背景技术
洗衣液的有效成分主要是非离子型表面活性剂,其结构包括亲水端和亲油端,其中亲油端与污渍结合,然后通过物理运动使污渍和织物分离。同时表面活性剂降低水的张力,使水能够达到织物表面,使有效成分发挥作用。随着人们对健康的越来越重视,具有对人体无刺激又具有杀菌消毒功能的洗衣液受到人们的青睐。而植物提取物芦荟提取液等被广泛的应用于洗衣液,开发此类洗衣液成为研发的一个热点。
青蒿一年生草本;植株有香气。茎单生,高30-150厘米,上部多分枝,幼时绿色,下部稍木质化,纤细,无毛。药理作用为清透虚热,凉血除蒸,解暑,截疟,用于暑邪发热,阴虚发热,夜热早凉,骨蒸劳热,疟疾寒热,湿热黄疸。
鼠尾草是唇形科一年生草本植物。茎直立,株高30-100厘米,植株呈丛生状,植株被柔毛。茎为四角柱状,且有毛下部略木质化。叶对生,长椭圆形,绿色叶脉明显,两面无毛,下面具腺点,须根密集。功能主治:鼠瘘寒热,下痢脓血不止。
紫苏为唇形科紫苏属植物的带叶嫩枝。以茎、叶及子实入药。紫苏属于综合交叉商品,既可药用,是临床常用药,又能食用。入药形式以茎称紫梗,叶又称苏叶,解表,子又称苏子、黑苏子、赤苏子,是苏子降气汤的重要成分。散寒解表,理气宽中。主治感冒发热,怕冷,无汗,胸闷,咳嗽,解蟹中毒引起的腹痛,腹泻,呕吐等症。我们做平菇拟菌实验时,发现紫苏拟菌效果很好。全国各地均有栽培,长江以南各省有野生,见于村边或路旁。
鱼腥草是中国药典收录的草药,草药来源为三白草科植物蕺菜的干燥地上部分。夏季茎叶茂盛花穗多时采割,除去杂质,晒干。草药性状:茎呈扁圆柱形,扭曲,长20-35cm,直径0.2-0.3cm;表面棕黄色,具纵棱数条,节明显,下部节上有残存须根。鱼腥草主含挥发油,癸酰乙醛鱼腥草素等多种成份,对各种致病杆菌、球菌、流感病毒、钩端螺旋体等有抑制抗菌作用,并能提高人体免疫调节功能。
目前,尚未有将青蒿、鼠尾草、紫苏和鱼腥草的活性提取物应用到洗衣液中的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种天然青蒿除菌洗衣液。
一种天然青蒿除菌洗衣液,包括如下重量份数的组分:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6-12份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠3-8份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、青蒿提取物5-10份、鼠尾草提取物5-10份、紫苏提取物3-8份、鱼腥草提取物5-10份、蛋白酶3-8份、香精0.1-0.5份、水150-300份。
所述青蒿提取物的制备方法为:取青蒿干燥粉碎至30-60目,加水煎煮3次,每次1-3h,滤过,合并滤液,活性炭脱色,最后将滤液浓缩至含水量低于30%,制成。
所述鼠尾草提取物的制备方法为:取鼠尾草干燥粉碎至30-60目,置于蒸馏容器内,加3-8倍重量份数的水,加热至沸腾,保持10-40min,连接回流冷凝管收集冷凝液,得到蒸馏液,活性炭脱色,最后将蒸馏液浓缩至含水量低于25%,制成。

本发明的有益效果:本发明制备的天然青蒿除菌洗衣液,添加青蒿提取物、鼠尾草提取物、紫苏提取物、鱼腥草提取物,使得洗衣液具有除菌效果,并且增强了清洗力。青蒿提取物和鱼腥草提取物组合使用使得洗衣液具有除菌效果,且协同增效;鼠尾草提取物和紫苏提取物组合使用增强了洗衣液的清洗力,并协同增效。

实施例1
一种天然青蒿除菌洗衣液,包括如下重量份数的组分:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4份、青蒿提取物8份、鼠尾草提取物8份、紫苏提取物6份、鱼腥草提取物8份、木瓜蛋白酶6份、薄荷香0.3份、水200份。
所述青蒿提取物的制备方法为:取青蒿干燥粉碎至40目,加水煎煮3次,每次2h,滤过,合并滤液,活性炭脱色,最后将滤液浓缩至含水量低于30%,制成。
所述鼠尾草提取物的制备方法为:取鼠尾草干燥粉碎至50目,置于蒸馏容器内,加5倍重量份数的水,加热至沸腾,保持20min,连接回流冷凝管收集冷凝液,得到蒸馏液,活性炭脱色,最后将蒸馏液浓缩至含水量低于25%,制成。

