the first cam (48) is rotatably connected with the movable connecting rods (49), and the inner sides of the movable connecting rods (49) are connected with a cutting tool (411);
the supporting plate (410) is symmetrically arranged at the top of the base (1), and the supporting plate (410) is connected with the dicing cutter (411) in a sliding manner;
the top of the base (1) is connected with a limiting frame (47).
4. The apparatus for cutting steamed sponge cake for food processing as claimed in claim 2 or 3, further comprising a clamping mechanism (6), wherein the clamping mechanism (6) comprises:
the top of the base (1) is symmetrically provided with the movable groove plates (61);

the second cam (74) is arranged on the cam rotating shaft (73), and the second cam (74) is matched with the flattening wheel (75);
the two sides of the inner wall of the support bracket (71) are both connected with the limit plates (77).
