The pulse valve 6 is used for providing power for dust removal by generating wind power on the injection pipe 5, the switching valve 54 is used for switching the discharge type during dust removal, and the lower end of the tail pipe 53 is flush with the outlet of the filter bag 4, so that when the tail pipe 53 generates suction force, the tail pipe 53 can generate suction force inside the filter bag 4, and similarly, gas blown out from the tail pipe 53 can directly enter the filter bag 4 to act.
The switching valve 54 includes a rotary plate 541 and a motor 542, an output shaft of the motor 542 is fixedly connected to the rotary plate 541, and the rotary plate 541 rotates at an outlet of the main pipe 51. The motor 542 drives the rotary table 541 to rotate continuously at the outlet or port of the main pipe 51 or to a blocking position to stop, and when the rotary table rotates continuously, a suction and blowing condition is formed at the branch pipe 52 and the tail pipe 53, so as to perform a suction and discharge operation on the filter bag 4, so that dust on the outer wall of the filter bag 4 is shaken off violently; the sealing device is fixed at the sealing position and is used for blowing up the filter bag 4 from inside to outside, so that the filter bag 4 can be blown up and expanded and dust on the outer wall can be blown away.
The frame 3 is cylindrical and comprises an upper circular ring 32, a lower circular ring 32 and a plurality of straight rods 33 connecting the two circular rings 32, one end of each spring leaf 31 is fixed on the lower surface of the upper circular ring 32, and the spring leaves 31 and the straight rods 33 are alternately arranged. The volume of the frame 3 is far smaller than that of the filter bag 4, so that the filter bag 4 can contract or expand outside the frame 3 within a certain range, and the filter bag 4 is contracted and attached to the frame 3, thereby being used for purifying dust in normal use and shaking off the dust in a suction and discharge process.
During purification: the external exhaust fan at the air outlet 14 provides power, external air is extracted from the air inlet 13 and enters the containing bin 11, dust is filtered after the filter bag 4 supported by the frame 3, and the air enters the clean bin 12 above the filter bag 4 and is discharged through the air outlet of the clean bin 12.
During ash removal: firstly, the pulse valve 6 is started, the wind power of the pulse valve 6 is dispersed into each branch pipe 52 along the main pipe 51 of the injection pipe 5, and is discharged into the filter bag 4 supported by each frame 3 through the tail pipe 53 of each branch pipe 52, the dust adhered to the outer wall of the filter bag 4 is blown down by blowing from the inside to the outside, and meanwhile, the rockable reed 31 is arranged between the straight rods 33 of the frame 3, so that the reed 31 is blown to generate vibration, the filter bag 4 is continuously flapped, and the seriously adhered dust is removed.
Further starting a motor 542 of the switching valve 54, wherein the motor 542 drives the rotary disc 541 to rotate at the end of the main pipe 51 of the blowing pipe 5, and switches the wind power generated by the pulse valve 6, when the rotary disc 541 seals the port of the main pipe 51, the impacted wind power normally enters the branch pipe 52, and blows up the filter bag 4 from inside to outside through the tail pipe 53, so that dust is blown off; when the port of the main pipe 51 is opened by the turntable 541, the impacted wind power is discharged from the port of the main pipe 51, meanwhile, due to the outward discharge of the wind power, negative pressure is generated at the connecting part between the main pipe 51 and each branch pipe 52, so that negative pressure is formed in each branch pipe 52, each filter bag 4 is sucked through the tail pipe 53, the filter bag 4 is contracted and attached to the frame 3, then the turntable 541 rotates to seal the port of the main pipe 51, the tail pipe 53 of each branch pipe 52 blows up the filter bag 4, so that the filter bag 4 is far away from the frame 3, and in the process of absorbing and discharging for multiple times, the filter bag 4 is also continuously contracted or expanded, so that dust on the outer wall is shaken off.
