Abstract
本申请揭示一种用于核酸提取的齿轮箱,包含:主动轮、从动轮、齿轮箱盖、齿轮箱体、滚珠;在齿轮箱盖和从动轮以及齿轮箱体之间分别设置有滚珠,从动轮的侧面设置有磁体固定槽,齿轮箱盖设置有从动轮滚珠槽,齿轮箱体设置有从动轮滚珠槽。通过主动轮带动从动轮转动,各个从动轮分别带动磁体绕核酸提取试管转动,带动试管内的磁珠转动从而实现核酸提取过程。本发明极大的简化了核酸提取扩增检测一体化设备的结构,缩减了一体化设备的体积,降低了一体化设备的成本,可以大幅提高一体化设备的样本检测量。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于分子诊断领域,涉及一种用于核酸提取的齿轮箱。
背景技术
磁珠法核酸提取原理是依据与硅胶膜离心柱相同的原理,运用纳米技术对超顺磁性纳米颗粒的表面进行改良和表面修饰后,制备成超顺磁性氧化硅纳米磁珠。该磁珠能在微观界面上与核酸分子特异性地识别和高效结合。利用二氧化硅包被的纳米磁性微球的超顺磁性,在Chaotropic盐(盐酸胍、异硫氰酸胍等)和外加磁场的作用下,能从血液、动物组织、食品、病原微生物等样本中分离出DNA和RNA,可应用在临床疾病诊断、输血安全、法医学鉴定、环境微生物检测、食品安全检测、分子生物学研究等多个领域。
核酸扩增检测技术是通过为核酸片段提供体外扩增的条件,使之成指数大量扩增并在核酸扩增过程中加入荧光染料或荧光标记物,采用光学装置检测出荧光信号的强弱,通过对荧光信号的处理分析得出核酸扩增结果的过程。
从核酸提取到扩增检测中间包含裂解、清洗、洗脱、扩增等步骤,目前主流技术必须要求在标准实验室中分步进行,整个过程容易对样本核酸造成污染,操作难度大,对操作人员要求高,不利于核酸检测技术的推广。为了解决现有技术的缺点,需要发展核酸提取扩增检测一体化技术。核酸提取扩增检测一体化技术由于包含核酸裂解、清洗、洗脱、扩增等多个步骤,现有的一体化设备普遍设计复杂,体积庞大,成本高昂,检测样本量少,这些因素制约了核酸提取扩增检测一体化技术的推广。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的缺点,本发明提供了一种用于核酸提取的齿轮箱,其特征在于,包括:
主动轮,所述主动轮与外部驱动机构连接;
从动轮,所述从动轮为两侧设置滚珠槽的环形结构,多个从动轮呈环形或矩形阵列排布;
齿轮箱盖,所述齿轮箱盖上设置有从动轮滚珠槽;
齿轮箱体,所述齿轮箱体上设置有从动轮滚珠槽;
滚珠,所述滚珠设置在从动轮的滚珠槽内。
优选的,所述从动轮上的滚珠槽为环形阵列的半球形凹槽或截面呈半圆的环形凹槽。
优选的,所述从动轮上设置有磁体固定槽。
优选的,所述齿轮箱盖的从动轮滚珠槽为截面呈半圆的环形凹槽。
优选的,所述齿轮箱体的从动轮滚珠槽为截面呈半圆的环形凹槽。
优选的,所述从动轮之间相互啮合。
优选的,所述从动轮与齿轮箱盖之间通过滚珠连接。
优选的,所述从动轮与齿轮箱体之间通过滚珠连接。
优选的,所述齿轮箱盖的从动轮滚珠槽内设置有同心通孔。
优选的,所述齿轮箱体的从动轮滚珠槽内设置有通孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的增益效果为:本发明极大的简化了核酸提取扩增检测一体化设备的结构,缩减了一体化设备的体积,降低了一体化设备的成本,可以大幅提高一体化设备的样本检测量。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明的附图,将本发明的技术实施方案清楚、完整地描述。
如图1,2所示本发明涉及的一种用于核酸提取的齿轮箱,包含:主动轮(1)、中从动轮(202)、左从动轮(203)、右从动轮(201)、齿轮箱盖(3)、齿轮箱体(4)、滚珠(5)、上轴承(6)、下轴承(7)。
如图1,2所示,主动轮(1)和中间从动轮(202)啮合,中间从动轮(202)和左从动轮(203),右从动轮(201)分别啮合;在齿轮箱盖(3)和中从动轮(202)、左从动轮(203)、右从动轮(201)以及齿轮箱体(4)之间分别设置有滚珠(5),主动轮(1)的两侧设置有上轴承(6)和下轴承(7)。 如图3所示,从动轮的侧面设置有磁体固定槽。如图4所示齿轮箱盖(3)设置有从动轮滚珠槽。如图5所示齿轮箱体(4) 设置有从动轮滚珠槽。
核酸提取过程中, 核酸提取试管设置在从动轮孔内,外部电机通过主动轮(1)带动中从动轮(202)转动, 中从动轮(202)带动左从动轮(203)和 右从动轮(201)转动,各个从动轮分别带动磁体绕核酸提取试管转动,带动试管内的磁珠转动从而实现核酸提取过程。
需要理解到的是:本实施例虽然对本发明作了比较详细的说明,但是这些说明,只是对发明的简单说明,而不是对发明的限制,任何不超出本发明实质精神内的发明创造,均落入发明的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于核酸提取的齿轮箱,其特征在于,包括:
主动轮,所述主动轮与外部驱动机构连接;
从动轮,所述从动轮为两侧设置滚珠槽的环形结构,多个从动轮呈环形或矩形阵列排布;
齿轮箱盖,所述齿轮箱盖上设置有从动轮滚珠槽;
齿轮箱体,所述齿轮箱体上设置有从动轮滚珠槽;
滚珠,所述滚珠设置在从动轮的滚珠槽内。
2.如权利要求1所述一种用于核酸提取的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述从动轮上的滚珠槽为环形阵列的半球形凹槽或截面呈半圆的环形凹槽。
3.如权利要求1所述一种用于核酸提取的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述从动轮上设置有磁体固定槽。
4.如权利要求1所述一种用于核酸提取的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述齿轮箱盖的从动轮滚珠槽为截面呈半圆的环形凹槽。
5.如权利要求1所述一种用于核酸提取的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述齿轮箱体的从动轮滚珠槽为截面呈半圆的环形凹槽。
6.如权利要求1所述一种用于核酸提取的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述从动轮之间相互啮合。
7.如权利要求1所述一种用于核酸提取的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述从动轮与齿轮箱盖之间通过滚珠连接。
8.如权利要求1所述一种用于核酸提取的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述从动轮与齿轮箱体之间通过滚珠连接。
9.如权利要求1所述一种用于核酸提取的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述齿轮箱盖的从动轮滚珠槽内设置有同心通孔。
10.如权利要求1所述一种用于核酸提取的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述齿轮箱体的从动轮滚珠槽内设置有通孔。
