Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides the steam barbecue oven using the biomass particles, a steam system is added on the basis of the existing barbecue oven, and steam is input into the barbecue oven, so that the food has the steaming effect in the barbecue process, the roasted food is burnt and tender in the outside, and the food taste is improved.
According to the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention, the steam barbecue oven using biomass particles comprises a barbecue oven, a barbecue grill is arranged in the barbecue oven, a fuel tank is arranged at one end of the barbecue oven, a hopper and a steam system are arranged in the fuel tank, the hopper is used for storing biomass particle fuel and supplying the biomass particle fuel to the barbecue oven, the steam system comprises a steam pipe, the steam pipe penetrates through the barbecue oven to input steam into the barbecue oven, a strip-shaped oven is partially penetrated through the barbecue oven, a feed inlet and a combustion chamber are respectively arranged at two ends of the strip-shaped oven, the feed inlet is arranged below the hopper, the combustion chamber is arranged below the barbecue grill, and a conveying device is arranged in the strip-shaped oven to convey fuel entering from the feed inlet to the combustion chamber.
The steam barbecue oven using the biomass particles has the advantages that steam is input into the barbecue oven in the process of roasting food, so that the food has a steaming effect in the roasting process, and compared with the existing open-air barbecue oven using charcoal fire for the most part, the steam barbecue oven using charcoal fire is not easy to roast and paste the food even without roasting experience, and the roasted food is burnt and tender in outside, so that the taste of the roasted food is effectively improved.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the steam system includes a water tank, a water pump that draws water from the water tank and pumps to the steam generator, and a steam generator that atomizes water into steam and provides the steam to the steam pipe.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a tank container is provided within the fuel tank, the tank container having an opening at one end and an open end extending out of the fuel tank, the tank being slidably mounted within the tank container.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a connecting pipe is arranged at the other end of the box body container, a water outlet pipe is arranged at one end of the water tank, a retaining plate is connected to the other end of the water tank, the water outlet pipe is embedded into the connecting pipe, and the retaining plate abuts against the opening end of the box body container.
According to some embodiments of the invention, two slots are arranged at intervals on the end surface of one end of the water tank, which is far away from the water outlet pipe, a limiting support column is arranged between the two slots, an embedded plate matched with the slots is arranged on one side of the support plate, which faces the water tank, an elastic sheet is arranged between the two embedded plates, the slot is opened upwards, the embedded plate is inserted into the slots, and the elastic sheet supports against the bottom of the limiting support column.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the conveying device is a conveying screw, the conveying screw is arranged in the bar-shaped box, the conveying screw is connected with a driving device capable of driving the conveying screw to rotate around the axis of the conveying screw, and the conveying screw can convey fuel from the feed inlet to the combustion chamber when rotating.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a material conveying pipe is arranged in the strip-shaped box, the conveying screw is arranged in the material conveying pipe, a material hole is arranged on the peripheral wall of one end of the material conveying pipe and communicated with the material inlet, and the other end of the material conveying pipe is communicated with the combustion chamber.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the strip-shaped box is further provided with an air inlet, the air inlet is opposite to the feeding hole, and a fan is arranged at the bottom of the air inlet and used for blowing air into the strip-shaped box.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a heat insulating piece, a heat separating cover and an oil receiving disc are further arranged in the barbecue oven, the oil receiving disc is arranged below the barbecue oven, two ends of the oil receiving disc are respectively connected with end walls of two ends of the barbecue oven, the heat separating cover is arranged below the oil receiving disc, the heat insulating piece is arranged below the heat separating cover, and the heat insulating piece is connected with the barbecue oven and covers the combustion chamber.

