Abstract

This invention discloses a detachable double-layer shelf, comprising a lower shelf and an upper shelf. At least one support member is provided on the lower shelf, and the upper shelf is detachably installed on the top of the support member. By adding an upper shelf above the lower shelf, and with the upper shelf being detachably installed, this invention allows for the placement of more different types of tableware inside the dishwasher, improving the utilization of the dishwasher's internal space.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of dish washers, and particularly relates to a detachable double-layer shelf.

Background

The dish washer is a device capable of automatically cleaning tableware, and brings great convenience for daily life of people. One type of dishwasher performs a washing operation of dishes through clear water, and in such a dishwasher, a spray device is generally provided, and water sprayed from the spray device is used to wash the dishes placed inside the dishwasher. Another type of dish washing machine washes dishes by steam, in which a steam generating device is provided, and washes dishes using the steam. Regardless of which dishwasher is used, the number of dishes placed inside the dishwasher determines the operating efficiency of the dishwasher. Generally, a rack is arranged in a dish washer, a user places tableware to be cleaned on the rack, and the dish washer automatically cleans the tableware placed on the rack. The more dishes are placed on the shelf, the more dishes are washed simultaneously by the dishwasher.

The prior China patent discloses a dish washer shelf, which comprises a shelf side wall and a bottom bracket, wherein a bracket is arranged on the shelf side wall, the bracket is connected with the shelf side wall through a mounting part, two connecting states are arranged between the bracket and the mounting part, the bracket can be in sliding connection with the mounting part in the vertical direction and can be in rotating connection with the bracket around the axial direction, a positioning structure for keeping the bracket at a certain angle with the shelf side wall is arranged on the mounting part, and the bracket slides in the vertical direction of the mounting part when rotating around the axial direction to be at another certain angle with the shelf side wall.

In the existing dish-washing machine, the kinds and the quantity of the tableware placed in the dish-washing machine are limited.

The present invention has been made in view of this.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defects of the prior art and providing a detachable double-layer shelf which can be used for placing more different kinds of tableware.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the basic conception of the technical scheme that:

a detachable double-layer shelf comprises a lower shelf and an upper shelf, wherein the lower shelf is provided with at least one supporting piece, and the upper shelf is detachably arranged at the top end of the supporting piece.

Preferably, a first supporting piece is arranged in the center of the first side edge of the lower shelf, the first supporting piece is provided with a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod which extend vertically upwards, and the top ends of the first supporting rod and the top ends of the second supporting rod are connected through a first connecting rod.

After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. According to the invention, the upper shelf is additionally arranged above the lower shelf, so that when a plurality of tableware with different sizes are simultaneously placed on the dish-washing machine shelf, more different kinds of tableware can be placed in the dish-washing machine, meanwhile, the quantity of the placed tableware in the dish-washing machine is increased, and the utilization rate of the space in the dish-washing machine is improved.

2. According to the invention, the upper shelf is detachably mounted, so that a user can detach or mount the upper shelf at any time, and the user can conveniently put tableware on the lower shelf or take the tableware out of the lower shelf.

3. According to the invention, the semicircular clamping position is arranged on the upper shelf, and the corresponding U-shaped clamping position is arranged on the first support piece, so that the upper shelf is clamped on the first support piece, the upper shelf is convenient to install or disassemble, and meanwhile, the support effect is good.

4. According to the invention, the second support piece and the third support piece are arranged, so that the upper shelf is placed on the second support piece and the third support piece, and the pressure of the upper shelf on tableware is shared by the third support piece, so that the deformation of the upper shelf caused by overlarge pressure is avoided. And meanwhile, the third supporting piece supports the upper shelf, so that the upper shelf is firmer.

5. According to the invention, the concave part which is bent downwards is arranged on the third connecting rod of the third supporting piece, the fourth connecting rod fixed at the bottom of the upper shelf is provided with the convex part which is bent upwards, and the convex part of the fourth connecting rod is placed above the concave part of the third connecting rod, so that the upper shelf is prevented from shaking after tableware is placed on the upper shelf.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present invention introduces a detachable double-layered shelf, comprising a lower shelf 1 and an upper shelf 2, wherein the lower shelf 1 is provided with at least one support, and the upper shelf 2 is detachably mounted on the top of the support. According to the invention, the upper shelf 2 is additionally arranged above the lower shelf 1, so that when the dishes with various sizes are simultaneously placed on the lower shelf 1 of the dish washer, the dishes can be continuously placed on the upper shelf 2, the number of the dishes placed in the dish washer is increased, the waste of the inner space of the dish washer caused by the different sizes of the dishes placed in the dish washer is avoided, and the utilization rate of the inner space of the dish washer is improved.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in the present embodiment, the lower rack 1 is divided into six areas for placing tableware of different sizes, including a large tray area 11, a small tray area 12, a large bowl area 13, a small bowl area 14, a cup area 15, and a chopstick cage area 16. Wherein the tableware placed in the large dish area 11 and the large bowl area 13 has a larger size, and the tableware placed in the small bowl area 14 and the cup area 15 has a smaller size. Therefore, after the tableware is placed on the downward shelf 1, a certain space is still reserved above the small bowl area 14 and the water cup area 15, so that the tableware can be placed continuously.

