本发明公开了一种表皮输送涂胶线,包含表皮上料小车、小车升降台、表皮上料机构、表皮输送台、表皮涂胶机构、表皮翻面机构和缓存台;所述表皮上料小车用于堆叠表皮工件,小车升降台带动表皮上料小车升降,表皮上料机构将表皮工件逐个从表皮上料小车上搬运至表皮输送台,表皮输送台带动表皮工件经过表皮涂胶机构涂胶,并送至表皮翻面机构,表皮翻面机构带动表皮工件翻面,并送至缓存台;表皮的上料、涂胶、翻面的过程全自动运行,各工序之间不需要人工干预,减少了人力,提高了加工效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种表皮输送涂胶线,属于汽车配件加工设备技术领域。
背景技术
IMG(In Mold Graining)工艺即阴模真空成型工艺,包括表皮的上料、涂胶、翻面、烘烤,以及阴模骨架上料后,与烘烤后表皮复合上下吸真空的过程;现有的阴模真空成型各步骤大多都是分开进行,不同的工序之间需要人工进行中转,自动化程度不足,浪费了人力,影响加工效率。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种表皮输送涂胶线。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种表皮输送涂胶线,包含表皮上料小车、小车升降台、表皮上料机构、表皮输送台、表皮涂胶机构、表皮翻面机构和缓存台;所述表皮上料小车用于堆叠表皮工件,小车升降台带动表皮上料小车升降,表皮上料机构将表皮工件逐个从表皮上料小车上搬运至表皮输送台,表皮输送台带动表皮工件经过表皮涂胶机构涂胶,并送至表皮翻面机构,表皮翻面机构带动表皮工件翻面,并送至缓存台。
优选的,所述表皮上料机构的前侧设置有小车定位条,表皮上料小车与小车定位条配合,表皮上料小车上设置有挡料架。
优选的,所述小车升降台包含剪叉底座、剪叉臂、剪叉顶架和剪叉驱动装置,剪叉臂的上下两端分别与剪叉顶架和剪叉底座配合,剪叉驱动装置固定设置在剪叉底座上,剪叉底座上还设置有防坠齿条,剪叉驱动装置通过联轴器组件带动剪叉臂工作,联轴器组件上设置有与防坠齿条配合的防坠卡块,剪叉底座与剪叉顶架的四周通过升降台限位柱配合,剪叉顶架与表皮上料小车配合。
优选的,所述表皮上料机构包含表皮上料行走架、上料行走架驱动导向机构和表皮上料吸取组件,表皮上料吸取组件固定安装在皮上料行走架上,表皮上料吸取组件从表皮上料小车上吸取表皮工件,上料行走架驱动导向机构带动表皮上料行走架向表皮输送台移动,将表皮工件放置在表皮输送台上,表皮上料机构的上料端的下侧设置有表皮上料挡板。
优选的,所述表皮翻面机构包含表皮翻面行走架、翻面行走架驱动导向机构、表皮翻面组件和表皮翻面压杆;所述表皮翻面组件包含翻面夹头转动机构、铲料架和翻面压料缸,翻面夹头转动机构设置在表皮翻面行走架上,翻面夹头转动机构带动铲料架转动,铲料架的底部设置有铲料板,翻面压料缸的底部伸缩工作端与铲料板配合夹住表皮工件;所述翻面行走架驱动导向机构带动表皮翻面组件向下游工位移动,表皮翻面压杆位于表皮翻面行走架的移动路径上。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本方案提供了一种表皮输送涂胶线,将表皮的上料、涂胶、翻面的过程全自动运行,各工序之间不需要人工干预,减少了人力,提高了加工效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来说明本发明。
如附图1-6所示,本发明所述的一种表皮输送涂胶线,包含表皮上料小车5、小车升降台6、表皮上料机构7、表皮输送台8、表皮涂胶机构9、表皮翻面机构10和缓存台11;所述表皮上料小车5用于堆叠表皮工件,小车升降台6带动表皮上料小车5升降,表皮上料机构7将表皮工件逐个从表皮上料小车5上搬运至表皮输送台8,表皮输送台8带动表皮工件经过表皮涂胶机构9涂胶,表皮输送涂胶线旁还设置有胶罐和泵以及涂胶控制器,表皮涂胶完成后,由表皮输送台8送至表皮翻面机构10,表皮翻面机构10带动表皮工件翻面,并送至缓存台11。
