The prior Chinese patent with publication number CN109334113A discloses a continuous processing device for corrugated pipes of electrical insulating paper, which comprises a frame, wherein a first baffle, a guide plate, a conveyor belt and a driving mechanism are arranged on the frame, a first shaft body with a glue brush and a drill rod placing frame are arranged at the top of the side of the first baffle, a first deflection mechanism is arranged on the first shaft body, a drill rod feeding chain is arranged on one side of the drill rod placing frame, a second deflection mechanism is arranged on a drill rod feeding claw of the drill rod placing frame, a third deflection mechanism and a fourth deflection mechanism are respectively arranged on a second shaft body of a pressing frame and a third shaft body of a pushing frame, a fifth deflection mechanism is arranged on a material rest of a second arc-shaped plate, a drill rod pumping mechanism is arranged on one side of the frame, at least two drill rod returning chains are arranged between the drill rod pumping mechanism and the drill rod feeding chain, and a driving roller of the conveyor belt is provided with a transmission mechanism; the automatic brazing rod wrapping machine has the advantages of compact structure, low energy consumption, complete machine linkage and simple operation, can realize automatic, rapid and continuous brazing rod wrapping, gluing, twisting and forming, brazing rod drawing circulation and blanking processing, can obviously reduce equipment, brazing rod and labor cost, and improves the production efficiency and the yield of paper tubes.
However, the existing processing device needs an operator to manually lift the insulating crepe paper at the position of the guide plate to feed the insulating crepe paper into the conveyor belt for pipe twisting, and long-time operation wastes manpower resources, so that improvement is needed.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the insulating crepe paper tube processing device capable of automatically feeding and processing, which has the advantages that the insulating crepe paper can be conveniently and automatically fed into the processing device for processing, the labor cost is saved, and the production efficiency is improved.

The conveying belt 12 is provided with a drill rod 14 for supporting the paper tube during tube twisting, the drill rod 14 is cylindrical, a cylindrical drill rod pulling block is arranged at one end of the drill rod 14, and the length of the drill rod 14 is larger than that of the feeding port 111. A drill rod pulling mechanism 15 is arranged on one side, away from the guide plate 11, of the rack 1, a drill rod returning mechanism 16 is arranged on one side, away from the rack 1, of the drill rod pulling mechanism 15, and the drill rod feeding claw 112 abuts against the drill rod 14 to feed the drill rod 14 and the insulating crepe paper to the conveying belt 12 from the feeding port 111 under the guiding action of the guide plate 11 to be twisted, so that the insulating crepe paper is formed on the outer side wall of the drill rod 14.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a support plate 2 is fixedly connected to the frame 1, and the support plate 2 is welded and fixed to the frame 1 through a support rod 20. Fixedly welded is connected with support frame 21 on backup pad 2, rotates on the support frame 21 and is connected with material loading conveyer belt 211, and the one end that support frame 21 was kept away from to material loading conveyer belt 12 is provided with driving motor (not shown in the figure). One end of the support plate 2, which is located at the feeding conveyor belt 211 and is close to the guide plate 11, is provided with a plurality of arc-shaped guide rods 22, the middle position of each arc-shaped guide rod 22 is provided with a cross rod 220, and one end of each cross rod 220, which is far away from each arc-shaped guide rod 22, is welded and fixed on the support frame 21. One end of the arc-shaped guide rod 22 is attached to the feeding conveyor belt 211, the other end of the arc-shaped guide rod extends to the guide plate 11, and the insulating crepe paper is directly conveyed through the feeding conveyor belt 211 after being cut and is guided to the guide plate 11 through the arc-shaped guide rod 22.
Referring to fig. 2, frame 1 is located feed opening 111 both ends and is provided with arc leading truck 3 respectively, and arc leading truck 3 includes stand 31, stand 31 top integrated into one piece's connecting rod 32 and three arc direction teeth 33, and three arc direction teeth 33 fixed connection are on connecting rod 32 top, and arc direction teeth 33 evenly arrange on connecting rod 32, and arc direction teeth 33 extend to 11 tops of deflector. The end part of the arc-shaped guide tooth 33 close to one end of the guide plate 11 is in a vertical state, and the insulating crepe paper is converted into the vertical state under the guide effect of the arc-shaped guide tooth 33.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the frame 1 is located the 3 bottom of arc leading truck and is provided with extension rod 4, and extension rod 4 and arc guide teeth 33 one-to-one, and the 4 bottom of extension rod is provided with connecting rod 40, and connecting rod 40 welded fastening is on frame 1. The extension rod 4 is provided with a support rod 41 for supporting the insulating crepe paper, the support rod 41 is horizontally arranged and supports the insulating crepe paper falling on the support rod 41, so that the insulating crepe paper can vertically stand at the feeding port 111, the drill rod feeding claw 112 rotates, and the drill rod 14 and the insulating crepe paper are pushed to be fed into the feeding port 111.
