Abstract
The invention discloses a weather-resistant, solvent corrosion-resistant and noise-reducing PC/ABS alloy material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 60 parts of PC, 5-25 parts of ABS, 10-30 parts of AES, 2.5 parts of toughening agent, 2 parts of compatilizer, 0.2 part of antioxidant and 0.3 part of lubricant. The preparation method of the PC/ABS alloy material is simple, the overall noise reduction performance of the product is increased by at least 20% compared with that of the common PC/ABS alloy material, the color difference after 500h weather resistance test is not more than 1.3, and the cracking time in a mixed solution of ethyl acetate and ethanol is 2-7 min.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of PC/ABS alloy material modification preparation, and particularly relates to a PC/ABS alloy material with weather resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and noise reduction and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The PC/ABS integrates the excellent performances of PC and ABS, and has wide application in the fields of automobiles, communication, household appliances and the like. With the improvement of living standard of people, the automobile consumption market is more and more exploded, so that the consumption of PC/ABS alloy materials in the automobile field is rapidly increased. The PC/ABS alloy is often used as the first choice material for automotive interior trim parts such as center control panels, armrests and air outlets, but the PC/ABS alloy has poor weather resistance and solvent resistance, and the manufactured parts generate noise due to friction during assembly and long-term use, so that the defects limit the wider application of the PC/ABS alloy.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a PC/ABS alloy material with weather resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and noise reduction and a preparation method thereof, and solves the problems in the background art.
One of the technical schemes adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: provides a PC/ABS alloy material with weather resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and noise reduction.
The composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 60 parts of PC, 5-25 parts of ABS, 10-30 parts of AES, 2.5 parts of toughening agent, 2 parts of compatilizer, 0.2 part of antioxidant and 0.3 part of lubricant.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the PC is a medium-viscosity PC resin or a low-viscosity PC resin.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the melt index of the ABS is 20g/10 min. The minimum addition amount of ABS is 5 wt%.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the melt index of AES is 20g/10 min. The AES has excellent formability, impact resistance and glossiness, and also has excellent weather resistance and polar solvent corrosion resistance, and the ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber can improve the viscoelastic property of the material, and when the addition percentage of the AES is not less than 10 wt%, the AES can convert the internal friction caused by noise mechanical energy into heat energy consumption to achieve the noise reduction effect; when the addition percentage of AES is less than 10 wt%, the AES is only used as an elastomer, plays a certain toughening role, and has little effect on improving weather resistance and solvent resistance, especially on improving noise reduction performance.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the toughening agent is butadiene-styrene copolymer grafted polymethyl methacrylate.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the compatibilizer is one of a styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer or a styrene-acrylonitrile-maleic anhydride copolymer.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the antioxidant is hindered phenol and phosphite compounds.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the lubricant is at least one of calcium stearate and polyethylene wax.
The second technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the preparation method of the PC/ABS alloy material with weather resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and noise reduction is provided, and comprises the following steps:
weighing the required PC, ABS, AES, toughening agent, compatilizer, antioxidant and lubricant according to the proportion, and blending for 2-10min in a high-speed mixer; and (3) feeding the mixture into a double-screw extruder through a feeder, and performing melt blending, extrusion, cooling, granulation and drying to obtain the PC/ABS alloy material with weather resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and noise reduction.
Compared with the background technology, the technical scheme has the following advantages:
according to the invention, the PC/ABS alloy material is prepared by high-dose AES modification, the preparation method is simple, the overall noise reduction performance of the obtained product is increased by at least 20% compared with that of the common PC/ABS alloy material, the color difference after 500h weather resistance test is not more than 1.3, the cracking time in a mixed solution of ethyl acetate and ethanol is 2-7 min, and the PC/ABS alloy material has good weather resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and noise reduction performance.
Detailed Description
In the following examples, PC is polycarbonate, and medium-viscosity or low-viscosity PC resin is selected, such as Japanese imperial 1250Y;
ABS is acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, preferably 20g/10min melt index, as exemplified by Shanghai high bridge, 8391;
AES is acrylonitrile-ethylene propylene diene monomer-styrene copolymer, preferably 20g/10min melt index, as exemplified by Sumitomo, UB-500A;
the toughening agent is butadiene-styrene copolymer grafted polymethyl methacrylate, such as the examples using U.S. Rohm and Haas, EXL 2690;
the compatilizer is one of styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer and styrene-acrylonitrile-maleic anhydride copolymer; uses Huawen SMA-700, SMA-800 as the embodiment;
the antioxidant is hindered phenol and phosphite ester compound.
The lubricant is one or more of calcium stearate and polyethylene wax.
The following examples and comparative examples were prepared as follows:
weighing the required PC, ABS, AES, toughening agent, compatilizer, antioxidant and lubricant according to the proportion, and blending for 2-10min in a high-speed mixer; feeding the mixture into a double-screw extruder through a feeder, melting, blending, extruding, cooling, granulating, and drying the obtained particles for later use.

