The control system sends a signal to the rubber band detection assembly to indicate that the bed hat at the moment finishes the edge wrapping of the four edges of the rubber band, the rubber band detection assembly starts to work at the moment, when the rubber band contacts the rotating member 357, the rotating member 357 is driven to rotate, the sensing member 356 is driven to synchronously rotate, the sensor 358 senses the position of the sensing member 356, the sensor 358 controls the equipment to stop working, the bed hat finishes the edge wrapping processing of the rubber band, a certain delay stop is adopted at the position, and the completion of the edge wrapping of the rubber band is ensured.
In addition, two correction components are further arranged on the bottom plate 32, each correction component comprises a correction seat 330, a correction cylinder 331 is arranged on each correction seat 330, each correction cylinder 331 drives a rotating block 332 to rotate on a switching frame 333, the switching frames 333 are arranged on the correction seats 331, an adjusting wheel 334 penetrating through the bottom plate 32 is arranged on each rotating block 332, and the correction cylinders are utilized to drive the adjusting wheels 334 to swing left and right, so that correction processing is carried out on the position of the fitted sheet.

The process of wrapping the rubber band at the hemming position of the fitted sheet is as follows, the first pulling cylinder part is driven to approach the second pulling cylinder part by the traversing cylinder 52 in the rubber band feeding mechanism 5, so that the first pulling cylinder part 45 and the second pulling cylinder part 43 form a hemming assembly, then the fitted sheet is pre-folded by the pre-folded plate part, then the hemming process of the fitted sheet is completed by the hemming assembly, meanwhile, the rubber band is fed out from the rubber band feeding wheel 60 and sequentially passes through the rubber band guide frame 59, the rubber band driving wheel 580 and the driven wheel 581, and then enters the rubber band feeding pipe 58, wherein the power transmitted by the rubber band is provided by the rubber band driving wheel 580, the fitting degree of the rubber band at the hemming position of the fitted sheet is ensured by the air blowing pipe when the rubber band is fed out, the hemming position of the fitted sheet is exactly located at the hemming position of the fitted sheet when the rubber band is fed out, and the hemming of the fitted sheet is completely wrapped by the rubber band by the third pulling cylinder part.
When the fitted sheet needs to be taken out, the traversing cylinder 52 in the rubber string feeding mechanism 5 drives the first pulling cylinder part to be far away from the second pulling cylinder part, so that the fitted sheet after being wrapped with the rubber string is taken out after being loosened.

In the process of wrapping the rubber band by the bed cover, four corners of the bed cover are sensed by utilizing the bed cover four-corner detection assembly, so that whether four sides of the bed cover are transmitted completely is judged, then the rubber band detection assembly starts to work, whether the rubber band wrapping processing of the bed cover is finished is judged, thereby realizing automatic control production processing of the bed cover, when the rubber band detection assembly detects that the processing of the bed cover is finished, a traversing cylinder drives a first pull cylinder part principle second pull cylinder part, the bed cover is lowered to a proper position by utilizing the upgrading assembly, and finally a finished product is taken out.
