According to the invention, the water pump impeller is convenient to fix through the arrangement of the jacking mechanism, the grinding groove 6 moves up and down to match with the rotation of the water pump impeller, so that the polishing efficiency and effect are increased, the fan blades 702 and the refrigeration mechanism are convenient to clean and cool the water pump impeller, and the driving mechanism, the exhaust mechanism, the air bin 115, the air duct 12, the spray head 121 and the valve 122 are convenient to further cool and clean the polished impeller.
