When the locking is needed, as long as the upper nut 1 rotates relative to the lower nut 2, the internal thread holes of the upper nut 1 and the lower nut 2 which are initially coaxial in the upper nut 1 and the lower nut move up and down, the external thread of the connected screw rod is clamped by the internal thread of the taper sleeve spigot 4 to generate axial pressure, radial pressure and friction force downwards, the elastic self-locking nut can be prevented from loosening, and meanwhile, after the upper nut 1 rotates, the upper nut is connected by the internal thread, and the axial movement of the upper nut is pressed to the lower nut 2.
