In order to overcome the defects that a large amount of manpower is required to be consumed, the spraying efficiency is low, the spraying is uneven and the working quality is poor, the technical problem to be solved is as follows: the surface spraying device for producing the lamp diffusion plate does not need to consume a large amount of manpower, is high in spraying efficiency, uniform in spraying and high in working quality.
The technical scheme is as follows: a surface spraying device for producing a lamp diffusion plate comprises: a base plate; the driving assembly is arranged on the bottom plate and is driven in a rotating mode; the lifting component is arranged on the bottom plate and is lifted in a sliding mode; the spraying assembly is arranged on the bottom plate and is used for spraying in a pressing mode; and the moving assembly is arranged on the bottom plate and moves in a sliding mode.
Further, the driving assembly comprises: the mounting plate is mounted on the bottom plate; the speed reducing motor is arranged on the mounting plate; the screw rod is arranged on an output shaft of the speed reducing motor; the nut is installed on the screw rod and connected with the lifting assembly.
Further, the lifting assembly comprises: the first connecting frame is arranged on the nut; the first telescopic rod is arranged on the first connecting frame; the guide rod is arranged on the bottom plate; the object placing plate is arranged on the guide rod; the second telescopic rod is arranged on the object placing plate, and the same object placing plate is arranged at the left end of the second telescopic rod; the first spring is arranged between the object placing plate and the second telescopic rod; and the second spring is arranged between the first connecting frame and the first telescopic rod.
Further, the spraying assembly comprises: the material storage box is arranged on the bottom plate; two fixing rods are arranged and are mounted on the bottom plate; the cylinder body is arranged on the fixed rod; the feeding pipe is arranged between the cylinder body and the storage box; the piston push plate is arranged on the cylinder body in a sliding manner; the third spring is arranged between the piston push plate and the cylinder body; two support frames are arranged and are mounted on the cylinder body; two discharge hoses are arranged on the cylinder body; and two water outlet pipes are arranged on the discharging hose.
Further, the moving assembly comprises: two support rods are arranged on the base; the sliding rail is arranged on the supporting rod; two sliding blocks are arranged and are both arranged on the sliding rail in a sliding manner; two second connecting frames are arranged and are respectively arranged between the sliding block and the discharging hose; and the number of the fourth springs is two, and the fourth springs are both arranged between the sliding block and the sliding rail.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps: the first connecting rod is arranged on the nut; the first rack is arranged on the first connecting rod; the cylindrical gear is rotatably arranged on the sliding rail; two second connecting rods are arranged and are arranged on the sliding block; two second racks are arranged and are mounted on the second connecting rod; and the limiting frame is arranged on the bottom plate.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps: a gear shaft installed on the cylindrical gear; the fixing frame is arranged on the piston push plate; and the third rack is arranged on the fixed frame and meshed with the gear shaft.

The invention has the following advantages: the lamp diffusion plate spraying device has the advantages that power can be provided when the lamp diffusion plate is sprayed through the driving assembly, a large amount of manpower is saved, the lamp diffusion plate can be fixed through the lifting assembly, the lamp diffusion plate can be conveniently sprayed, the lamp diffusion plate can be sprayed through the spraying assembly, the lamp diffusion plate can be comprehensively sprayed when the water outlet pipe of the moving assembly moves in a back direction through the sliding block, the water outlet pipe does not need to be driven to move through manual pushing through the matching of the cylindrical gear and the second rack for spraying the lamp diffusion plate, the working efficiency of people is improved, the piston push plate does not need to be manually pushed through the matching of the gear shaft and the third rack, a large amount of manpower is saved, the sprayed lamp diffusion plate can be automatically pushed out through the matching of the sliding frame and the wedge block, and the lamp diffusion plate is more convenient for people to collect.

Example 1
A surface spraying device for producing a lamp diffusion plate is shown in figures 1-8 and comprises a bottom plate 1, a driving assembly 2, a lifting assembly 3, a spraying assembly 4 and a moving assembly 5, wherein the driving assembly 2 which is driven in a rotating mode is arranged on the bottom plate 1, the lifting assembly 3 which is lifted in a sliding mode is arranged on the bottom plate 1, the spraying assembly 4 which is sprayed in a pressing mode is arranged on the bottom plate 1, and the moving assembly 5 which is moved in a sliding mode is arranged on the bottom plate 1.
