The rotating arm 403 may have a rod-like structure, and an end of the rotating arm 403 away from the placing table 100 is regarded as a first end, and an end close to the placing table 100 is regarded as a second end. A first end of the rotating arm 403 is hinged with one end of the vertical driving member 402, and a second end of the rotating arm 403 is provided with a horizontal pressing plate 404.
The cylindrical structure of the support arm 401 facilitates the support of the support arm 401, and also enables the vertical driving member 402 to be embedded therein, thereby preventing the vertical driving member 402 from being exposed to the outside, and protecting the vertical driving member 402. The articulation of the support arm 401 with the swivel arm 403 facilitates the ability of the swivel arm 403 to swivel about an end of the support arm 401.
The first end of the rotating arm 403 is hinged with the upper end of the vertical driving member 402, and the second end of the rotating arm 403 is provided with a mounting part. Accordingly, the horizontal pressing plate 404 is provided with an engaging portion which can be engaged with the mounting portion of the rotating arm 403, so that the horizontal pressing plate 404 can be detachably mounted on the second end of the rotating arm 403. So that the horizontal pressing plate 404 is detached from the second end of the rotating arm 403 at any time and replaced or repaired after the horizontal pressing plate 404 is worn.
Horizontal pressure plate 404 and pivoting arm 403 may be connected by threaded fasteners. As shown in FIG. 1, the mounting portion of the second end of the rotating arm 403 is a through hole with an internal thread. Accordingly, the horizontal pressing plate 404 is a substantially flat plate, and a mounting rod is disposed on an end surface of the flat plate, and an internal thread matched with the through hole is disposed on the mounting rod. When the rotating arm 403 is assembled with the horizontal pressing plate 404, the installation rod of the horizontal pressing plate 404 is in threaded connection with the through hole of the rotating arm 403, and the installation rod is axially locked relative to the screwing-out part of the through hole by using a nut, so that the installation rod is prevented from being loosened from the through hole. The threaded connection between the horizontal pressing plate 404 and the rotating arm 403 can ensure the connection strength between the horizontal pressing plate 404 and the rotating arm 403, the horizontal pressing plate 404 is prevented from being loosened from the rotating arm 403, the threaded connection installation process is simple and convenient, and the horizontal pressing plate 404 can be replaced at any time.
In the case where the replacement frequency of the horizontal pressing plate 404 is low, the horizontal pressing plate 404 may be directly welded to the second end of the rotating arm 403.
The vertical driving member 402 may be a cylindrical structure, the vertical driving member 402 is disposed in the cylindrical structure of the supporting arm 401, one end of the vertical driving member 402 is fastened to the placing table 100, the other end of the vertical driving member 402 is a telescopic end, and the telescopic end of the vertical driving member 402 is hinged to the first end of the rotating arm 403.
The vertical drive 402 may be a hydraulic cylinder or a linear motor arranged in the vertical direction. When the vertical driving element 402 drives the telescopic end to stretch upwards, the vertical driving element 402 drives the rotating arm 403 to rotate around one end of the supporting arm 401, and the second end of the rotating arm 403 drives the horizontal pressing plate 404 to move downwards until the horizontal pressing plate 404 abuts against the horizontal surface of the end wall plate, so that the end wall plate is pressed on the placing table 100 in the vertical direction; when the vertical driving member 402 drives the telescopic end to be compressed downward, the vertical driving member 402 drives the rotation arm 403 to rotate around one end of the support arm 401. The second end of rotating arm 403 drives horizontal press plate 404 upward, which causes horizontal press plate 404 to disengage from the horizontal surface of the end wall panel, thereby releasing horizontal press plate 404 from the vertical direction.
When the clamping device provided by the embodiment is used for welding the end wall boards, the end wall boards are placed on the corresponding placing areas of the placing table 100 respectively, then the movable horizontal pressing mechanism 320 is used for driving the vertical pressing plate 323 to move close to the placing table 100 until the vertical pressing plate 323 of the movable horizontal pressing mechanism 320 abuts against the left door panel and the right door panel, and the left door panel and the right door panel are pressed in the horizontal direction under the cooperation of the fixed horizontal pressing mechanism 310. The vertical pressing mechanism 400 is used to drive the horizontal pressing plate 404 thereof to move downward until the horizontal pressing plate 404 of the vertical pressing mechanism 400 abuts against the horizontal surfaces of the left door panel, the right door panel and the top door panel, and vertically presses the left door panel, the right door panel and the top door panel against the placing table 100. After the clamping is completed, the end wall plate can be welded.
