所述日日红,别名午时花、太阳花,一年生草本,高0.5-1米,被稀疏的星状柔毛。功效:清热解毒;散瘀止血。
所述藏红花别名西红花,是一种鸢尾科番红花属的多年生花卉,也是一种常见的香料,也是一种名贵的中药材,具有强大的生理活性,其柱头在亚洲和欧洲作为药用,有镇静、祛痰、解痉作用,用于胃病、调经、麻疹、发热、黄胆、肝脾肿大等的治疗。主治月经不调,痛经,经闭,忧郁痞闷,惊悸。味甘、微辛,性平;归心、肝经;体轻质润,入血行散具有活血祛瘀,散郁开结,凉血解毒的功效。
女贞子,味甘苦、性凉,归肝肾经,具有滋补肝肾、益阴养血之功。现代医学研究证明,女贞子内含熊果酸、甘露醇、葡萄糖、脂肪油等,有强心、利尿和保肝作用。