When using the device, place the lamps and lanterns diffuser plate in lifting unit 3, put the back, drive lifting unit 3 through drive assembly 2 and go up and down, after lifting unit 3 moved suitable position, close drive assembly 2, drive spraying assembly 4 through removal subassembly 5 and carry out the spraying to the lamps and lanterns diffuser plate afterwards, after the spraying was accomplished, the staff drove lifting unit 3 through drive assembly 2 and resets, changes the lamps and lanterns diffuser plate that the spraying was accomplished afterwards.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the lifting assembly 3 includes a first connecting frame 31, a first telescopic rod 32, a guide rod 33, a placement plate 34, a second telescopic rod 35, a first spring 36 and a second spring 37, the nut 24 is provided with the first connecting frame 31, the lower portion of the left side of the first connecting frame 31 is provided with the first telescopic rod 32, the right side of the bottom plate 1 is provided with the guide rod 33, the guide rod 33 is provided with the placement plate 34 in a sliding manner, the left side of the placement plate 34 is provided with the second telescopic rod 35, the first spring 36 is wound between the placement plate 34 and the second telescopic rod 35, the left end of the second telescopic rod 35 is also provided with the placement plate 34, and the second spring 37 is wound between the first connecting frame 31 and the first telescopic rod 32.
When the lamp diffusion plate is placed, a worker pulls the object placing plate 34 outwards, the second telescopic rod 35 extends along with the first spring 36, then the lamp diffusion plate is placed on the object placing plate 34, after the lamp diffusion plate is placed, the object placing plate 34 is loosened, under the action of resetting of the first spring 36, the second telescopic rod 35 drives the object placing plate 34 on the outer side to move inwards to clamp the lamp diffusion plate, then the nut 24 moves upwards, the first connecting frame 31 drives the object placing plate 34 to slide upwards on the guide rod 33 through the first telescopic rod 32, when the object placing plate 34 moves upwards to a proper position, the nut 24 does not move upwards any more, then the lamp diffusion plate is sprayed, after spraying is completed, the nut 24 moves downwards to reset, the first connecting frame 31 drives the object placing plate 34 to slide downwards on the guide rod 33 through the first telescopic rod 32 to reset, then the sprayed lamp diffusion plate is removed, therefore, the lamp diffusion plate can be fixed, and the lamp diffusion plate is conveniently sprayed.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the spraying assembly 4 includes a storage box 41, a fixing rod 42, a cylinder 43, a feeding pipe 44, a piston pushing plate 45, a third spring 46, a support frame 47, a discharging hose 48 and a discharging pipe 49, the storage box 41 is disposed on the bottom plate 1, the fixing rods 42 are disposed on the front portion and the rear portion of the left side of the bottom plate 1, the cylinder 43 is disposed between the top ends of the two fixing rods 42, the feeding pipe 44 is connected between the cylinder 43 and the storage box 41, the piston pushing plate 45 is slidably disposed on the cylinder 43, the third spring 46 is connected between the piston pushing plate 45 and the cylinder 43 in a winding manner, the support frame 47 is disposed on the front portion and the rear portion of the cylinder 43, the discharging hose 48 is disposed on the front portion and the rear portion of the cylinder 43, the one-way valves are disposed on the feeding pipe 44 and the discharging hose 48, and the discharging hose 48 is provided with a discharging pipe 49 by bypassing the support frame 47.
When the lamp diffusion plate is sprayed, a worker pushes the piston push plate 45 to slide downwards in the cylinder 43, the third spring 46 is compressed, at the moment, liquid in the cylinder 43 enters the discharge hose 48 and is sprayed onto the lamp diffusion plate through the water outlet pipe 49, then the piston push plate 45 is released, under the reset action of the third spring 46, the piston push plate 45 slides upwards to reset, liquid in the storage tank 41 is sucked into the cylinder 43 through the feed pipe 44, and therefore the lamp diffusion plate can be sprayed.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the moving assembly 5 includes a support rod 51, a slide rail 52, a second connecting frame 53, a slider 54 and a fourth spring 55, the support rod 51 is disposed at the front and rear parts of the right side of the bottom plate 1, the slide rail 52 is disposed between the top ends of the two support rods 51, the slider 54 is slidably disposed at the front and rear sides of the slide rail 52, the second connecting frame 53 is connected between the slider 54 and the discharging hose 48, and the fourth spring 55 is wound between the slider 54 and the slide rail 52.
