Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a feeding device for a large forging press, which can continuously clean a transport roller through a cleaning box, a lifting rod, a cleaning sponge and a cleaning nozzle, prevent rust from adhering to the outer wall of the transport roller, further reduce the cleanliness of incoming materials, and further improve the cleanliness of the feeding device for the large forging press.

In order to improve the feeding convenience of the feeding device, the feeding device for the large forging press is preferably provided with two angle rods, the inner sides of the two angle rods are provided with locking sliding blocks in a sliding mode through sliding grooves, and one side of each locking sliding block is fixedly arranged at the center of one side of the reinforcing plate through a bolt.
In order to improve the incoming material fixing function of the feeding device, the feeding device for the large forging press is preferably provided with lifting blocks fixedly arranged on the front side and the back side of the working frame, lifting plates are slidably arranged on the outer walls of the lifting blocks, lifting rods are fixedly arranged on the inner sides of the lifting plates through bolts, and the top ends of the lifting rods are fixedly arranged at the centers of the bottoms of the lifting blocks through connecting rods.
In order to improve the supplied material adsorption performance of the feeding device, the feeding device for the large forging press is preferably provided with a plurality of support columns fixedly arranged in the middle of the outer wall of the lifting plate through connecting rods, the support columns are arranged right below the interval of the conveying roller, negative pressure pipes are embedded in the inner sides of the support columns, and the bottom ends of the negative pressure pipes are communicated with an external negative pressure device.
In order to improve the cleaning convenience of the device, the feeding device for the large forging press is preferably provided with the cleaning grooves which are matched with the conveying roller, wherein the cleaning grooves are formed in the top axis of the cleaning sponge.
In order to improve the environmental protection performance of the device, the feeding device for the large forging press is preferably used, the center of the bottom of the cleaning box is communicated with a drain pipe, and the bottom end of the drain pipe is communicated with an external water tank.
The invention provides a feeding device for a large forging press. The method has the following beneficial effects:
