Background
The pillow is an important sleep appliance, and the time of people lying in bed and accompanying with the pillow every day is at least more than one fourth; how to select a pillow that best fits oneself becomes increasingly important for modern people. From modern medical research, it is recognized that the spine of the human body is a straight line when viewed from the front, but has three physiologically curved curves when viewed from the side; in order to protect the normal physiological curvature of the neck, people must use pillows when sleeping. Wherein, whether the pillow height is suitable directly relates to whether the spine curve of the human body is correct or not, and relates to the sleeping quality and the body health of the human body.
The conventional pillow comprises a pillow core and a pillow case covering the pillow core (see fig. 6); the traditional pillowcase is formed by overlapping two rectangular cloth sheets and sewing the edges of the four sides. The pillow is usually in a shape with a high middle and a low edge due to the structure of the pillow, the neck of the pillow cannot be lifted, and the head of a sleeper is easy to slide down to the edge of the pillow in the using process. In addition, the height of the pillow is fixed and can not be adjusted, which is not beneficial to improving the sleep quality and can not ensure the health. Therefore, there is a need for a pillow structure to solve the problems of the existing pillow.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the background technology and provide a cervical vertebra pillow which can prevent the head of a sleeper from sliding down to the edge of the pillow and is suitable for the curve of the neck of a human body, so that the head of the sleeper feels more comfortable, the sleeping quality is improved, and the cervical vertebra pillow has the characteristics of adjustable height, strong stereoscopic impression, attractive appearance, convenience in use and lower cost.
The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
a cervical pillow, wherein the middle part of the cervical pillow is sunken; the method is characterized in that: the cervical vertebra pillow comprises a pillowcase, middle-layer cloth sewn in the pillowcase, and a cushion block and a pillow core which are filled in the pillowcase;
the pillowcase comprises surface cloth, bottom cloth positioned below the surface cloth and seam cloth surrounding the peripheral edges of the surface cloth and the peripheral edges of the bottom cloth; the seam cloth is sewn on the peripheral edges of the surface layer cloth and the bottom layer cloth to form a closed space for accommodating the cushion block; an opening with an external zipper is arranged on the seam cloth at the front side of the pillowcase, so that the cushion block can be conveniently taken and placed;
a space for accommodating the pillow core is formed between the middle layer cloth and the bottom layer cloth; the front side edge of the middle layer cloth and the corresponding edge of the bottom layer cloth are provided with inner zipper chains which can be mutually connected in a pulling and closing way, and the other side edges of the middle layer cloth are respectively sewed at the suture lines of the seam-clamping cloth and the surface layer cloth or the bottom layer cloth.
The middle part of the middle layer cloth is connected with the middle part of the surface layer cloth through sewing threads; the sewing lines comprise two vertical sewing lines which are vertically arranged at intervals and two horizontal sewing lines which are positioned between the two vertical sewing lines and are horizontally arranged at intervals; the space between the surface layer cloth and the middle layer cloth is divided into a left bag-shaped space, a middle bag-shaped space and a right bag-shaped space by two vertical sewing threads; the two horizontal sewing lines divide the bag-shaped space in the middle into a front strip-shaped space, a middle strip-shaped space and a rear strip-shaped space; the left and right bag-shaped spaces and the front and back strip-shaped spaces are all overlapped and filled with at least one cushion block, so that a concave area for containing the back brain scoop is formed in the middle strip-shaped space.
The seam-filling cloth is formed by connecting two long-edge cloth strips and two short-edge cloth strips which are the same in width; the two long-edge cloth strips are respectively used as the front side and the rear side of the pillowcase; the two short-edge cloth strips are respectively used as the left side and the right side of the pillowcase.
The seam cloth is a single slender cloth strip.
The width of the seam-filling cloth is 4-10 cm.
The distance between the vertical sewing thread and the front side edge of the surface layer cloth and the distance between the vertical sewing thread and the rear side edge of the surface layer cloth are respectively 5-10 cm.
The cushion block and the pillow core are filled with elastic fillers.
The elastic filler is one of sponge, latex, viscose, silk-like cotton, polyester fiber, soybean fiber, down feather, silk and bamboo charcoal.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the seam-clamping cloth is sewn at the peripheral edges of the surface layer cloth and the bottom layer cloth, compared with the existing pillow, the three-dimensional space between the surface layer cloth and the bottom layer cloth is increased, so that the periphery of the pillow has a certain height, the head of a sleeper can not slide to the edge due to too low edge of the pillow like the existing pillow, and the three-dimensional effect and the aesthetic degree of the pillow are improved.
2. 4. The cushion block and the pillow core can be taken and placed by pulling the zipper, so that the pillow is flexible and convenient to use and is suitable for popularization and application.

Detailed Description
The following further description is made with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings.
The cervical pillow shown in fig. 1-3 comprises a pillowcase, a middle layer cloth 2, a cushion block 5 and a pillow core 6.
