With respect to the related art, the inventors consider that: in the early stage of rainfall, rainwater is dissolved together with a large amount of polluting gases in the atmosphere, such as acid gases, automobile exhaust, industrial waste gas and the like, and the collected rainwater can be mixed with rainwater in the later stage, so that the recovery quality of the rainwater is reduced.