After the end of the welding, the movable horizontal pressing mechanism 320 is used to drive the vertical pressing plate 323 to move away from the placing table 100 until the vertical pressing plate 323 of the movable horizontal pressing mechanism 320 is separated from the left door panel and the right door panel. The vertical pressing mechanism 400 is used to drive the horizontal pressing plate 404 to move upwards until the horizontal pressing plate 404 of the vertical pressing mechanism 400 is separated from the horizontal planes of the left door panel, the right door panel and the top door panel. The clamping of the clamping device to the end wall plate can be released, and the welded end wall plate can be taken out from the clamping device.

the placing table comprises a left door panel placing area, a top door panel placing area and a right door panel placing area, and the top door panel placing area is located between the left door panel placing area and the right door panel placing area; the top door plate placing area is used for placing a top door plate of the end wall plate, and the side door plate placing area is used for placing a side door plate of the end wall plate;
the horizontal pressing mechanism comprises a plurality of fixed horizontal pressing mechanisms and a plurality of movable horizontal pressing mechanisms, and at least two fixed horizontal pressing mechanisms are respectively arranged on the inner side of the left door panel placing area and the inner side of the right door panel placing area and are fixedly connected with the placing table; the at least two movable horizontal pressing mechanisms are respectively arranged at the edge of the left door panel placing area and the edge of the right door panel placing area and are fixedly connected with the placing table; the movable horizontal pressing mechanism and the fixed horizontal pressing mechanism on the left side are used for pressing the left door panel in the horizontal direction, and the movable horizontal pressing mechanism and the fixed horizontal pressing mechanism on the right side are used for pressing the right door panel in the horizontal direction;
the vertical pressing mechanisms are arranged on the edge of the left door panel placing area, are fixedly connected with the placing table and are used for pressing the left door panel from the vertical direction; at least one vertical pressing mechanism is arranged at the edge of the right door panel placing area and is fixedly connected with the placing table and used for pressing the right door panel from the vertical direction; and at least one vertical pressing mechanism is arranged in the top door plate placing area and is fixedly connected with the placing platform and used for pressing the top door plate from the vertical direction.
2. The clamping device of claim 1, wherein said vertical hold down mechanism comprises a support arm, a swivel arm, a vertical drive, and a horizontal platen;
the supporting arm is cylindrical, one end of the supporting arm is fixedly connected to the placing table, and the other end of the supporting arm is hinged to the middle of the rotating arm;
the second end of the rotating arm is provided with the horizontal pressing plate for pressing the side door plate or the top door plate;
the fastening end of the vertical driving piece is fixedly connected to the placing table, and the telescopic end of the vertical driving piece penetrates through the cylindrical supporting arm and then is hinged to the first end of the rotating arm.
3. Clamping device according to claim 2, wherein the vertical drive is a hydraulic cylinder or a linear motor arranged in the vertical direction.
4. The clamping device of claim 2, wherein said horizontal platen is removably mounted to said second end of said rotatable arm.
5. The clamping device of claim 4, wherein said horizontal clamp plate is connected to said pivot arm by a threaded fastener.

The clamping device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a plurality of vertical pressing mechanisms are uniformly arranged on the edge of the left door panel placing area, and a plurality of vertical pressing mechanisms are uniformly arranged on the edge of the right door panel placing area;
the top door panel placing area is provided with two rows of vertical pressing mechanisms side by side, one row of the vertical pressing mechanisms is used for pressing the left door panel from the vertical direction, and the other row of the vertical pressing mechanisms is used for pressing the right door panel from the vertical direction.
7. The clamping device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the edge and the inside of the top door panel placing area are respectively provided with at least two vertical pressing mechanisms for pressing the top door panel in a vertical direction.