When carrying out the spraying to the lamps and lanterns diffuser plate, the staff can promote slider 54 outwards to slide in slide rail 52, fourth spring 55 is compressed to drive outlet pipe 49 through second link 53 and outwards remove and carry out the spraying to the lamps and lanterns diffuser plate, after the spraying is accomplished, under the effect that fourth spring 55 resets, slider 54 drives outlet pipe 49 through second link 53 thereupon and inwards removes and reset, so, when outlet pipe 49 carries out the dorsad through slider 54, can carry out comprehensive spraying with the lamps and lanterns diffuser plate.

When spraying is carried out on the lamp diffusion plate, the nut 24 moves upwards to drive the first rack 7 to move upwards through the first connecting rod 6, when the first rack 7 moves to be meshed with the cylindrical gear 8, the first rack 7 moves upwards to drive the cylindrical gear 8 to rotate, the gear rotates to drive the second rack 10 to move outwards, the second connecting rod 9 drives the water outlet pipe 49 to move outwards to spray the lamp diffusion plate, after spraying is completed, the nut 24 moves downwards to reset and drives the first rack 7 to move downwards through the first connecting rod 6 to reset, the cylindrical gear 8 rotates reversely to drive the second rack 10 to move inwards to reset, and therefore the sliding block 54 does not need to be pushed manually to drive the water outlet pipe 49 to move to spray the lamp diffusion plate, and working efficiency of people is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the device further comprises a gear shaft 12, a fixing frame 13 and a third rack 14, the gear shaft 12 is arranged on the cylindrical gear 8, the fixing frame 13 is arranged on the piston push plate 45, the third rack 14 is arranged on the fixing frame 13, and the third rack 14 is meshed with the gear shaft 12.
When spraying is carried out on the lamp diffusion plate, the cylindrical gear 8 drives the third rack 14 to move downwards through the gear shaft 12, the fixing frame 13 moves downwards along with the third rack and drives the piston push plate 45 to move downwards to spray the lamp diffusion plate, after the spraying is completed, the cylindrical gear 8 rotates reversely and drives the third rack 14 to move upwards through the gear shaft 12 to reset, the fixing frame 13 drives the piston push plate 45 to move upwards to reset along with the third rack, and therefore the piston push plate 45 does not need to be pushed manually, and a large amount of manpower is saved.

When the lamp diffusion plate is sprayed, the second rack 10 moves outwards to drive the pushing frame 16 to move backwards, when the pushing frame 16 moves backwards to be in contact with the sliding frame 142, the pushing frame 16 moves backwards to push the sliding frame 142 to slide backwards in the guide sleeve 141, the fifth spring 143 is compressed, the supporting plate 15 drives the special-shaped frame 17 to move backwards, when the sliding frame 142 moves backwards to be in contact with the wedge-shaped block 111, the sliding frame 142 moves backwards to push the wedge-shaped block 111 to move downwards, the third telescopic rod 19 contracts along with the wedge-shaped block, the sixth spring 110 is compressed, when the sliding frame 142 moves backwards to be separated from the wedge-shaped block 111, under the reset action of the sixth spring 110, the third telescopic rod 19 extends along with the wedge-shaped block 111 to move upwards to reset the sliding frame 142, then the lamp diffusion plate is sprayed, after the spraying is finished, the placing plate 34 moves downwards to reset along with the placing plate, the contact rod 18 moves downwards, and when the contact rod 18 moves downwards to be in contact with the special-shaped frame 17, the special-shaped frame 17 pushes the contact rod 18 to move leftwards, the object placing plate 34 moves leftwards along with the contact rod and is not clamped into the lamp diffusion plate, at this time, the sprayed lamp diffusion plate falls onto the supporting plate 15, the object placing plate 34 continues to move downwards to drive the contact frame 113 to move downwards, when the contact frame 113 moves downwards to be in contact with the contact plate 112, the contact frame 113 moves downwards to push the contact plate 112 to move downwards, the wedge block 111 moves downwards along with the contact plate and is not clamped with the sliding frame 142, and the sliding frame 142 drives the supporting plate 15 to move forwards to reset under the reset effect of the fifth spring 143.