Referring to fig. 1 to 10, a steam barbecue oven using biomass particles according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a barbecue oven 100 having a barbecue grill 101 disposed therein, a locker 180 disposed at the bottom of the barbecue grill 101, and the barbecue oven 100 mounted on the locker 180. The roller wheels are arranged at the bottom of the storage cabinet 180 and are convenient to move outdoors, the barbecue oven 100 is in a hollow cylindrical shape, the semicircular groove consistent with the shape of the peripheral wall of the barbecue oven 100 is formed in the top of the storage cabinet 180, the barbecue oven 100 is embedded into the semicircular groove at the top of the storage cabinet 180, namely, half of the space of the barbecue oven 100 is embedded into the storage cabinet 180, and the space occupation is saved. The oven 100 includes a grill 101 and a cover 102, the grill 101 has two layers, the two layers of grills 101 are disposed in the oven 100 at an upper and lower interval, and the cover 102 is hinged to the outer peripheral wall of the oven 100 and can be opened to one side to facilitate the operation of food on the grill 101. The cover 102 is a quarter circle, the hinge joint of the cover 102 and the oven 100 is the top of the oven 100, and when the cover 102 is opened, a quarter of the barbecue grill 101 is opened, and the barbecue grill 101 is exposed, so that the food can be roasted conveniently. A thermometer is also provided on the cover 102 for monitoring the temperature within the oven 100. The barbecue grill 101 has two layers, all horizontally disposed, with the upper layer having an area less than the area of the bottom layer.
The fuel tank 200 is arranged at one end of the barbecue oven 100, a hopper 210 and a steam system are arranged in the fuel tank 200, the hopper 210 is used for storing biomass particle fuel and providing the biomass particle fuel for the barbecue oven 100, the steam system comprises a steam pipe 261, and the steam pipe 261 passes through the barbecue oven 100 and inputs steam into the barbecue oven 100. The top of the hopper 210 is provided with a filter screen 213, a hopper cover 214 is arranged above the filter screen 213, and the hopper cover 214 is hinged with the hopper 210 and is used for sealing the top of the hopper 210. As shown in fig. 2, the hopper cover 214 is hinged to one side of the hopper 210 near the bar box 300, the hopper cover 214 can rotate around the hinge to open the hopper cover 214 to one side, the filter screen 213 is embedded in the hopper 210, and an inward protruding flange is provided on the inner wall of the upper portion of the hopper 210 to support the filter screen 213. When the biomass granular fuel is fed into the hopper 210, the biomass granular fuel is primarily filtered by the filter screen 213, so that the biomass granular fuel entering the hopper 210 cannot block the discharge hole 211 or cannot enter the conveying device due to oversized particles. The wall at one side of the hopper 210 is also provided with an observation hole 215, transparent glass is arranged on the observation hole 215, and the amount of fuel in the hopper 210 can be seen from the outside through the observation hole 215 so as to be convenient for adding fuel.
The bar-shaped box 300 is partially penetrated through the oven 100, two ends of the bar-shaped box 300 are respectively provided with a feed inlet 301 and a combustion chamber 302, the feed inlet 301 is arranged below the hopper 210, the combustion chamber 302 is arranged below the barbecue grill 101, and a conveying device is arranged in the bar-shaped box 300 so as to convey fuel entering from the feed inlet 301 to the combustion chamber 302. The existing barbecue oven is mostly an open-air barbecue oven, charcoal fire is used for barbecue under the barbecue oven, food is burnt and burned easily without barbecue experience, the problem that common biomass particle ovens are burnt and burned easily exists, steam is input into the barbecue oven 100 in the process of roasting the food, so that the food has steaming effect in the process of roasting the food, the roasted food is burnt and tender in the outside, and the mouthfeel of the roasted food is effectively improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the steam system includes a water tank 240, a water pump 250, and a steam generator 260, the water pump 250 drawing water from the water tank 240 and pumping to the steam generator 260, the steam generator 260 atomizing and providing water to a steam pipe 261. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the water tank 240, the water pump 250 and the steam generator 260 are all disposed in the fuel tank 200, the water pump 250 and the steam generator 260 are all commercially available devices, and the steam pipe 261 is connected to the inside of the barbecue case 100 and to the middle of the double grill 101. A level alarm is provided in the tank 240 and will sound an alarm when the level is below a set value. The steam system, the transmission device and the like are controlled by the electric control board. When the barbecue oven is used, the power supply is started, the barbecue use temperature is set, the barbecue mode is entered, after 10-15 minutes of barbecue, the steam system is started under the control of the electric control board, the water pump 250 is started to pump water into the steam generator 260, the steam generator 260 starts to work, and after 50 seconds, steam enters the barbecue oven 100 through the steam pipe 261. And stopping inputting steam after working for 30-50 seconds. And (5) performing work in one cycle for about 6-8 minutes until the food is roasted.