所述鼠尾草提取物的制备方法为:取鼠尾草干燥粉碎至35目,置于蒸馏容器内,加4倍重量份数的水,加热至沸腾,保持15min,连接回流冷凝管收集冷凝液,得到蒸馏液,活性炭脱色,最后将蒸馏液浓缩至含水量低于25%,制成。
所述紫苏提取物的提取方法为:将紫苏全草晒干,粉碎,过35目筛;加入75%乙醇溶液,微波萃取仪中设置微波功率450w,提取时间45s,进行提取,获得提取液;将以上提取液浓缩获得浸膏;将获得的浸膏以丙酮萃取4次,获得丙酮萃取液,经旋蒸除去溶剂后获得紫苏提取物。
所述鱼腥草提取物的提取方法为:将鱼腥草晒干,粉碎成粉末,过65目筛,加8倍重量份数的70%乙醇水溶液回流提取3次,每次提取1-3小时,合并滤液,活性炭脱色,最后将回流液浓缩至含水量低于25%,制成。
上述天然青蒿除菌洗衣液的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)按照重量份数,取椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份,加入水200份,升温至45℃,开启搅拌,搅拌速度为150r/min,搅拌15min;

实施例3
一种天然青蒿除菌洗衣液,包括如下重量份数的组分:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺10份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠7份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、青蒿提取物10份、鼠尾草提取物10份、紫苏提取物8份、鱼腥草提取物10份、枯草杆菌蛋白酶8份、木香0.5份、水300份。

实验例1:
根据GB/T1224-2007《衣料用液体洗涤剂》规定的方法测定实施例1-3及对比例1-4制备的抑菌力,测试菌为金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538)、大肠杆菌(ATCC25922),测试结果见表1-2:

由表1可以看出,对比例1和对比例3制备的洗衣液平均洗除细菌率与实施例1相比,显著下降,证明青蒿提取物和鱼腥草提取物具有抑菌功效,且组合使用协同增效。

由表2可以看出,对比例1和对比例3制备的洗衣液平均洗除细菌率与实施例1相比,显著下降,证明青蒿提取物和鱼腥草提取物具有抑菌功效,且组合使用协同增效。
实验例2:
将实施例1-3及对比例1-4制备的洗衣液稀释10倍,参照许元妹、谢颂鸥等《抗再沉积剂在洗衣液中的应用研究》,日用化学品科学,2011,34(10):21中的方法进行测试,测试白棉针织布的白度并计算白度保持值。测试结果见表3:

由表3可以看出,使用对比例2和对比例4制备的洗衣液清洗的白棉针织布白度保持值与实施例1相比,显著下降,证明鼠尾草提取物和紫苏提取物具有提高清洗力的功效并协同增效。

1.一种天然青蒿除菌洗衣液,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的组分:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6-12份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠3-8份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、青蒿提取物5-10份、鼠尾草提取物5-10份、紫苏提取物3-8份、鱼腥草提取物5-10份、蛋白酶3-8份、香精0.1-0.5份、水150-300份;
所述青蒿提取物的制备方法为:取青蒿干燥粉碎至30-60目,加水煎煮3次,每次1-3h,滤过,合并滤液,活性炭脱色,最后将滤液浓缩至含水量低于30%,制成;
所述鼠尾草提取物的制备方法为:取鼠尾草干燥粉碎至30-60目,置于蒸馏容器内,加3-8倍重量份数的水,加热至沸腾,保持10-40min,连接回流冷凝管收集冷凝液,得到蒸馏液,活性炭脱色,最后将蒸馏液浓缩至含水量低于25%,制成;

3.根据权利要求1所述天然青蒿除菌洗衣液,其特征在于,所述香精为玫瑰香精、茉莉香精、晚香玉香精、铃兰香精、玉兰香精、丁香香精、水仙香精、檀香、木香、粉香、麝香、桃香、蜜香、朗姆香、薄荷香中的一种或几种。
4.权利要求1所述天然青蒿除菌洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)按照重量份数,取椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6-12份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠3-8份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-5份,加入水150-300份,升温至40-50℃,开启搅拌,搅拌速度为150-300r/min,搅拌10-15min;
(2)降温至室温,加入青蒿提取物5-10份、鼠尾草提取物5-10份、紫苏提取物3-8份、鱼腥草提取物5-10份、蛋白酶3-8份、香精0.1-0.5份,继续搅拌,搅拌速度为150-300r/min,搅拌10-15min,制成。