The examples and comparative examples were tested for performance by the following method:
1. and (3) weather resistance test: preparing a sample into a sample plate, testing according to a standard method of SAE J2527 for 500h, and testing the change delta E of the color difference value on the surface of the sample plate after the test is finished;
2. and (3) solvent corrosion resistance test: the sample was prepared as a tensile sample, and the sample was put into a mixed solution of ethyl acetate/ethanol in a volume ratio of 1/1, and the time at which cracking started was calculated, the longer the time, the better the chemical resistance.
3. And (3) testing the noise reduction performance: each sample is made into a square open box of 100 × 100cm, the box is vertically placed on a clamp, 100g of steel balls are used for freely falling at a position 1m vertically above the box to impact the bottom of the box, and the noise reduction effect of the material is judged by testing the sound intensity below the box through a decibel tester placed inside the box.

As can be seen from Table 2, the noise reduction performance of the PC/ABS alloy material of the embodiment is respectively increased by 20%, 37.6% and 47.7% compared with the common PC/ABS alloy material of the comparative example 1, the maximum weather resistance color difference of the product is not more than 1.3, and the cracking time in the mixed solution of ethyl acetate and ethanol is at least 200% of that of the common PC/ABS alloy material, which shows that the PC/ABS alloy material of the invention has good weather resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and noise reduction performance.

Claims (10)
1. A PC/ABS alloy material with weather resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and noise reduction is characterized in that: the composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 60 parts of PC, 5-25 parts of ABS, 10-30 parts of AES, 2.5 parts of toughening agent, 2 parts of compatilizer, 0.2 part of antioxidant and 0.3 part of lubricant.
2. The PC/ABS alloy material with weather resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and noise reduction as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the PC adopts medium-viscosity PC resin or low-viscosity PC resin.
3. The PC/ABS alloy material with weather resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and noise reduction as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the melt index of the ABS is 20g/10 min.
4. The PC/ABS alloy material with weather resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and noise reduction as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the melt index of the AES is 20g/10 min.
5. The PC/ABS alloy material with weather resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and noise reduction as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the toughening agent is butadiene-styrene copolymer grafted polymethyl methacrylate.
6. The PC/ABS alloy material with weather resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and noise reduction as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the compatilizer is one of styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer or styrene-acrylonitrile-maleic anhydride copolymer.
7. The PC/ABS alloy material with weather resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and noise reduction as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the antioxidant is hindered phenol and phosphite ester compounds.
8. The PC/ABS alloy material with weather resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and noise reduction as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the lubricant is at least one of calcium stearate and polyethylene wax.
9. The PC/ABS alloy material with weather resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and noise reduction as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the noise reduction performance of the PC/ABS alloy material is increased by at least 20%, the color difference after 500h weather resistance test is not more than 1.3, and the cracking time in a mixed solution of acetic ether and ethanol is 2-7 min.

The method for preparing the PC/ABS alloy material with weather resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and noise reduction as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the method comprises the following steps: weighing the required PC, ABS, AES, toughening agent, compatilizer, antioxidant and lubricant according to the proportion, and blending for 2-10min in a high-speed mixer; and (3) feeding the mixture into a double-screw extruder through a feeder, and performing melt blending, extrusion, cooling, granulation and drying to obtain the PC/ABS alloy material with weather resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and noise reduction.