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a tank container 270 is provided within the fuel tank 200 with one end open, one end of the tank container 270 is provided with an opening and the open end extends out of the fuel tank 200, and the water tank 240 is slidably mounted within the tank container 270. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the front end of the tank container 270 is provided with an opening, the opening end is provided with an edge protruding outwards, a square hole which is consistent with the sectional shape of the tank container 270 is formed in the tank wall on the front side of the fuel tank 200, the tank container 270 is arranged in the square hole in a penetrating manner, and the edge of the opening end of the tank container 270 abuts against the outer surface of the fuel tank 200. The other end of the tank container 270 far away from the open end is connected with a bracket, the bracket is fixedly connected with the bottom of the fuel tank 200, one end of the tank container 270 far away from the open end is provided with a protruding part, and the protruding part is movably arranged on the bracket in a penetrating way and can slide relative to the bracket. The front and rear ends of the case container 270 are supported by the brackets and the square holes, respectively.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the other end of the tank 270 is provided with a connection pipe 271, one end of the water tank 240 is provided with a water outlet pipe 241, the other end is connected with a retaining plate 280, the water outlet pipe 241 is embedded in the connection pipe 271, and the retaining plate 280 abuts against the end face of the tank 270. Specifically, the connection pipe 271 is connected to the water pump 250, the water outlet pipe 241 is connected to the bottom of the water tank 240, and the water outlet pipe 241 can be inserted into the connection pipe 271 to pump water from the water tank 240 by the water pump 250. The outer circumferential wall of the portion of the water outlet pipe 241 inserted into the connection pipe 271 is provided with a silica gel sleeve, which plays a role in increasing friction and sealing, namely, when the water tank 240 is pushed inwards to a position against the tank container 270, the water outlet pipe 241 is inserted into the connection pipe 271, the silica gel sleeve contacts with the inner wall of the connection pipe 271, the sealing effect is achieved in the water pumping process of the water pump 250, the water in the water outlet pipe 241 is prevented from flowing into the tank container 270, and meanwhile, the friction force between the connection pipe 271 and the water outlet pipe 241 is increased, and the water tank 240 is prevented from sliding out of the opening end of the tank container 270.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, two slots 242 are disposed at an end surface of the water tank 240 far from the water outlet pipe 241, a limiting support post 243 is disposed between the two slots 242, an embedded plate 281 matched with the slots 242 is disposed on one side of the support plate 280 facing the water tank 240, an elastic piece 282 is disposed between the two embedded plates 281, the slot 242 is opened upwards, the embedded plate 281 is inserted into the slot 242, the elastic piece 282 abuts against the bottom of the limiting support post 243, and the embedded plate 281 is prevented from being pulled out upwards. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the slot 242 is a vertically through slot, the embedded plate 281 is vertically inserted into the slot 242 downward, when the embedded plate 281 is inserted into the slot 242 downward, the outer wall of the elastic piece 282 will abut against the limiting support post 243, during the downward movement of the embedded plate 281, the elastic piece 282 is elastically deformed, after the embedded plate 281 is inserted downward in place, the elastic piece 282 resumes its original shape, and is embedded into the bottom of the limiting support post 243, so that the upward extraction of the retaining plate 280 is prevented.
It should be noted that the area of the retaining plate 280 is larger than the area of the open end of the case container 270, and thus. After the water tank 240 is inserted into the tank container 270, the abutment plate 280 can seal the open end of the tank container 270.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a discharge port 211 and an openable cleaning port 212 are provided at the bottom of the hopper 210, the discharge port 211 is communicated with the feed port 301, and the cleaning port 212 is communicated with the atmosphere. The discharge port 211 and the cleaning port 212 are arranged at intervals, and an arc-shaped channel is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning port 212 and communicated with the atmosphere at one side of the hopper 210 so as to discharge fuel in the hopper 210 from one side of the hopper 210. The biomass particles may generate scraps during storage and transportation, particularly in the storage hopper 210, a large amount of scraps are easily accumulated at the bottom of long-term use, so that the transportation of the biomass particles is affected, and once the storage hopper 210 is filled with fuel, the transportation device is blocked, so that the biomass particles are difficult to process. The bottom of the hopper 210 is provided with the discharge port 211 and the cleaning port 212, the cleaning port 212 is generally in a closed state, and when the hopper 210 needs to be cleaned or subjected to fault treatment, fuel can be discharged from the cleaning port 212, so that the hopper 210 is convenient to clean and treat.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a cover plate 220 is provided on the cleaning port 212, and the cover plate 220 is slidably disposed through the hopper 210 for sealing the cleaning port 212.