In this embodiment, since the dishes placed in the large dish area 11 and the large bowl area 13 have a large size, the height of the dishes is high, and the heights of the dishes placed in the small bowl area 14 and the water cup area 15 are relatively low, waste of the inner space of the dish washer is caused, resulting in less dishes placed in the dish washer. In the embodiment, the upper shelf 2 is added above the lower shelf 1, the upper shelf 2 is positioned above the small bowl area 14 and the water cup area 15, tableware placed in the small bowl area 14 and the water cup area 15 is positioned between the lower shelf 1 and the upper shelf 2, and meanwhile, the upper shelf 2 does not influence the placement of tableware in the large tray area 11, the small tray area 12, the large bowl area 13 and the chopstick cage area 16.

The tableware can be continuously placed on the upper shelf 2, so that the quantity of the tableware placed in the dish-washing machine is increased, and the utilization rate of the space in the dish-washing machine is improved.

Example two

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the small bowl area 14 and the cup area 15 for placing tableware of a smaller size form an area resembling an "L", and the upper rack 2 is also provided with the same shape in order to continue placing tableware above the small bowl area 14 and the cup area 15.

In this embodiment, the support comprises a first support 3 and a second support 4, and the upper shelf 2 comprises a first bracket 21 and a second bracket 22 parallel to each other, in the shape of an "L". The first end of the first bracket 21 is connected with the first end of the second bracket 22 through a third bracket 23 which is clamped with the first supporting piece 3, the second end of the first bracket 21 is connected with the second end of the second bracket 22 through a fourth bracket 24, and the fourth bracket 24 is placed on the second supporting piece 4.

The upper rack 2 is provided with a plurality of support ribs, including support ribs having a certain length, for placing smaller sized bowls or dishes and other smaller sized dishes. Meanwhile, a support rib with a short length is arranged between the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 22 and is used for placing elongated tableware such as chopsticks, knives and forks and the like. The empty space above the upper shelf 2 is fully utilized, and more tableware is placed on the upper shelf 2.

Example III

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, a first end of the first bracket 21 is provided with a third clamping position 211 protruding upward and having a semicircular shape, the third clamping position 211 is connected to the first end of the third bracket 23, and the third clamping position 211 is clamped on the first supporting member 3. The first end of the second bracket 22 is provided with a fourth clamping position 221 which protrudes upwards and is semicircular, the fourth clamping position 221 is connected with the second end of the third bracket 23, and the fourth clamping position 221 is also clamped on the first supporting piece 3.

In this embodiment, the upper shelf 2 is clamped on the first supporting member 3 by the third clamping position 211 arranged on the first bracket 21 and the fourth clamping position 221 arranged on the second bracket 22, so that the first supporting member 3 supports the upper shelf 2, and the fixing of the upper shelf 2 is completed.

Example IV

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the present embodiment, a first support member 3 is disposed at the center of a first side of the lower shelf 1, the first support member 3 includes a first support rod 31 and a second support rod 32 extending vertically and upwardly, the top ends of the first support rod 31 and the second support rod 32 are connected by a first connecting rod 33, and a first clamping position 311 and a second clamping position 321 which are in a "U" shape and have openings oriented toward the outer side of the lower shelf 1 are disposed at two ends of the first connecting rod 33.

When the upper shelf 2 is mounted, the upper shelf 2 is lifted upward, allowing the first connecting rod 33 to pass between the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 22. Then, the upper shelf 2 is pressed downwards, so that the third clamping position 211 is clamped above the first clamping position 311, the fourth clamping position 221 is clamped above the second clamping position 321, and the third bracket 23 is positioned below the first clamping position 311 and the second clamping position 321.

In this embodiment, after placing the dishes on the upper rack 2, the upper rack 2 receives downward pressure generated by the dishes on the upper rack 2, and because the semicircular third clamping position 211 and the fourth clamping position 221 in the upper rack 2 are respectively clamped on the first clamping position 311 and the second clamping position 321, the first clamping position 311 and the second clamping position 321 generate upward supporting force on the upper rack 2, and the upper rack 2 rotates around the first clamping position 311 and the second clamping position 321 under the action of the pressure, and the third bracket 23 rotates upwards. Meanwhile, the third support 23 is located below the first clamping position 311 and the second clamping position 321, when the third support 23 rotates upwards, the third support 23 is blocked by the first clamping position 311 and the second clamping position 321, the first clamping position 311 and the second clamping position 321 generate downward acting force on the third support 23, and the third support 23 stops rotating.

In this embodiment, the structure of the upper rack 2 is simple, and the upper rack 2 can be easily mounted on the first supporting member 3, so that the upper rack 2 can be conveniently mounted or dismounted, and a user can conveniently put tableware on the lower rack 1 or take the tableware out of the lower rack 1. Simultaneously, the first supporting piece 3 supports and fixes the upper shelf 2, and tableware can be placed on the upper shelf 2 continuously.

