Abstract
The invention discloses an aqueous wood lacquer and a preparation method thereof, wherein the aqueous wood lacquer comprises the following raw materials: the water-based elastic resin, the water-based polyurethane, the antibacterial agent and the auxiliary agent. The waterborne polyurethane resin and the waterborne elastic resin have good flexibility, and the wear resistance and the toughness of the coating are improved by the mutual synergistic effect of the waterborne polyurethane resin and the waterborne elastic resin; the antibacterial agent endows the coating with durable antibacterial property; the waterborne polyurethane, the waterborne elastic resin, the antibacterial agent and the auxiliary agent are uniformly dispersed on the surface of the coating and in the bulk phase, and are crosslinked to form a mutually-penetrated network structure, so that the obtained coating has good toughness and plasticity.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of wood lacquer for furniture, in particular to water-based wood lacquer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of society, the paint is widely applied to various industries, has a protective effect while playing an aesthetic role, and has the effects of corrosion resistance and aging resistance. China is a big country for production, consumption and export of wood products, and the annual output of wood furniture, wood doors and wood floors is in the top of the world. As a product which is more popular with people, the processing of the wooden product needs a great deal of working hours, and the price is generally higher than that of products made of other materials. Because of the particularity of the material and the use property of the wood products, the surface of the wood products is usually coated with a layer of varnish which can play a role in protecting and beautifying the wood products.
The water-based wood paint is a special paint taking water as a dispersion medium, is a real ecological environment-friendly paint, and has the advantages of environmental protection, no toxicity, no odor, few volatile matters and the like. However, the conventional furniture water-based wood paint only has the protection effect, and has no good effect on the aspects of wear resistance, toughness and antibacterial property.
Meanwhile, various harmful microorganisms exist in the living environment of people, which has adverse effects on the life of human beings, and particularly, microorganisms are easy to breed in certain humid occasions (such as kitchens, toilets and the like) in the household environment, so that the concentration of indoor air bacteria and the concentration of bacteria on the surface of an object are increased. A healthy living environment is a necessary guarantee for a healthy life. The antibacterial coating contains an antibacterial agent, so that harmful bacteria in the environment can be effectively inhibited and killed, the effect of cleaning the environment is achieved, and the harm of environmental microorganisms to a human body is reduced.
Therefore, there is still a need to develop an aqueous wood lacquer with better wear resistance and antibacterial property.

3-5 parts of a film forming auxiliary agent;
1-2 parts of a leveling agent;
0.2-1 part of a defoaming agent;
0.1-0.2 parts of pH regulator.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the aqueous elastic resin is an aqueous polycarbon-modified polyurethane copolymer resin.

The water-based wood paint provided by the embodiment of the invention at least has the following beneficial effects: the waterborne wood lacquer utilizes the high hardness and good wear resistance of waterborne polyurethane, the good flexibility of waterborne elastic resin, and the mutual synergistic effect of the waterborne polyurethane and the waterborne elastic resin can improve the wear resistance and toughness of the coating; the antibacterial agent endows the wood lacquer with durable antibacterial property; the waterborne polyurethane, the waterborne elastic resin, the antibacterial agent and the auxiliary agent are uniformly dispersed on the surface of the coating and in the bulk phase, and are crosslinked to form a mutually-penetrated network structure, so that the obtained wood lacquer has good toughness and plasticity.
To solve the second technical problem, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: the preparation method of the water-based wood paint comprises the following steps:
s1, adding the waterborne elastic resin, the waterborne polyurethane and the pH regulator in proportion, and stirring for 5-10 min to obtain a mixture I;
s2, sequentially adding the colorant, the film-forming assistant, the flatting agent, the defoaming agent and a part of water into the mixture I according to the proportion, and stirring and dispersing for 8-15 min to obtain a mixture II;
and S3, sequentially adding the antibacterial agent, the curing agent and the balance of water into the mixture II, and stirring for 15-25 min to obtain the water-based wood lacquer.
The preparation method of the water-based wood paint provided by the embodiment of the invention at least has the following beneficial effects: the preparation method of the invention has simple operation and realizes large-scale production and application.
