It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a power cable anti-theft device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The power cable anti-theft device provided by the embodiment can be used for anti-theft monitoring and alarming of the power cable. Wherein, the output end of the detection unit 12 is connected with the input end of the control unit 11. The output of the control unit 11 is connected to the input of an alarm unit 13.
A first input of the detection unit 12 is connected to a cable core 14 of the power cable. The detection unit 12 is used for collecting the current in the cable core and sending the collected current to the control unit 11.
The control unit 11 determines whether the power cable is stolen according to the collected current, and when it is determined that the power cable is stolen, sends theft alarm information to the alarm unit 13 and a remote master station.
The alarm unit 13 is used for alarming according to the stolen alarm information.
Specifically, the power cable anti-theft device in this embodiment may be disposed in a power cable, and configured to perform anti-theft monitoring and alarming on the power cable. The power cable in this embodiment is used to transmit electric energy. The power cable in this embodiment may be a cable of a street lamp, a cable of a transformer side, or the like. The type of the cable is not particularly limited in this embodiment. Illustratively, the power cable in the present embodiment may be a 10 kv power cable. A 10 kv power cable means that the voltage of the electric power it delivers is 10 kv.
The power cable in the present embodiment may include: the cable comprises a cable core, a protective layer positioned outside the cable core and a sheath layer wrapped outside the protective layer. When the power cable is in normal operation, namely is positioned in a power path, current is transmitted in the cable core; when a power cable is stolen, i.e. broken, there is little or no current in the cable core.
The first input of the detection unit 12 in this embodiment is connected to the cable core 14 of the power cable, and collects the current in the cable core 14.
More specifically, in one implementation, the detection unit 12 collects the current in the cable core 14 at a preset frequency; after the current is collected, the collected current is sent to the control unit 11.
In another implementation, the detection unit 12 may collect the current in the cable core 14 when receiving a collection instruction sent by the control unit 11; after the current is collected, the collected current is sent to the control unit 11.
In another implementation, the detection unit 12 may collect the current in the cable core 14 when receiving a collection instruction sent by the master station; after the current is collected, the collected current is sent to the control unit 11.

When the alarm unit 13 includes a microphone, the alarm unit 13 may turn on the microphone after receiving the theft alarm information, so as to record the field condition. When the alarm unit 13 includes a video capture device, the alarm unit 13 can turn on the video capture device after receiving the stolen alarm information to capture the video of the field situation.
The control unit 11 in this embodiment may send alarm information to the master station through an optical fiber. The reliability of the communication process based on the optical fiber is high, the communication speed is high, and the anti-theft performance of the anti-theft device is further improved.
The master station in this embodiment may be disposed in a machine room of the power department. After receiving the alarm information, the master station can remind a manager, for example, to send out information such as an alarm and a voice prompt.
The control unit 11 in this embodiment can send the stolen alarm information to the alarm unit and the master station at the same time, and the reliability of alarm is improved by this dual alarm mode.
Alternatively, the control unit 11 may also combine the current and the alarm information detected by the detection unit 12 into a message conforming to a power system communication protocol, and send the combined message to the master station. Illustratively, the power system communication protocol here may be: cyclic telecontrol protocol (CDT).
Optionally, the control unit 11 is further configured to operate or stop operating according to an instruction of a control signal of the user equipment. The control signal is a signal sent by the user equipment through the master station.
When the control unit 11 operates, the anti-theft monitoring of the power cable can be realized; when the control unit 11 stops operating, the monitoring of the theft prevention of the power cable cannot be realized. The user equipment can communicate with the master station in a wireless communication mode and send a control signal to the master station. The master station, upon receiving the control signal, forwards the control signal to the control unit 11 in the power cable theft preventing device. After receiving the control signal, the control unit 11 starts or ends the operation according to the specific content of the control signal.
Whether the control unit 11 operates or not is controlled through the user equipment, so that remote arming and disarming can be realized, and the control flexibility is improved.