In some embodiments of the present invention, one end of the cover 220 is provided with a conveniently-inserted digging plate 221, the digging plate 221 is provided with a limiting groove 222, the hopper 210 is provided with a movable limiting bolt 231, and the limiting bolt 231 can be movably inserted into or withdrawn from the limiting groove 222 to enter or withdraw from limiting the cover 220. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7 and 10, a bar-shaped groove is formed at the rear side of the hopper 210, and a plate body of the cover plate 220 can pass through the bar-shaped groove and is pressed against the cleaning opening 212, but the width of the bar-shaped groove is very small, and the digging plate 221 cannot pass through the bar-shaped groove, so as to limit the travel of the depth of the cover plate 220 inserted into the hopper 210. The limit groove 222 of the digging plate 221 is an open groove, and the limit bolt 231 can slide into the limit groove 222 from one side of the opening of the limit groove 222 to limit the horizontal sliding of the cover plate 220. The sliding direction of the limit bolt 231 and the sliding direction of the cover plate 220 are two directions perpendicular to each other in the same horizontal plane, that is, the sliding direction of the cover plate 220 is the front-back direction, and the sliding direction of the limit bolt 231 is the left-right direction.
It should be noted that the strip-shaped groove through which the cover plate 220 passes is provided on one side of the hopper 210 near the cleaning opening 212, and prevents the cover plate 220 from being inserted into the hopper 210 to cover the discharge opening 211.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the outer wall of the hopper 210 is provided with a limiting plate 230, the limiting plate 230 is disposed above the digging plate 221, and the limiting bolt 231 is disposed through the limiting plate 230. Specifically, the limiting plate 230 is connected to the outer wall of the hopper 210 through a bolt, a slot hole is formed in the limiting plate 230, the limiting bolt 231 is inserted into the slot hole and can slide along the slot hole relative to the limiting plate 230, and when the limiting bolt 231 slides along the slot hole, the lower portion of the limiting bolt 231 can slide into or out of the limiting groove 222.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the conveying device is a conveying screw 310, the conveying screw 310 is disposed in the bar box 300, the conveying screw 310 is connected with a driving device capable of driving the conveying screw 310 to rotate around its own axis, and the conveying screw 310 can convey fuel from the feed inlet 301 into the combustion chamber 302 when rotating.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a material conveying pipe 320 is disposed in the bar box 300, the conveying screw 310 is disposed in the material conveying pipe 320, a material hole 321 is disposed on a peripheral wall of one end of the material conveying pipe 320 and is communicated with the material inlet 301, and the other end is communicated with the combustion chamber 302. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the inlet 301 is disposed corresponding to the outlet 211, and the inlet 301 has a slope extending downward and approaching each other, and the bottom shape of the inlet 301 is just in conformity with the shape of the hole 321, so that the fuel for combustion can fall into the gap of the conveying screw 310 from the hole 321 entirely. The feed pipe 320 is a hollow pipe body, and penetrates through two ends in the axial direction thereof, one end of the pipe body is communicated with the combustion chamber 302, and the other end of the pipe body penetrates through the wall of the bar box 300, so that the end part of the conveying screw 310 extending out of the bar box 300 is protected.
