技术领域
本发明涉及鞋领域，特别涉及一种适用于扁平足的鞋，适用于扁平足人群使用。
背景技术
足弓是人类足部的重要结构，足弓是由跗骨、跖骨的拱形砌合，以及足底的韧带、肌腱等具有弹性和收缩力的组织共同构成的一个凸向上方的弓，可分为纵弓(内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓及横弓)。内侧纵弓在足的内侧缘，由跟骨、距骨、舟骨、3块楔骨和内侧第1～3跖骨构成，弓背的最高点为距骨头。外侧纵弓在足的外侧缘，由跟骨、骰骨及第4、5跖骨构成，骰骨为弓的最高点。横弓由各跖骨的后部及跗骨的前部构成，以第2楔骨最高。足弓主要功能是使重力从踝关节经距骨向前分散到跖骨小头，向后传向跟骨，以保证直立时足底支撑的稳固性。足弓使得人类足部富有弹性，从而既可缓冲地面对脚的冲击力量，又可锁定足关节，使脚变得牢固，更好地推动人体活动。
扁平足是以足弓严重塌陷同时伴有跟骨外翻和距骨内突为特征的足部畸形，可能导致跟腱挛缩、中足的松弛、前足移位和胫后肌腱压力加大，易发生胫后肌腱劳损，严重的扁平足还会出现筋膜炎、腱鞘炎、压迫足底神经血管等，因此需要及时矫正或者治疗。
现有技术中常采用矫正鞋垫来进行扁平足的矫正，大多是通过在鞋垫的内侧纵弓处增加一个支撑垫，以支撑人体内侧足弓部位，如中国专利CN103734989 A、CN204541027U、CN205795032U、CN206603341U都是采用这种技术方案进行矫正的，而未在外侧纵弓、横弓处设置支撑垫同时进行矫正。由于内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓及横弓是一个稳定的三角结构，通过该稳定的三角形结构，足部就被赋予弹性和缓冲功能，同时该三角形结构又可以锁定足部中间的骨骼，有利于人体的活动。现有技术中仅在内侧纵弓处设置支撑垫，不仅使得外侧纵弓、横弓处悬空或者与鞋垫接触不充分，易造成足部不适，同时由于未对外侧纵弓、横弓进行矫正，矫正效果一般；而且会破坏内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓、横弓处之间形成的稳定的三角形结构，不利于足部的健康和人体的活动，因此亟需设计一种新的鞋垫的结构，以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，克服以上现有技术的缺点：提供一种适用于扁平足的鞋，适用于扁平足患者穿着，并有利于对扁平足进行矫正。
本发明的技术解决方案如下：
一种适用于扁平足的鞋，包括鞋底、鞋面以及鞋垫，所述鞋垫设置在鞋内部，所述鞋垫包括鞋垫本体，所述鞋垫本体上设有向上凸起的支撑垫，所述支撑垫包括内侧纵弓支撑垫、外侧纵弓支撑垫以及横弓支撑垫，分别设置在足部的内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓以及横弓的位置处，所述鞋垫本体的足后跟位置呈周边高、中间低的凹形，且凹形与足后跟的形状相适应。本发明通过同时在内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓以及横弓位置处设置支撑垫，以实现人体的足弓部位完全被支撑，提高鞋垫的舒适感；并且该鞋垫还同时对内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓以及横弓部位进行矫正，因此提高了对扁平足的矫正效果；同时该鞋垫还保持了内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓、横弓形成的稳定三角形结构，避免现有技术中破坏了该三角形结构而引起不利于人体健康的问题。同时通过将鞋垫设置成四周边缘高、中间低的形状，可固定脚后跟位置，防止行走时使用者脚跟偏移发生内偏或者外偏，从而同时对足部外翻或者内翻情况进行矫正。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述内侧纵弓支撑垫、外侧纵弓支撑垫以及横弓支撑垫三个独立的足弓支撑垫，所述内侧纵弓支撑垫的高度大于外侧纵弓支撑垫，所述外侧纵弓支撑垫的高度大于或等于横弓支撑垫。通过设置与人体的内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓以及横弓高度相适应的支撑垫，不仅可以提高鞋垫的舒适度，而且提高了对扁平足的矫正效果；更避免了破坏内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓、横弓形成的稳定三角形结构。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述内侧纵弓支撑垫和外侧纵弓支撑垫均为弧形长条状，所述横弓支撑垫呈椭圆形。通过设置与人体的内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓以及横弓形状相适应的支撑垫，不仅可以提高鞋垫的舒适度，而且提高了对扁平足的矫正效果；更避免了破坏内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓、横弓形成的稳定三角形结构。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述内侧纵弓支撑垫的高度为0.5～3cm，所述外侧纵弓支撑垫和横弓支撑垫的高度均为0.1～1cm。以适应人体足弓的高度。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述内侧纵弓支撑垫、外侧纵弓支撑垫以及横弓支撑垫的上表面均设有圆弧形的按摩凸起。通过设置按摩凸起。对人体足弓进行按摩，改善患者足部的血液循环系统。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述鞋垫本体上还设有向上的凸条，所述凸条设置在脚趾根部处。通过设置凸条来支撑脚趾根部，使脚趾根部与鞋垫充分接触，提高鞋垫的舒适度，同时有利于扁平足的矫正。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述凸条为横向的长条状，且凸条从内脚踝至外脚踝方向上的宽度逐渐减小。使凸条结构与人体脚趾根部结构相适应，从而提高鞋垫的舒适度，也有利于扁平足的矫正。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明通过在鞋垫上设置与人体内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓以及横弓位置高度以及形状相适应的支撑垫，从而起到对人体的整个足弓部位进行支撑的作用，提高了鞋垫整体的舒适感；并且由于是同时对内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓以及横弓部位进行矫正，因此也提高了对扁平足的矫正效果。本发明的鞋垫足弓支撑部还维持了人体内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓、横弓之间形成的稳定三角形结构，从而避免现有技术中由于只设置内侧纵弓导致该三角形结构被破坏，从而引起不利于人体健康的问题。还在内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓以及横弓支撑垫的上表面设置圆弧形的按摩凸起，使鞋垫在对扁平足人群进行矫正的同时，还起到对人体足弓部进行按摩的功能，有利于人体足弓部的血液循坏。

