As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the intelligent feeding system for processing the wood board comprises a bracket 1 with a cubic frame structure, wherein a plurality of fixed beams 2 are transversely arranged above the bracket 1; the bracket 1 is a cubic frame structure with four inverted U-shaped surfaces.
Two ends of each fixed beam 2 are respectively and rotatably connected with two swing arms 21, and the swinging far ends of the two swing arms 21 are rotatably connected with the transmission rollers 3; the transmission roller 3 is in transmission connection with a motor 20 arranged on the fixed beam 2. Wherein, the motor 20 is connected with the transmission roller 3 through chain transmission. When the caterpillar 5 contacts the upper wood plate 7, the first spring 4 compresses the driving roller 3 to be tightly attached to the wood plate 7. Meanwhile, the driving nails 62 in the driver 6 are compressed when contacting the surface of the wood board 7, and can clamp the wood board 7 due to the tight support of the support seat 64, thereby facilitating the movement of the wood board 7. The drive pin 62, which is not clamped, can push the wooden board 7 better at the rear because it is pushed to protrude by the second spring 63.
When the number of the wooden boards 7 on the storage platform 8 is small, the third spring 81 can automatically rise to compensate the problem that the whole height is reduced due to the small number of the wooden boards 7. Meanwhile, the use of the elevating platform 82 is not only for adjusting the elevating height and the tilt angle, but also for adjusting the height difference of the whole wood board 7, which is caused by the change of the number of the wood boards 7 for the material different from the thickness of the wood board 7. Therefore, the height of the lift table 82 is required so that the second lower plank 7 and the plane of the processing table can be maintained at the same height even after the uppermost first plank 7 is pushed out.
Compared with the wood board feeding mode with other structures, when the structure is used, the first spring 4 and the third spring 81 are cooperated up and down on the wood board, so that the bound wood board has the characteristic of swinging back and forth. By utilizing the characteristic, the crawler 5 and the storage platform 8 can have different inclination angles in the front and back direction better so as to be suitable for different processing working tables better.
As shown in fig. 5, generally, when a thick and long board is fed from the feeding system to the working table, if there is a height difference between the feeding system and the working table and the board partially overlaps the working table 9, most of the board presses the feeding system, the height difference is increased by the moment of the wood itself. Thus, in fig. 1, the displacement direction of the wood board 7 is consistent with the inclination angle direction of the swing arm 21. When the wood board 7 has sideslip or recedes, the crawler 5 is always attached to the surface of the wood board, and the first layer of wood board can be clamped and fixed in a resistance area formed between the crawler 5 and the storage platform 8, so that the wood board 7 can be clamped and fixed between the storage platform 8 by the crawler 5 and the swing arm 21. Indirectly increase the extrusion force between the planks, improve the static friction force, be favorable to preventing the plank from sideslipping or dangerous emergence when retreating.