Further, one end of the conveying pipe 320 far away from the combustion chamber 302 extends out of the strip-shaped box 300, a mounting plate is arranged on the outer side of one end of the strip-shaped box 300 far away from the combustion chamber 302, a driving motor 311 is mounted on the mounting plate, and the driving motor 311 is connected with the end part of the conveying screw 310 in the conveying pipe 320 and used for driving the conveying screw 310 to rotate around the axis of the conveying screw.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the strip-shaped box 300 is further provided with an air inlet 303, the air inlet 303 is opposite to the feeding hole 301, and a fan 304 is arranged at the bottom of the air inlet 303 for blowing air into the strip-shaped box 300. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the fan 304 blows air inwards from the air inlet, and because the material inlet 301 is closely attached to the wall of the material hole 321 of the material conveying pipe 320, the air cannot escape from the material inlet 301, and similarly, the strip-shaped box 300 is a sealed box body, so that the air can only flow towards the direction of the combustion chamber 302, and oxygen is provided to the combustion chamber 302, so that the combustion effect is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the oven 100 is further provided therein with a heat shield 140, a heat-separating cover 150 and an oil receiving pan 160, the oil receiving pan 160 is disposed under the barbecue grill 101, both ends of the oil receiving pan 160 are respectively connected with end walls of both ends of the barbecue grill 101, the heat-separating cover 150 is disposed under the oil receiving pan 160, the heat shield 140 is disposed under the heat-separating cover 150, and the heat shield 140 is connected with the oven 100 and covers the combustion chamber 302. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the heat insulating member 140 is pressed over the strip case 300 to reduce heat dissipation to the surroundings. The heat distribution cover 150 has a trapezoid shape and is used for distributing heat to the periphery, so that different positions of the barbecue grill 101 have the same temperature, the same barbecue effect can be obtained, and the heat is prevented from being excessively concentrated to the middle part of the barbecue grill 101. The heat insulation member 140 is provided with a short side plate 141 at two sides, the short side plate 141 is inclined, the short side plate 141 is provided with a positioning protrusion 142 protruding outwards, two opposite sides of the heat distribution cover 150 are provided with long side plates 151 with the same inclination as the short side plate 141, the bottom of each long side plate 151 is provided with a positioning groove 152 matched with the positioning protrusion 142, and the positioning protrusion 142 can be embedded into the positioning groove 152 to position the heat distribution cover 150. The oil receiving pan 160 is inclined in the left-right direction, and one end near the fuel tank 200 is higher than the other end, so that the dropped oil can flow toward one end of the shelf 110 along an inclined surface.
It should be noted that the opposite sides of the drip pan 160 do not contact the inner wall of the barbecue grill 100, facilitating the upward flow of hot air from the gap between the sides of the drip pan 160 and the inner wall of the barbecue grill 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the oil receiving pan 160 is provided with an oil receiving box 161 at an end remote from the fuel tank 200, a drain groove 162 is provided at a middle portion of the oil receiving box 161, and the drain groove 162 passes through the barbecue oven 100 to drain the waste oil dropped on the oil receiving pan 160.
In some embodiments of the present invention, an oil receiving bracket 170 is disposed at an end of the barbecue oven 100 away from the fuel tank 200, an oil drum 171 is hung on the oil receiving bracket 170 for receiving the waste oil flowing out of the oil drain groove 162, and the oil receiving bracket 170 is disposed below the rack 110. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 9, the oil falling down on the oil pan 160 flows into the oil receiving box 161 along the inclined surface of the oil pan 160, the oil drain groove 162 communicates with the oil receiving box 161, the oil drain groove 162 is located at the lowest point of the oil receiving box 161, and the waste oil flows out from the oil drain groove 162 into the oil drum 171. The oil receiving bracket 170 and the oil drum 171 are provided to prevent the waste oil from directly falling to the ground to pollute the environment.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a through hole is formed at the bottom of the barbecue oven 100, a connection plate 130 is formed at the periphery of the through hole, an ash bucket 131 is hung on the connection plate 130 for receiving ash falling from the combustion chamber 302, and a chimney 103 for exhausting smoke is arranged above the barbecue oven 100. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the connection plate 130 is disposed at the periphery of the through hole at the bottom of the oven 100, and the ash bucket 131 is hung on the connection plate 130. The ash bucket 131 is in snap connection with the connection plate 130. The bottom of the combustion chamber 302 is provided with the filter screen 213, so that the burnt ashes can fall out of the filter screen 213 and fall into the ash bucket 131, so that the ashes can be cleaned conveniently, and meanwhile, the ash bucket 131 can ensure the cleanness and the neatness in the storage cabinet 180. The connection plate 130 is to prevent ash from falling out of the gap of the bottom through hole. The connecting plate 130 is provided with two opposite inverted L-shaped grooves, the L-shaped grooves are open grooves and open downwards, the peripheral wall of the top of the ash bucket 131 is provided with two opposite bayonet locks, the bayonet locks are inserted from the bottom of the L-shaped grooves and then horizontally rotate, so that the ash bucket 131 can be hung on the connecting plate 130 to realize connection of the two.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a heat shield 201 is provided at the junction of the barbecue grill 100 and the fuel tank 200. The thermal separator is sleeved on the strip-shaped box 300 for preventing the strip-shaped box 300 from overheating.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the front panel 120 is provided on the open side of the cover 102 of the toaster 100, and the front panel 120 is coupled to the toaster 100. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the front plate 120 is also used to increase the area available for placing the grilling material during outdoor grilling, and meanwhile, the front plate 120 is located at the opening side of the cover 102, i.e. the front end of the grilling oven, so that the human body is prevented from being scalded due to direct contact with the grilling oven 100 during grilling. The bottom of the front plate 120 is also provided with a hook, thereby improving convenience.
