本发明涉及洗衣液技术领域,具体为一种内衣中草药洗衣液。
背景技术
通常情况下,为防止交叉感染、细菌感染等风险,女性都会把内衣单独清洗,一般使用皂制品、普通洗衣液等产品清洗内衣污渍、血迹;皂制品主要成分:羧酸的钠盐R-CO2Na,合成色素、合成香料、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、发泡剂、硬化剂、粘稠剂、合成界面活性剂等;市场常见普通洗衣液主要成分:表面活性剂(磺酸、AES、AE07、椰子油等)、卡松、复合酶(含量极低)、ME(含量极低的防腐、抑菌成分)、香精等;女性内裤带有大量的病菌,平均一条内裤有100万个各种细菌,100个各种虫卵、虫包囊,不彻底去除这类病菌,容易引发一系列妇科炎症;
市场上皂类制品、普通洗衣液等产品,均无针对女性妇科病菌消杀功能的有效成分;因此,有必要针对女性内衣设计研发一款有效消杀病菌的专用洗衣液,让女性穿上真正干净的内衣。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种内衣中草药洗衣液,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种内衣中草药洗衣液,该内衣中草药洗衣液包括软化水、表面活性剂、液碱、中和剂、助洗剂、复合酶、多功能增效剂、抑菌剂、增稠剂、蓝色素、香精和中药提取液。
优选的,所述表面活性剂包括LAS、AES、AM66、AE07。
优选的,所述中和剂采用KOH。
优选的,所述助洗剂和多功能增效剂的成分主要包括柠檬酸钠和CAB。
优选的,所述复合酶为蛋白以及纤维酶。
优选的,所述药液为苦参、蛇床子、黄柏各3份,车前子、茵陈、苍术、栀子、蒲公英各一份,粉碎成粉末状并搅拌匀称一起,取纯净水均匀淋湿粉末,浸泡3小时后,通过提取机的波导发射穿透破壁萃取草药的有效成分。
优选的,所述均匀淋湿粉末的纯净水为苦参、蛇床子、黄柏、车前子、茵陈、苍术、栀子和蒲公英总重量的百分之九十。
优选的,所述蓝色素为C161585。
优选的,所述该抑菌洗衣液各成分按质量比为:

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种内衣中草药洗衣液,由以下组分按质量构成:软化水0.620757;LAS(表面活性剂)0.055;液碱0.0202;AES(表面活性剂)0.09;KOH(中和剂)0.04;AM66(表面活性剂)0.01;助洗剂0.02;AE07(表面活性剂)0.04;复合酶(蛋白、纤维酶)0.02;多功能增效剂0.017;抑菌剂0.004;氯化钠(增稠剂)0.01;C161585(蓝色素)0.000043;药液0.05;香精0.003;上述组分之和为1。
通过精细选取有效成分(主要成分柠檬酸钠、CAB),合理配比方案合成助洗剂及多功能增效剂有效的将洗衣洁净功能与中药提取液护理抑菌功能完美兼容,洗护二合一,并保证液体体系的稳定,不会出现絮状漂浮、分层、沉淀等现象;
来自天然的高效洁净成分,环保配方,可生物降解;
性能温和,无残留,可降低对皮肤的刺激,不损伤衣物纤维,保持衣物鲜亮簇新;
采用多种表面活性剂成分及双重活性去渍生物酶,采用多方位深层洁净技术,无惧多重污渍;
速溶洗涤技术,冷水、硬水中均能快速溶解,使衣物更易漂洗;
具有防污渍再附着功能,避免污渍在洗涤过程中重新沾染衣物;
有效去除衣物上的汗味及其它异味,对常见细菌、病菌有抑制消杀作用,保护家人健康;

本草纲目、神农本草经等国学书籍中对苦参、蛇床子、黄柏、车前子、茵陈、苍术、栀子、蒲公英中草药有明确记载,此类草药有明显消杀病菌功效,特别针对妇科病菌有更加显著抑制、消杀作用;
现代临床应用中,上述中草药对妇科滴虫、真菌、霉菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌均有明显抑制、消杀效果;
在现代中医治疗过程中,针对常见妇科疾病所开出处方如下:苦参、蛇床子、黄柏各三份,车前子、茵陈、苍术、栀子、蒲公英各一份,煎熬汤剂,兑温开水20%-30%清洗患处,均有显著疗效。
取苦参、蛇床子、黄柏各3份,车前子、茵陈、苍术、栀子、蒲公英各一份,粉碎成粉末状并搅拌匀称一起,取纯净水(约为草药总量的90%)均匀淋湿粉状,浸泡3小时后,通过提取机的波导发射穿透破壁萃取草药的有效成分,此药液为浓缩液,要比传统熬制法获取有2大优势:(1)纯净透明,不带有色素;(2)有效成分纯净度更高,存放条件要求更低;
萃取后的中药提取液为天然绿色成分,能与洗衣液基料含有的功能性成分LAS、AES、AEO7、复合酶等有良好的兼容性,与基料充分搅拌均匀后,无絮状漂浮、分层、沉淀等现象。
对于该内衣中草药洗衣液的效果的检测
经国家保洁产品产品质量监督检测中心所检测,检测依据:QB/T1224-2012,检测结果:去污力大于标准洗衣液去污力;检测依据:QB/T2738-2012,检测结果:对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌抑菌有效大于99%;经过分别保温箱50摄氏度、冰箱-2摄氏度存放两周观察,无絮状漂浮、分层、沉淀等现象。
使用方法:使用时先用水润湿内衣,根据内衣污渍程度取5-8毫升涂抹在污迹处,静置3分钟后搓洗,洗衣液内的优质表活、蛋白酶、纤维素酶能充分溶解污渍,同时洗衣液所含有的中药提取液成分充分抑制消杀衣物细菌、妇科疾病病菌,如衣物污渍时间较久,可以将衣物静置5-8分钟后搓洗。
本发明的所含中草药成分能有效抑制消杀细菌、妇科疾病病菌,高含量酶制品能轻松瓦解女性经期血迹、污迹,省时省力,节水环保,让中国女性穿上真正干净的内衣。

1.内衣中草药洗衣液,其特征在于该内衣中草药洗衣液包括软化水、表面活性剂、液碱、中和剂、助洗剂、复合酶、多功能增效剂、抑菌剂、增稠剂、蓝色素、香精和中药提取液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内衣中草药洗衣液,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂包括LAS、AES、AM66、AE07。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种内衣中草药洗衣液,其特征在于:所述中和剂采用KOH。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种内衣中草药洗衣液,其特征在于:所述助洗剂和多功能增效剂的成分主要包括柠檬酸钠和CAB。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种内衣中草药洗衣液,其特征在于:所述复合酶为蛋白以及纤维酶。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种内衣中草药洗衣液,其特征在于:所述药液为苦参、蛇床子、黄柏各3份,车前子、茵陈、苍术、栀子、蒲公英各一份,粉碎成粉末状并搅拌匀称一起,取纯净水均匀淋湿粉末,浸泡3小时后,通过提取机的波导发射穿透破壁萃取草药的有效成分。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种内衣中草药洗衣液,其特征在于:所述均匀淋湿粉末的纯净水为苦参、蛇床子、黄柏、车前子、茵陈、苍术、栀子和蒲公英总重量的百分之九十。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种内衣中草药洗衣液,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为氯化钠。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种内衣中草药洗衣液,其特征在于:所述蓝色素为C161585。
10.根据权利要求2所述的一种内衣中草药洗衣液,其特征在于:所述该抑菌洗衣液各成分按质量比为:
