Abstract
本发明涉及哑光薄膜及其作为汽车漆面哑光保护膜的应用,哑光薄膜包含薄膜基材和哑光涂层,所述哑光涂层是在所述薄膜基材上涂布修复层胶水,烘干后,在修复层胶水上辊压复合哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,熟化后剥离除去哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜形成的涂层,获得优异的哑光效果,光泽度均匀,哑光修复层具备不同方向光泽度不同的效果,呈现立体质感,产品光泽度可以通过修复层胶水的烘干温度、熟化过程压力,以及哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜的光泽度来调控,工艺控制简单,哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜可以重复使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及哑光薄膜及其作为汽车漆面哑光保护膜的应用。
背景技术
漆面保护膜是用于汽车漆面,对漆面进行保护的一种薄膜。漆面哑光保护膜是具有哑光效果的一种漆面保护膜,除作为漆面保护膜保护汽车漆面外,在汽车漆面色彩的基础上,增加了磨砂的质感,升级爱车的品质,帮助车主彰显更强的个性感,给了车主更多的选择。
漆面保护膜的结构层一般为:离型膜—安装层—薄膜基材—修复层。修复层是涂覆在TPU薄膜或PVC薄膜基材上的涂层,具有自动修复功能,在表面刮擦损伤后能自动修复。安装层通常使用诸如压敏胶一类的胶粘剂,用于将包含修复层和基材的薄膜粘贴到汽车漆面上,离型膜是在漆面保护膜安装使用之前,与安装层粘贴,以保护安装层的保护膜。
已有漆面哑光保护膜的制造方法是在修复层中添加固体粉末(哑粉)如二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化镁、碳酸钙等,使修复层具有哑光效果。这种制造方法存在一些缺陷:
1、由于涂层较薄,哑粉分散不均,造成薄膜光泽度不均匀的现象,涂布精度对薄膜性能和外观的影响较大,工艺难以控制;
2、由于光泽度是哑粉赋予的,修复层表面平整,光泽度各向同性,各种角度光泽度都是一样,立体质感较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述缺陷,提供一种具有立体质感的哑光薄膜及其作为汽车漆面哑光保护膜的应用。
本发明的哑光薄膜包含薄膜基材和哑光涂层,所述哑光涂层是在所述薄膜基材上涂布修复层胶水,经80—140℃烘干后,在修复层胶水上辊压复合哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,在40—70℃下熟化24—72小时后剥离除去哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜形成的涂层。
优选的是,所述薄膜基材选自PVC薄膜或TPU薄膜。
所述修复层胶水为聚氨酯清漆,例如常州市三特化工有限公司,牌号SR700R的聚氨酯清漆,或者日本卡秀株式会社,牌号00HD-D251的涂料。
所述熟化过程可以在哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜上施加0—2kg/cm2压力。
所述哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜为添加颗粒物实现哑光的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,厚度范围可以在23—200um之间。所述颗粒物选自二氧化硅,氧化铝,氧化镁,钛白粉,碳酸钙,滑石粉中的一种或多种。
本发明哑光薄膜作为汽车漆面哑光保护膜的应用,其复合结构层为:离型膜—安装层—权利要求1-6所述哑光薄膜。
本发明通过在修复层胶水固化交联过程中与双向拉伸聚酯薄膜的复合接触,改变了其微结构以及使表面粗糙化,获得优异的哑光效果,光泽度均匀,由于哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜双向拉伸时横向和纵向拉伸比不同,两个方向光泽度不同,压膜而成的哑光修复层同样具备不同方向光泽度不同的效果,呈现立体质感,产品光泽度可以通过修复层胶水的烘干温度、熟化过程压力,以及哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜的光泽度来调控,工艺控制简单,哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜可以重复使用。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施例对本发明作一步的详细说明,本发明的示意性实施方式及其说明仅用于解释本发明,不作为对权利要求的限定。
下述实施例中,光泽度的测试方法为:将被测试样品贴于黑色镜面板上,使用60°的光泽度仪进行光泽度测试。
实施例1:哑光薄膜的制造
PVC薄膜:选用浙江东进塑胶有限公司的高分子增塑剂PVC薄膜,规格为35P,厚度132um,其光泽度为92。
TPU薄膜:选用美国Argotec,牌号49510的TPU薄膜,厚度150um,其光泽度96。
修复层胶水:选用常州市三特化工有限公司,牌号SR700R产品。
哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜:添加二氧化硅的哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,厚度50um,其横向光泽度/纵向光泽度为33/36、18/22两种。
制造方法包括如下步骤:
A、TPU薄膜或PVC薄膜上涂布修复层胶水,涂层厚度约8um,在下表所示的温度下烘干,然后在修复层胶水上辊压复合哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜;
B、熟化,熟化温度和时间如表格所示;
C、剥离除去哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜得到哑光薄膜成品。
成品取样检测,得到如下结果:
可以看到,无论PVC薄膜还是TPU薄膜,在相同工艺条件下出现相同的哑光效果,说明产品的哑光效果由哑光涂层产生。
实施例2:汽车漆面哑光保护膜的制造
PVC薄膜:选用浙江东进塑胶有限公司的高分子增塑剂PVC薄膜,规格为40P,厚度132um,其光泽度为92。
TPU薄膜:选用美国Argotec,牌号49510的TPU薄膜,厚度150um,其光泽度96。
修复层胶水:选用常州市三特化工有限公司,牌号SR700R产品。
哑光双向拉伸薄膜:添加二氧化硅的哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,厚度50um,其横向光泽度/纵向光泽度为33/36、18/22两种。
离型层薄膜:双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,厚度50um,离型力60g/inch。
安装层材料:压敏胶,选用美国亚什兰,牌号951059产品。
制造方法包括如下步骤:
A、在离型层薄膜上涂布安装层材料,厚度约30um,在下表所示的温度下烘干,然后在安装层上复合TPU薄膜或PVC薄膜;
B、在TPU薄膜或PVC薄膜上涂布修复层胶水,涂层厚度约8um,在下表所示的温度下烘干,在修复层胶水上辊压复合哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜;
C、熟化,熟化温度、时间和压力如下表所示;熟化过程有不施加压力和施加压力两种,施加压力是在哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜表面施加0.5、1或2kg/cm2的压力;
D、剥离除去哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜得到漆面哑光保护膜成品。
成品取样检测,得到如下结果:
可以看到,无论PVC薄膜还是TPU薄膜,在相同工艺条件下出现相同结果。成品的哑光效果由烘干温度、熟化压力和哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜的光泽度确定。较低的烘干温度由于修复层胶水固化程度较低容易变形,得到的产品光泽度较低,较高的烘干温度由于修复层胶水固化程度较高不易变形,得到的产品光泽度较高,熟化过程施加压力可降低产品光泽度,提高亚光效果,使用光泽度较低的哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,得到的产品光泽度也较低。因此,可以方便地通过选择烘干温度、熟化压力和哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜光泽度的具体参数来满足客户对成品哑光程度的需求。
产品粘贴于汽车漆面后不同角度光泽度不同,具备很好的立体感。
Claims (7)
1.一种哑光薄膜,包含薄膜基材和哑光涂层,其特征在于,所述哑光涂层是在所述薄膜基材上涂布修复层胶水,经80—140℃烘干后,在修复层胶水上辊压复合哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,在40—70℃下熟化24—72小时后剥离除去哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜形成的涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述哑光薄膜,其特征在于,所述薄膜基材选自PVC薄膜或TPU薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述哑光薄膜,其特征在于,所述修复层胶水为聚氨酯清漆。
4.根据权利要求1所述哑光薄膜,其特征在于,所述熟化过程在哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜上施加0—2kg/cm2压力。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述任一哑光薄膜,其特征在于,所述哑光双向拉伸聚酯薄膜为添加颗粒物实现哑光的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,厚度范围23—200um。
6.根据权利要求5所述哑光薄膜,其特征在于,所述颗粒物选自二氧化硅,氧化铝,氧化镁,钛白粉,碳酸钙,滑石粉中的一种或多种。
7.权利要求1-6所述任一哑光薄膜作为汽车漆面哑光保护膜的应用,其复合结构层为:离型膜—安装层—权利要求1-6所述哑光薄膜。
