧、所述尖角部的作用所述转动件发生转动,所述转动凸滑出所述导向槽,所述尖角部转动到所述第一斜台底部;所述转动件向下移动的同时使所述控制轴下移,所述控制轴在所述泄压孔中,所述泄压孔被封堵,所述皮碗向下移动,所述第一出水孔关闭;
再次下按所述按压件使所述转动件继续向下移动,下移到一定位置,由于所述尖齿、所述弹簧、所述尖角部的作用所述转动件再次发生转动,所述尖角部沿着所述第二斜台转动到所述导向槽,所述转动凸滑回所述导向槽中,所述弹簧伸展,所述控制轴上移,所述控制轴离开所述泄压孔,所述泄压孔被打开,所述皮碗被水压冲离所述第一出水孔,所述皮碗上移,所述第一出水孔打开;
转动所述上阀体,所述定位凸部带动所述下阀体转动,所述下阀体上的所述传动脚带动所述动瓷片,使所述动瓷片相对于所述静瓷片转动,所述下混水槽就相对于所述第一进水槽、所述第二进水槽转动,调节所述下混水槽与所述第一进水槽、所述第二进水槽的相对开度就可调节温度。
本发明的有益效果是:生产成本低、制造方便。

再次下按按压件1使转动件4继续向下移动,下移到一定位置,由于尖齿3、弹簧56、尖角部6的作用转动件4再次发生转动,尖角部6沿着第二斜台27转动到导向槽25,转动凸5滑回导向槽25中,弹簧56伸展,控制轴15上移,泄压孔11被打开,皮碗12被水压冲离第一出水孔36,皮碗12上移,第一出水孔36打开;
转动上阀体23,定位凸部28带动下阀体32转动,下阀体32上的传动脚37带动动瓷片41,使动瓷片41相对于静瓷片45转动,下混水槽42就相对于第一进水槽46、第二进水槽47转动,调节下混水槽42与第一进水槽46、第二进水槽47的相对开度就可调节温度。
