Background
The large-span steel structure arch bridge usually adopts lattice beams as a main structure of a traffic lane system. When the transverse width of the lattice beam is smaller than that of the arch rib and the lifting lugs are not arranged in enough space on the two sides of the lattice beam, the arch bridge is hoisted by adopting the cable crane, and a specially-made hoist is needed to hoist. The function of such spreaders is to "widen" the narrow beam, providing a reliable lifting point for the crane. At present, most of the engineering practices use a shoulder pole beam with a width wider than the transverse width of a lattice beam and an arch rib as a lifting appliance, when the lattice beam is lifted, the lattice beam is lifted on the shoulder pole beam, and the lifting hooks of a cable crane lift the two ends of the shoulder pole beam so as to realize the lifting of the lattice beam. In addition, there are some lifting devices, which are connected to the top plate, the bottom plate, etc. of the lattice beam to realize the transverse "widening" of the lattice beam. The lifting appliances have the defects of great weight, inconvenient operation, high construction cost and the like.

Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages, the present invention provides a light sling for hoisting an arch bridge lattice beam cable; the large-span steel structure arch bridge usually adopts lattice beams as a main structure of a traffic lane system; when the transverse width of the lattice beam is smaller than that of the arch rib and the lifting lugs are not arranged in enough space on the two sides of the lattice beam, the arch bridge is hoisted by adopting the cable crane, and a specially-made hoist is needed to hoist. The function of such spreaders is to "widen" the narrow beam, providing a reliable lifting point for the crane. The light lattice beam lifting appliance provided by the patent has the advantages of light dead weight, simplicity and convenience in operation, low construction cost and the like besides meeting the function.
The invention is realized in this way, construct a light sling for hoisting the lattice beam cable of the arch bridge, which is characterized in that;
the light lifting appliance is provided with a beam body, lifting lugs and splicing plates; the lifting lug is welded at the end part of the beam body; the splice plates are divided into a web plate splice plate, an upper flange splice plate and a lower flange splice plate; drilling bolt holes at corresponding positions of the web splicing plate, the upper flange splicing plate and the lower flange splicing plate; the web splicing plates, the upper flange splicing plates and the lower flange splicing plates are connected with the grid beam through bolts.
The light sling for hoisting the lattice beam cable of the arch bridge is characterized in that the light sling comprises a hanger body and a hanger rod; the beam body is an I-shaped steel beam formed by welding steel plates, and the steel beam can be designed into a variable cross-section steel beam according to the stress condition.
The light sling for hoisting the lattice beam cable of the arch bridge is characterized in that the light sling comprises a hanger body and a hanger rod; before hoisting, the grid beam hanger is connected with a hoisting point fork lug of a cable crane through a pin shaft and stays above a hoisting position, after the grid beam is transported to the hoisting position, the grid beam is butted with a web plate, a top plate and a bottom plate of the hanger, splice plates are installed, bolts (common bolts) are screwed, the connection between the hanger and the grid beam is completed, the transverse widening of the grid beam is realized, and the cable crane can start hoisting; after the hoisting of each section of lattice beam is finished, the bolt connection is removed, and the hoisting of the next section of lattice beam can be circularly carried out.
The invention has the following advantages: the invention provides a light lifting appliance for lifting an arch bridge lattice beam cable through improvement, which is divided into three parts, namely a beam body, lifting lugs and splicing plates; the lifting appliance described in the patent has the advantages of light weight, simplicity and convenience in operation and low construction cost. The present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 5, and the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides an arch bridge lattice beam cable hoisting light-duty lifting appliance through improvement, as shown in figures 1-5, which can be implemented as follows;
the lifting appliance is divided into three parts, namely a beam body 1, lifting lugs 2 and splicing plates. The beam body is an I-shaped steel beam formed by welding steel plates, and the steel beam can be designed into a variable cross-section steel beam according to the stress condition; the lifting lug is welded at the end part of the beam body; the splice plates are divided into a web splice plate 3, an upper flange splice plate 4 and a lower flange splice plate 5. According to the stress calculation, bolt holes 7 are drilled in the web plate, the upper flange plate and the lower flange plate of the connecting part of the steel beam and the lattice beam of the lifting appliance, and bolt holes are drilled in the corresponding positions of the splicing plates. All drilling work can be done in the gridwork factory.
Before hoisting, the grid beam hanger is connected with a hoisting point fork lug 6 of a cable crane through a pin shaft and stays above a hoisting position, after the grid beam is transported to the hoisting position, the grid beam is butted with a web plate, a top plate and a bottom plate of the hanger, splicing plates are installed, bolts (common bolts) are screwed, the connection between the hanger and the grid beam is completed, the transverse widening of the grid beam is realized, and the cable crane can start hoisting. After the hoisting of each section of lattice beam is finished, the bolt connection is removed, and the hoisting of the next section of lattice beam can be circularly carried out.
