After the electric heating ring heats the pipeline, the molten rubber pipeline can infiltrate into the taper hole 11 of the electric heating piece 15. The electric heating sheet 15 and the electric heating ring of the embodiment only melt the outer wall of the pipeline when heating, and the pipeline cannot be completely melted, so that the sealing performance of the pipeline cannot be damaged. After the fused pipeline is cooled, the pipeline can be hermetically connected with the welding ring 4 and the cutting ring 5, and the maintenance is finished. The pipeline after being cut is remained in the connecting cylinder 1, the damaged cutting ring 5 is replaced by the connecting cylinder 1, and the connecting cylinder 1 has better strength and rigidity and higher stability.
