Referring to fig. 6, in a further scheme of this embodiment, the variable frequency cleaning mechanism for aluminum coils further includes a second cleaning mechanism 3, the second cleaning mechanism 3 includes a second water spraying mechanism 17, a second high pressure water pump 19 and a third variable frequency control cabinet, a third motor is disposed in the second high pressure water pump 19, the second high pressure water pump 19 is communicated with the second water spraying mechanism 17 through a pipeline, and the third motor is electrically connected with the third variable frequency control cabinet through a conducting wire. Specifically, the second cleaning mechanism 3 is provided, and the water spraying amount and the water spraying strength of the variable frequency aluminum coil cleaning mechanism can be increased by the second water spraying mechanism 17, so that the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning effect are further improved. The second high-pressure water pump 19 is communicated with the second water spraying mechanism 17 through a pipeline, and the second motor in the second high-pressure water pump 19 is electrically connected with the third variable frequency control cabinet through a wire, so that the third variable frequency control cabinet can realize the automatic adjustment of the running speed of the second motor by changing the power supply frequency of the second motor, thereby adjusting the lift of the second high-pressure water pump 19, further adjusting the water spraying strength of the second water spraying mechanism 17, and also realizing the self-adaptive adjustment of the cleaning strength of the second cleaning mechanism 3.
In a preferred scheme of the embodiment, the second cleaning mechanism 3 further comprises a composite mechanical arm assembly 18, one end of the composite mechanical arm assembly 18 is fixedly connected with the second water spraying mechanism 17, and the composite mechanical arm assembly 18 is used for controlling the second water spraying mechanism 17 to move in the horizontal and vertical directions. In the preferred embodiment, the multi-mechanical arm assembly 18 is formed by connecting a plurality of mechanical arms which can rotate mutually, so that the second water spraying mechanism 17 arranged at the end of the multi-mechanical arm assembly 18 can move and rotate 360 degrees in all directions in any direction, that is, the positions of the second water spraying mechanism 17 in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction can be adjusted. More specifically, for the position where the contamination such as grease is more on the aluminum sheet coil 4, the second water spraying mechanism 17 may be moved to the partial area, the water spraying amount and the water spraying strength of the partial area are improved, and the cleaning operation of the aluminum sheet coil 4 is completed in combination with the first water spraying structure 12.
In a further scheme of this embodiment, the second cleaning mechanism 3 further includes an apparatus base 16, the other end of the multi-functional mechanical arm assembly 18 is rotatably disposed on the apparatus base 16, and the multi-functional mechanical arm assembly rotates 18 to drive the second water spraying mechanism 17 to rotate. In this further scheme, the apparatus base 16 is used for supporting the multi-mechanical arm assembly 18 and the second water spraying mechanism 17, and on the other hand, the multi-mechanical arm assembly can also rotate 18 to rotate, so as to drive the second water spraying mechanism 17 to rotate, further complete the position adjustment of the second water spraying mechanism 17 in the horizontal direction, and enable the second water spraying mechanism 17 and the first water spraying mechanism 12 to be combined to complete the cleaning operation of the aluminum plate coiled material 4.
In summary, the variable-frequency cleaning mechanism for aluminum coils provided by the invention has a simple overall structure, and the first variable-frequency control cabinet 7 and the second variable-frequency control cabinet 14 are respectively used for realizing automatic adjustment of the running speed of the first motor and the running speed of the second motor, so that the self-adaptive adjustment of the transportation speed and the water spraying strength of the aluminum coil plate 4 is realized. Because pollutants such as grease and the like attached to the aluminum coil plate 4 to be cleaned are generally unevenly distributed, the cleaning mode of the aluminum coil frequency-conversion cleaning mechanism can be matched with the area of the aluminum coil plate 14 to be cleaned through the automatic adjustment function of the first frequency-conversion control cabinet 7 and the second frequency-conversion control cabinet 14.

the cleaning device comprises a first cleaning mechanism, wherein the first cleaning mechanism comprises a first water spraying mechanism, a first high-pressure water pump and a second variable-frequency control cabinet, a second motor is arranged in the first high-pressure water pump, the first high-pressure water pump is communicated with the first water spraying mechanism through a pipeline, and the second motor is electrically connected with the second variable-frequency control cabinet through a wire.

The aluminum coil frequency-conversion cleaning mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism further comprises an auxiliary start-stop mechanism, the auxiliary start-stop mechanism comprises a positioning rod and a start-stop motor, the start-stop motor is used for controlling the rotation of the positioning rod, and when the rotation mechanism stops rotating, the end part of the positioning rod is pressed on the aluminum coil.

The variable-frequency aluminum coil cleaning mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the driving mechanism further comprises a conveying mechanism, the conveying mechanism is provided with a plurality of rotatable rollers, the rollers are used for placing the aluminum coil, and the rollers are used for conveying the aluminum coil from the driving mechanism to the first cleaning mechanism.

The variable-frequency cleaning mechanism for the aluminum coils as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first cleaning mechanism further comprises an operation table, the operation table is electrically connected with the second variable-frequency control cabinet through a wire, a plurality of control keys are arranged on the operation table, and the operation table is used for controlling the water spraying strength of the first water spraying mechanism.

The variable-frequency aluminum coil cleaning mechanism according to claim 6, wherein the first cleaning mechanism further comprises an equipment main body, and the first water spraying mechanism, the first high-pressure water pump, the second variable-frequency control cabinet, the cleaning table and the operation table are all arranged on the equipment main body.

The variable-frequency cleaning mechanism for the aluminum coil is characterized by further comprising a second cleaning mechanism, wherein the second cleaning mechanism comprises a second water spraying mechanism, a second high-pressure water pump and a third variable-frequency control cabinet, a third motor is arranged in the second high-pressure water pump, the second high-pressure water pump is communicated with the second water spraying mechanism through a pipeline, and the third motor is electrically connected with the third variable-frequency control cabinet through a lead.

The variable-frequency cleaning mechanism for the aluminum coils as claimed in claim 8, wherein the second cleaning mechanism further comprises a composite mechanical arm assembly, one end of the composite mechanical arm assembly is fixedly connected with the second water spraying mechanism, and the composite mechanical arm assembly is used for controlling the second water spraying mechanism to move in the horizontal and vertical directions.

The variable-frequency aluminum coil cleaning mechanism according to claim 9, wherein the second cleaning mechanism further comprises an equipment base, the other end of the composite mechanical arm assembly is rotatably arranged on the equipment base, and the composite mechanical arm assembly drives the second water spraying mechanism to rotate when rotating.
