The first and second side rods are provided with a driving mechanism for driving the lifting block to move up and down, and as shown in fig. 4, the driving mechanism comprises a screw rod 4 in threaded connection with the lifting block, a forward wrench 5 arranged on the upper part of the screw rod, and a reverse wrench 6 arranged on the upper part of the screw rod. The upper end of the screw rod is rotationally connected with the first or second side rod. The forward spanner and the reverse spanner are ratchet wrenches, the forward spanner can drive forward rotation of the lead screw, and the reverse spanner can drive reverse rotation of the lead screw.
And two ends of the first side rod are respectively provided with a second side rod, and the tail end of the second side rod extends into the groove and is hinged with the first side rod through a hinge shaft 7. Thus, two ends of the first side rod are respectively hinged with a second side rod. The first end of the second first side rod is hinged with the corresponding end of the first second side rod, a locking bolt 9 is arranged between the second end of the second first side rod and the corresponding end of the second side rod, and the first side rod and the second side rod are locked and fixed through the locking bolt. When the locking bolt is removed, the first side bar is separated from the second side bar, and as shown in fig. 7, a second side bar is arranged between the two first side bars, and a first side bar is arranged between the two second side bars.
When the machine cabinet is used, the second first side rod and the second side rod are connected together through the locking bolt, the first side rod and the second side rod surround a square frame at the moment, then the machine cabinet is hung in a square space surrounded by the first side rod and the second side rod, and the bottom of the machine cabinet is in contact with the dragging plate. When the lifting device is used for conveying the cabinet to a position to be installed, the lifting block moves downwards by rotating the reverse wrench, the cabinet moves downwards along with the supporting plate at the moment until the supporting plate is in contact with the ground or has a small gap (such as 5-10mm) with the ground, the reverse wrench stops rotating, the locking bolt is detached, then the cabinet is held, the second side rod is pulled outwards around the hinged point of the first side rod in sequence, then the first side rod is pulled outwards, and in the process of pulling out the first side rod and the second side rod, the supporting plate is separated from the bottom of the cabinet so as to relieve the lifting effect on the cabinet. And finally, pulling out the other first side rod and the other second side rod outwards, unloading the cabinet, and then installing the cabinet on the foundation.
The invention has simple structure and convenient operation, can realize the bearing and transportation of the cabinet, can also reduce the height of the cabinet, and then can sequentially move the first side rod and the second side rod away from the periphery of the cabinet by dismounting the locking bolt on the invention, thereby realizing the unloading of the cabinet.