Referring to fig. 3, one end of the supporting rod 41 far away from the extension rod 4 is connected with a limiting rod 411 in a sliding manner, a sliding ring 4111 sleeved on the supporting rod 41 is arranged on the limiting rod 411, and the sliding ring 4111 is matched with the extension rod 4. The ring 4111 bottom threaded connection that slides has a positioning bolt 4112 that offsets with gag lever post 411, and positioning bolt 4112 is the hex bolts, and when insulating crepe paper fell on bracing piece 41, gag lever post 411 can block insulating crepe paper bottom, prevents that insulating crepe paper from slipping on bracing piece 41.

The blanking groove 5 penetrates through the insulating crepe paper along the vertical direction, the length of the blanking groove 5 is slightly longer than that of the insulating crepe paper, and the length of the blanking groove 5 is smaller than that of the brazing filler metal strips 14. One side of the blanking groove 5 close to the rack 1 is provided with a guide surface 51, end walls at two ends of the blanking groove 5 are provided with support grooves 52 for supporting the drill rods 14, the height of each support groove 52 is flush with the top surface of the drawing chain, the support grooves 52 support the drill rods 14, the drawing mechanism 15 can draw the drill rods conveniently, and then the formed paper tubes automatically fall from the blanking groove 5.
Referring to fig. 4, the abutment rubber block 521 is provided on the inner side wall of the support groove 52, and the abutment rubber block 521 is fitted in the support groove 52. The side wall of the support groove 52 is provided with a limit hole 522, the surface of the abutting rubber block 521 adhered to the limit hole 522 is provided with a magnetic lug 5211 matched with the limit hole 522, and the magnetic lug 5211 is inserted into the limit hole 522 to fix the abutting rubber block 521 in the support groove 52. Referring to fig. 5, a discharging pipe 53 for discharging the paper tube is disposed at the bottom end of the supporting groove 52, the discharging pipe 53 penetrates through the supporting groove 52 in the vertical direction and is communicated with the supporting groove 52, and the width of the discharging pipe 53 is slightly larger than the diameter of the paper tube. The outer side wall of the discharge pipe 53 is provided with a plurality of cleaning holes 531, the cleaning holes 531 are kidney-shaped holes, and the cleaning holes 531 penetrate through the discharge pipe 53 in the thickness direction and are communicated with the inside of the discharge pipe 53. The bottom end of the discharge pipe 53 is provided with a paper box 532 for collecting paper tubes, so that the paper tubes can be guided and discharged through the discharge pipe 53.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a fixing frame 6 for placing the carton 532 is arranged at the bottom end of the discharge pipe 53 of the frame 1, the fixing frame 6 is fixed at one side of the frame 1 by welding, and the fixing frame 6 is fixedly connected with the bearing plate 60 by screws. The fixing frame 6 is provided with a linear motor 61 along the width direction of the fixing frame 6, and the linear motor 61 is installed on the upper surface of the bearing plate 60 of the fixing frame 6 through a screw, and two ends of the bearing plate 60 are respectively fixed with one linear motor 61. The fixing plate 62 is fixedly connected to the sliding block 611 of the linear motor 61, the fixing plate 62 is fixed to the sliding block 611 by bolts, the paper box 532 is placed on the upper surface of the fixing plate 62, and the fixing plate 62 is moved in the width direction of the bearing plate 60 by the linear motor 61.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, vertical plates 621 are respectively disposed at the middle positions of the periphery of the top surface of the fixing plate 62, and the vertical plates 621 are fixed on the top surface of the fixing plate 62 by welding. The working principle is as follows:
in the process of producing the paper tube, the cut insulating crepe paper is directly conveyed to the conveyor belt 12, and the conveyor belt 12 conveys the insulating crepe paper to the arc-shaped material guide rod 22. The insulating crepe paper is vertically downward under the guiding action of the arc-shaped material guiding rod 22 and is kept vertically falling on the supporting rod 41 of the extension rod 4 under the guiding action of the arc-shaped guiding teeth 33 of the arc-shaped guiding frame 3. The feeding claw 112 is driven by the driving mechanism 13 to rotate to feed the drill rod 14 and the insulating crepe paper into the feeding hole 111 for twisting.
The twisted paper tube 14 is guided by the drill rod 50 and falls into the blanking groove 5, and the paper tube just falls between the two abutting rubber pads 4122. The rod-pulling mechanism 15 then pulls the drill rod 14 out of the paper tube, which falls through the discharge tube 53 into the paper cassette on the mounting plate 62. The linear motor 61 below the fixed plate 62 drives the paper box to slowly move along the width direction of the fixed plate 62 to lay the paper tubes flat, so that the paper tubes are neatly stacked in the paper box 532, and the investment of labor cost is saved.