如附图2所示,所述表皮上料机构7的前侧设置有两个对称的小车定位条51,小车升降台6设置在两个小车定位条51之间,表皮上料小车5在推到上料位置上时,由小车定位条51起到定位和导向作用,表皮上料小车5上设置有多个挡料架52,多个挡料架52围成表皮的叠放空间,挡料架52的位置可以调节。
如附图3所示,所述小车升降台6包含剪叉底座61、剪叉臂62、剪叉顶架63和剪叉驱动装置64,剪叉臂62的上下两端分别与剪叉顶架63和剪叉底座61配合,剪叉驱动装置64固定设置在剪叉底座61上,剪叉底座61上还设置有防坠齿条65,剪叉驱动装置64为步进电机,剪叉驱动装置64通过联轴器组件66带动剪叉臂62工作,剪叉顶架63与表皮上料小车5配合,可将表皮上料小车5顶起抬升;上料小车5每次只提升一个表皮厚度的高度,保证下游的吸取机械手每次都能在相同的高度用吸头抓取表皮;小车升降台6整体结构与常规的单剪叉升降台类似,但增加了防坠齿条65,联轴器组件66上设置有与防坠齿条65配合的防坠卡块67,防坠卡块67的底部设置弹簧销,与防坠齿条65组成棘齿结构,可以防止升降台断电急坠等情况,也可以起到步进定位作用,用来保证表皮上料小车5每次只提升一个表皮厚度的高度;并且还在剪叉底座61与剪叉顶架63的四周设置升降台限位柱68,以保证升降台的工作稳定性。。
如附图2、4所示,所述表皮上料机构7包含表皮上料行走架71、上料行走架驱动导向机构72和表皮上料吸取组件73,表皮上料吸取组件73包含用于抓取表皮的吸头和带动吸头升降的气缸,表皮上料吸取组件73有多个,多个表皮上料吸取组件73间隔均匀地固定安装在皮上料行走架71上;所述上料行走架驱动导向机构72包含常规的电机、同步带、轴、轴承、齿轮齿条和滑轨等部件,上料行走架驱动导向机构72带动表皮上料行走架71向表皮输送台8移动,表皮上料吸取组件73从表皮上料小车5上吸取表皮工件,吸取组件73只吸表皮的一侧,采用拖拽的方式将整张表皮放置在表皮输送台8上,表皮上料机构7的上料端的下侧设置有表皮上料挡板74,可以防止上下表皮粘连,保证每次只吸取一张表皮。
如附图5所示,所述表皮输送台8为电机齿轮齿条等机构驱动的移动平台,表皮输送台8带着表皮工件依次经过表皮涂胶机构9和表皮翻面机构10。
如附图5-6所示,所述表皮翻面机构10包含表皮翻面行走架12、翻面行走架驱动导向机构13、表皮翻面组件和表皮翻面压杆14;所述表皮翻面组件包含翻面夹头转动机构15、铲料架16和翻面压料缸17,翻面夹头转动机构15设置在表皮翻面行走架12上,翻面夹头转动机构15带动铲料架16转动,铲料架16的底部设置有带斜面的铲料板,翻面压料缸17设置在铲料架16上;所述翻面行走架驱动导向机构13包含常规的电机、同步带、轴、轴承、齿轮齿条和滑轨等部件,翻面行走架驱动导向机构13带动表皮翻面行走架12移动,表皮翻面压杆14有两根,两根表皮翻面压杆14依次设置在表皮翻面行走架12的移动路径上,两根表皮翻面压杆14上均设置有小滚轮。
表皮输送台8带着表皮工件经过表皮涂胶机构9涂胶之后,表皮输送台8运动至表皮翻面机构10的下方,这个过程中,翻面夹头转动机构15带动铲料架16上翻,防止铲料架16阻挡表皮输送台8的运动,表皮输送台8到位之后,铲料架16下翻回位,翻面行走架驱动导向机构13带动表皮翻面行走架12向下游移动,使铲料架16底部的铲料板插入表皮与表皮输送台8之间,翻面压料缸17的底部伸缩工作端与铲料板配合夹住表皮工件的前侧边,铲料架16再度上翻,带着表皮的前侧边抬起,表皮翻面行走架12继续移动,铲料架16带着表皮的前侧边从上方跨过两根表皮翻面压杆14,一直送至缓存台11上,完成翻面,使表皮的涂胶面朝下。

所述表皮上料机构(7)包含表皮上料行走架(71)、上料行走架驱动导向机构(72)和表皮上料吸取组件(73),表皮上料吸取组件(73)固定安装在皮上料行走架(71)上,表皮上料吸取组件(73)从表皮上料小车(5)上吸取表皮工件,上料行走架驱动导向机构(72)带动表皮上料行走架(71)向表皮输送台(8)移动,将表皮工件放置在表皮输送台(8)上,表皮上料机构(7)的上料端的下侧设置有表皮上料挡板(74);
