step 1, a user acquires a logistics posting and receiving client at a logistics company management system by using a mobile terminal, installs the logistics posting and receiving client to the mobile terminal, and completes personal user information registration by using the logistics posting and receiving client; the personal user information registration comprises an account name, an account password, a name, an identification card number, a contact mobile phone number, a common mailing address, common addressee information and a common addressee address;
step 2, when a user needs to send an article, the user logs in a logistics sending and receiving client on the mobile terminal, sends sending and receiving express bill information on a sending and receiving bill information page provided by the logistics sending and receiving client, and sends the sending and receiving express bill information confirmed to be error-free to a logistics company management system by the user through the current logistics sending and receiving client on the mobile terminal;
the sending express bill information comprises a sender name limited to filling in the user information, a sender contact mobile phone number limited to filling in the user contact mobile phone number, information of an article to be sent and recipient information;

the sending code information comprises an express cabinet position closest to the current position of a user, an available cabinet grid opening number of the express cabinet and an enabling code for opening the cabinet grid opening, wherein the enabling code is a 6-digit number randomly generated by a logistics company management system;
the express cabinet is subjected to unified management of the logistics company management system, and at least comprises a processor, a camera, a communication device connected with the logistics company management system, a touch display screen providing a human-computer operation interface, a three-dimensional scanner for scanning and acquiring the volume of articles placed in each cabinet cell and a weight measuring instrument for acquiring the weight of the articles placed in each cabinet cell, wherein the human-computer operation interface is provided with a starting code input unit, a user contact mobile phone number input unit, an invoicing data information input unit, a cost settlement two-dimensional code and a printing device controlled by the processor;
step 6, the logistics company management system respectively generates a first-level two-dimensional code corresponding to the sender information of the item to be sent, a second-level two-dimensional code corresponding to the information of the item to be sent and a third-level two-dimensional code corresponding to the receiver information of the item to be sent, and the first-level two-dimensional code, the second-level two-dimensional code and the third-level two-dimensional code are simultaneously embedded into any one auxiliary image for the bill selected by the user to obtain an embedded secret image combination for the bill with the embedded secret two-dimensional code;
the embedded single-surface image combination comprises a pair of single-surface images embedded with three two-dimensional codes simultaneously and two single-surface images not embedded with the two-dimensional codes;
each scanning terminal belonging to the logistics company management system is provided with an image information extraction program for extracting each level of two-dimensional codes in the single-use image after secret embedding and a two-dimensional code information extraction program for only extracting contact mobile phone numbers, sending addresses of senders in the level one two-dimensional codes, names of articles in the level two-dimensional codes and contact mobile phone numbers and receiving addresses of receivers in the level three two-dimensional codes;
step 7, when the express cabinet confirms that the received starting code and the user contact mobile phone number which are input from the outside are respectively corresponding to the starting code and the user contact mobile phone number in the stored sending code information, the express cabinet opens the cabinet lattice opening of the corresponding cabinet lattice opening number in the sending code information;
step 8, when the express cabinet detects that the user puts articles into the cabinet lattice opening corresponding to the sending code information, a camera of the express cabinet records and stores the article placing process of the user, and the volume and the weight of the articles in the cabinet lattice opening are obtained;
step 9, the express cabinet calculates the logistics expense of the current article in the cabinet grid according to an express expense settlement standard preset by the logistics company management system, displays an expense settlement two-dimensional code for the user to pay on the touch display screen, and sends the amount of the logistics expense to be paid corresponding to the expense settlement two-dimensional code to the logistics company management system;
step 10, after confirming that the logistics expense corresponding to the expense settlement two-dimensional code is received, the logistics company management system combines and splices the single image with the embedded secret side into a spliced image with an express bill number, and sends the spliced image serving as a single image for sticking to the express cabinet;
and 11, printing the pasting surface single image by the express cabinet, prompting a user to paste the printed pasting surface single image on the sent object, and automatically closing the cabinet lattice opening of the object by the express cabinet to wait for express pickup.
2. The intelligent settlement method for modern logistics cost of claim 1, further comprising:
the express delivery cabinet displays a fee payment mode selection list for the user to select a fee payment mode; the payment mode selection list comprises two-dimensional code payment and face brushing payment;
the express delivery cabinet receives a payment mode selected by a user and sends the selected payment mode to a logistics company management system;
and the logistics company management system detects and judges whether the cost paid by the user is received or not, and controls whether the express cabinet prints the bill image for pasting according to the detection and judgment result.
3. The intelligent settlement method for modern logistics cost of claim 1, further comprising:
the express delivery cabinet displays a fee payment mode selection list for the user to select a fee payment mode; wherein the fee payment mode selection list at least comprises cash payment;
the express delivery cabinet receives a payment mode selected by a user and sends the selected payment mode to a logistics company management system;
after the express cabinet detects that the user pays the logistics expense corresponding to the expense settlement two-dimensional code, the express cabinet sends a receipt result of successfully receiving the logistics expense to a logistics company management system;
and the logistics company management system controls the express cabinet to print the bill image for the equipment according to the receipt result of the express cabinet.
4. The intelligent settlement method for modern logistics charge as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
after the logistics company management system confirms that the logistics expense paid by the user is received, the logistics company management system controls the express cabinet to start a display man-machine operation interface and prompts the user to input invoicing data information;
after the express cabinet confirms that the invoicing data information input and confirmed by the user is received, the express cabinet sends the received invoicing data information to a logistics company management system;
and the logistics company management system sends an invoice printing instruction to the express delivery cabinet, and the express delivery cabinet prints out an invoice corresponding to the current logistics cost.
5. The intelligent settlement method for modern logistics charge as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
the logistics sending and receiving client on the mobile terminal constructs a preposed secondary identity authentication parameter of a user payment action;
the logistics consignment client allocates a mobile terminal to obtain user action information so as to obtain a post-secondary identity authentication parameter corresponding to the current user payment action;
the logistics sending and receiving client side makes judgment processing according to the front secondary identity authentication parameter and the rear secondary identity authentication parameter:
when the front secondary identity authentication parameter is consistent with the rear secondary identity authentication parameter, the logistics consignment client controls the mobile terminal to allow the user to start the operation of scanning the expense settlement two-dimensional code; otherwise, the logistics consignment client controls the mobile terminal to prohibit the user from starting the operation of scanning the expense settlement two-dimensional code.