下面用具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明，但本发明不仅局限于以下具体实施例。
如图1所示，本发明的提供了一种适于扁平足的鞋，包括鞋底、鞋面以及鞋垫，所述鞋垫设置在鞋内部，图1是该鞋垫的结构示意图，该鞋垫包括鞋垫本体1，所述鞋垫本体1的上表面设有向上凸起的支撑垫2，在本实施例中，该支撑垫2为三个单独的支撑垫，分别为内侧纵弓支撑垫21、外侧纵弓支撑垫22以及横弓支撑垫23，内侧纵弓支撑垫21、外侧纵弓支撑垫22以及横弓支撑垫23分别设置在人体足部的内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓以及横弓的位置处，以实现对人体整个足弓部位进行支撑作用。所述鞋垫本体1的足后跟位置为周边高、中间低的凹形状，并且凹形与足后跟的形状相适应。以起到固定脚后跟位置的作用，防止行走时使用者脚跟偏移发生内偏或者外偏的情况，从而同时对足部外翻或者内翻情况同时进行矫正。
所述内侧纵弓支撑垫21的高度大于外侧纵弓支撑垫22，所述外侧纵弓支撑垫22的高度大于或等于横弓支撑垫23。以使这三个支撑垫的高度与人体的内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓以及横弓高度相适应；进一步地，该纵弓支撑垫21、外侧纵弓支撑垫22和横弓支撑垫23的具体高度可以根据不同的人群进行选择，以实现该足弓支撑垫与人体足弓部位完全地贴合。作为本实施例的优选，所述内侧纵弓支撑垫21的高度优选为0.5～3cm之间，所述外侧纵弓支撑垫22和横弓支撑垫23的高度均优选为0.1～1cm之间。

上述内侧纵弓支撑垫21、外侧纵弓支撑垫22以及横弓支撑垫23优选采用EVA材料。
所述鞋垫本体1上表面以及内侧纵弓支撑垫21、外侧纵弓支撑垫22以及横弓支撑垫23的上表面还均设有圆弧形的按摩凸起3。以实现在进行足弓步矫正的同时，还起到对人体整个足底包括足弓部进行按摩的功能，有利于人体足弓部的血液循坏，从而利于对足弓部的矫正。
所述鞋垫本体1足后跟位置还设有圆形的减震垫5，起到对脚后跟进行防震的效果。在本实施例中，减震垫采用硅胶材料。
本实施例提供的鞋垫，设置与人体内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓以及横弓位置高度以及形状相适应的支撑垫，从而起到对人体的整个足弓部位进行承托作用，不仅提高了鞋垫整体的舒适感；而且由于是同时对内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓以及横弓部位进行矫正，从而提高了对扁平足的矫正效果。最为重要的是，该鞋垫还维持了人体内侧纵弓、外侧纵弓、横弓之间形成的稳定三角形结构，避免了现有技术中由于只设置内侧纵弓导致该三角形结构被破坏，从而引起不利于人体健康的问题。
如图2～3所示，鞋垫本体1可以由一层结构组成，也可由多层结构组成，在本实施例中，该鞋垫本体1包括从上至下的竹炭纤维层11、聚氨酯层12、防滑层13，所述防滑层13的下表面设有向内凹的防滑纹路6，用于增大鞋垫与鞋底的摩擦力，防止鞋垫在鞋内滑动。
还包括凸条4，该凸条4设置在鞋垫本体1上表面的脚趾根部处，用来承托脚趾根部。由于脚趾根部存在一定的缝隙，导致脚趾根部悬空未与鞋垫完全接触，长时间运动或步行后，脚趾酸感明显，通过设置凸条4承托脚趾根部，有利于提高鞋垫的舒适度和矫正效果。在本实施例中，所述凸条4为横向的长条状，且凸条4从内脚踝至外脚踝方向上的宽度逐渐减小。以适应人体脚趾根部的结构，使凸条4与人体脚趾根部完全贴合。

2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于扁平足的鞋，其特征在于：所述内侧纵弓支撑垫(21)和外侧纵弓支撑垫(22)均为弧形长条状，所述横弓支撑垫(23)呈椭圆形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的适用于扁平足的鞋，其特征在于：所述内侧纵弓支撑垫(21)的高度为0.5～3cm，所述外侧纵弓支撑垫(22)和横弓支撑垫(23)的高度均为0.1～1cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的适用于扁平足的鞋，其特征在于：所述内侧纵弓支撑垫(21)、外侧纵弓支撑垫(22)以及横弓支撑垫(23)的上表面均设有圆弧形的按摩凸起(3)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的适用于扁平足的鞋，其特征在于：所述鞋垫本体(1)上还设有向上的凸条(4)，所述凸条(4)设置在脚趾根部处，所述凸条(4)为横向的长条状，且凸条(4)从内脚踝至外脚踝方向上的宽度逐渐减小。
