s2: the waste water is heated by switching on the power supply of the heating block (25), so that waste gas in the waste water is promoted to overflow, meanwhile, the liquid medicine is added into the liquid medicine heating cylinder (14) through the hopper (31), and the heated liquid medicine enters the waste water treatment box body (2) through the medicine inlet pipe (30);

s5: the wastewater after the drug adding treatment is subjected to double filtration of an RO membrane filter layer (16) and an ultrafiltration membrane layer (17) and enters the surfaces of an activated carbon plate (22) and a titanium dioxide filter screen (23) through a water flow hole (21), harmful substances in the wastewater and waste gas mixed in the wastewater are removed again, and the wastewater treated by the activated carbon plate (22) and the titanium dioxide filter screen (23) can be discharged to the outside through a drainage pipeline (13).