It should be noted that, the front plate 120 is detachably connected to the barbecue oven 100, and the front plate 120 can be detached and stored in the storage cabinet 180 during transportation, so as to reduce space occupation.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a positioning bolt 104 is provided at one end of the placement frame 110, a hanging plate 113 is provided at one side of the placement frame 110, and the positioning bolt 104 is embedded in the hanging plate 113. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the right end of the rack 110 is provided with two sets of positioning bolts 104, two positioning bolts 104 are arranged in each set, two positioning bolts 104 in each set are arranged at an upper-lower interval, and two sets of positioning bolts 104 are arranged at a horizontal interval. The hanging plates 113 are also provided with two groups of limiting holes 114 and U-shaped grooves 115 which are arranged on the side facing the oven 100, the locating bolts 104 are embedded in the limiting holes 114 and the U-shaped grooves 115, each hanging plate 113 is provided with one limiting hole 114 and one U-shaped groove 115, and the limiting holes 114 are arranged above the U-shaped grooves 115. The limiting hole 114 is a gourd-shaped hole, the aperture of the lower part is larger, the upper part is a strip-shaped groove, and the aperture of the lower part is larger than the width of the upper strip-shaped groove. The larger hole at the lower part of the limiting hole can be used for the head of the positioning bolt 104 to pass through, but the width of the strip-shaped groove at the upper part can only be used for the screw part of the positioning bolt 104 to pass through. The U-shaped groove 115 is an open groove, the notch faces downwards, and the groove width of the U-shaped groove 115 can only pass through the screw part of the positioning bolt 104. When in installation, the positioning bolts 104 above each group of positioning bolts 104 are embedded into the limiting holes 114 on the hanging plate 113, and the lower parts of the positioning bolts are embedded into the U-shaped grooves 115 of the hanging plate 113. When the upper positioning bolt 104 is installed, the upper positioning bolt 104 penetrates from the lower part of the limiting hole 114, meanwhile, after the upper positioning bolt 104 penetrates into the limiting hole 114, the U-shaped groove 115 is aligned with the screw rod of the lower positioning bolt 104, then the storage rack 110 is driven downwards, the upper positioning bolt 104 is embedded into the limiting hole 114, and the lower positioning bolt 104 is embedded into the U-shaped groove 115, so that the installation is completed. The disassembly is reversed. The rack 110 is detachably connected with the barbecue oven 100, and the rack 110 can be detached and stored in the storage cabinet 180 during transportation, so that space occupation is reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, two sides of the shelf 110 are provided with side plates 111 extending downward, and a drawing plate 112 is provided between the two side plates 111. Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the drawer plate 112 is similar to a drawer, the bottoms of the side plates 111 on the left and right sides extend in opposite directions, and both sides of the drawer plate 112 fall on the portions of the bottoms of the side plates 111 extending in opposite directions, and the drawer plate 112 can slide back and forth relative to the side plates 111. The middle portion of the drawer plate 112 has a recess for accommodating a plurality of grilling appliances. Both the rack 110 and the pull plate 112 are provided with drain holes.