Example five

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in the present embodiment, the second side of the lower rack 1 is provided with a second support 4, the second side of the lower rack 1 is adjacent to the first side of the lower rack 1, and the second support 4 is located at an end of the second side of the lower rack 1 away from the first side of the lower rack 1. The second support 4 includes a third stay 41 and a fourth stay 42 extending vertically upward, and an upper half of the third stay 41 extends toward one side of the fourth stay 42. A fifth stay bar 44 horizontally extends from the top end of the third stay bar 41 toward the inside of the lower shelf 1, a sixth stay bar 45 having the same length as the fifth stay bar 44 extends from the top end of the fourth stay bar 42 in a direction parallel to the fifth stay bar 44, and the fifth stay bar 44 and the sixth stay bar 45 are connected by a second connecting rod 43.

When the upper shelf 2 is installed, the upper shelf 2 is clamped on the first supporting piece 3, and after the upper shelf 2 is installed near one end of the first supporting piece 3, the fourth bracket 24 is placed on the fifth supporting rod 44 and the sixth supporting rod 45. In this embodiment, after placing the dishes on the upper rack 2, the upper rack 2 receives downward pressure from the dishes on the upper rack 2, and simultaneously, the upper rack 2 receives upward supporting force from the second supporting member 4 on the fourth bracket 24, so that the upper rack 2 is balanced.

Example six

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in the present embodiment, a third support 5 is provided inside the lower shelf 1 near the center of the upper shelf 2, the third support 5 being located between the cup region 15 and the chopstick cage region 16. The third support 5 includes seventh and eighth struts 51 and 52 extending vertically upward, and the seventh and eighth struts 51 and 52 are the same height. The top end of the seventh stay 51 and the top end of the eighth stay 52 are connected by a third connecting rod 53, and the third connecting rod 53 has a concave portion bent downward. A fourth connecting rod 25 is arranged near the corner of the second bracket 22, the fourth connecting rod 25 is provided with an upward bending protruding part, and the protruding part of the fourth connecting rod 25 is put above the recessed part of the third connecting rod 53, so that the upper shelf 2 is prevented from shaking after the tableware is put on the upper shelf 2.

A detachable double-layered shelf according to claim 1, characterized in that the second side of the lower shelf (1) is provided with a second support (4), the second support (4) comprising a third stay (41) and a fourth stay (42) extending vertically upwards, the upper half of the third stay (41) extending towards the side of the fourth stay (42), the top end of the third stay (41) and the top end of the fourth stay (42) being connected by means of a second connecting rod (43).

A detachable double-layered shelf according to claim 2, characterized in that the second side of the lower shelf (1) and the first side of the lower shelf (1) are adjacent sides, and the second support (4) is located at the end of the second side of the lower shelf (1) remote from the first side of the lower shelf (1).

A detachable double-layered shelf according to claim 2, characterized in that a fifth stay (44) and a sixth stay (45) extend horizontally from both ends of the second connecting rod (43) toward the outside of the lower shelf (1), the free end of the fifth stay (44) is connected to the top end of the third stay (41), and the free end of the sixth stay (45) is connected to the top end of the fourth stay (42).

A detachable double-layered shelf according to claim 4, characterized in that the upper shelf (2) is placed in the recess of the third connecting rod (53) by means of a fourth connecting rod (25) fixed near the corner of the second bracket (22) and having an upwardly curved projection, and the upper shelf (2) is placed in the fifth (44) and sixth (45) braces by means of a fourth bracket (24).

8. A detachable double layered shelf according to any of the claims 1-4, characterized in that,

When the upper shelf (2) is installed, the upper shelf (2) is lifted upwards, and the first connecting rod (33) passes through the space between the first bracket (21) and the second bracket (22);

Then the upper shelf (2) is pressed downwards, the third clamping position (211) is clamped above the first clamping position (311), the fourth clamping position (221) is clamped above the second clamping position (321), and meanwhile the third support (23) is positioned below the first clamping position (311) and the second clamping position (321).

After the tableware is placed on the upper shelf (2), the upper shelf (2) is subjected to downward pressure generated by the tableware on the upper shelf (2), as the semicircular third clamping position (211) and the fourth clamping position (221) in the upper shelf (2) are respectively clamped on the first clamping position (311) and the second clamping position (321), the first clamping position (311) and the second clamping position (321) generate upward supporting force on the upper shelf (2), the upper shelf (2) can rotate around the first clamping position (311) and the second clamping position (321) under the action of the pressure, and the third bracket (23) can rotate upwards;

meanwhile, the third support (23) is located below the first clamping position (311) and the second clamping position (321), the third support (23) is blocked by the first clamping position (311) and the second clamping position (321) when rotating upwards, the first clamping position (311) and the second clamping position (321) generate downward acting force on the third support (23), and the third support (23) stops rotating.