The pillowcase comprises a surface layer cloth 1, a bottom layer cloth 3 positioned below the surface layer cloth and a seam cloth 4 surrounding the periphery edges of the surface layer cloth and the bottom layer cloth. The upper side edge and the lower side edge of the seam-filling cloth are respectively sewn with the peripheral edges of the surface layer cloth and the bottom layer cloth through sewing threads (not shown in the figure), so that a closed space is formed among the surface layer cloth, the bottom layer cloth and the seam-filling cloth. An outer zipper 8 is arranged on the seam cloth on the front side of the pillow case so as to open the outer zipper and fill the cushion block and the pillow core into the pillow case, thereby adjusting the height of the cervical vertebra pillow. In the embodiment, the seam-filling cloth is composed of two long-side cloth strips 4-1 and two short-side cloth strips 4-2 which are the same in width, and the two long-side cloth strips are respectively used as the front side and the rear side of the pillow case (the long-side cloth strips are parallel to the length direction of the pillow); the two short-edge cloth strips are respectively used as the left side and the right side of the pillow case (the short-edge cloth strips are parallel to the width direction of the pillow); the two long-edge cloth strips and the two short-edge cloth strips can be independent, the unfolded crack cloth is a long and thin cloth strip, and the long and thin cloth strip surrounds the peripheral edges of the surface layer cloth and the bottom layer cloth and is sewn end to end for sealing when in use. Preferably, the width of the seam cloth is 4-10 cm.
The middle layer cloth is sewn on the inner side of the pillow case, wherein an inner zipper 9 which is mutually connected with the bottom layer cloth in a pulling mode is arranged on the edge of the front side of the middle layer cloth (the side parallel to the length direction of the pillow), and the rest edges of the middle layer cloth are respectively sewn with the seam-sandwiched cloth (in the embodiment, the rest edges of the middle layer cloth are sewn through sewing threads which are used for connecting the bottom layer cloth and the seam-sandwiched cloth, and the rest edges of the middle layer cloth can also be sewn through sewing threads which are used for connecting the surface layer cloth and the seam-sandwiched cloth). A space for containing the cushion block is formed between the surface layer cloth and the middle layer cloth, and a space for containing the pillow core is formed between the middle layer cloth and the bottom layer cloth.
The middle part of the middle layer cloth and the middle part of the surface layer cloth are mutually sewed and connected through a sewing thread 7 (the double-dot chain line in figure 2 is the sewing position of the sewing thread); the sewing lines comprise two vertical sewing lines 7-1 which are vertically arranged at intervals and two horizontal sewing lines 7-2 which are positioned between the two vertical sewing lines and are horizontally arranged at intervals; the space between the surface layer cloth and the middle layer cloth is divided into a left bag-shaped space, a middle bag-shaped space and a right bag-shaped space by two vertical sewing threads; the two horizontal sewing lines divide the bag-shaped space in the middle into a front strip-shaped space, a middle strip-shaped space and a rear strip-shaped space; wherein, two left and right bag-shaped spaces and two preceding, back strip space inside all are filled the cushion (can be as required, at more than the cushion of every space coincide to increase and decrease thickness as required) to strip spatial position department forms the depressed area 10 that is used for holding back brain spoon in the middle part. The invention has three using modes, which are respectively as follows:
the first method is as follows: only the cushion block is filled, and the pillow core is not filled, so that the use mode is suitable for people who are not used to high pillows. When the pillow is used, the outer zipper is opened, the cushion blocks are filled into the left and right bag-shaped spaces and the front and rear strip-shaped spaces (more than one cushion block can be overlapped in each space as required to increase the thickness), and the cushion blocks are not filled in the middle strip-shaped spaces, so that a concave area is formed in the middle of the pillow. When a sleeper sleeps on the back, the back head is positioned in the depressed area, and the cervical vertebra of the sleeper can be lifted due to the cushion blocks filled in the front strip-shaped space and the back strip-shaped space; when the sleeper sleeps on one side, the cushion blocks in the left and right bag-shaped spaces can lift the side face of the sleeper, so that the sleeper always keeps a correct sleeping posture.
The second method comprises the following steps: the cushion block and the pillow core are filled, and the mode is suitable for people who like high pillows. When the sleeper needs to adjust the height of the pillow, the inner zipper can be pulled open, the pillow core is placed between the middle layer cloth and the bottom layer cloth, and then the zipper is pulled, so that the height of the cervical vertebra pillow can be increased.
The third method comprises the following steps: only the pillow core is filled, and the cushion block is not filled; the pillow with the mode is similar to a common pillow and does not have the effect of lifting the cervical vertebra.
Finally, it should be noted that the above-mentioned list is only a specific embodiment of the present invention. It is obvious that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but many variations are possible. All modifications which can be derived or suggested by a person skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present invention are to be considered within the scope of the invention.
