The invention discloses a positioning and clamping device for machining, which comprises a second sliding block, a positive and negative motor, a workbench, an adjusting mechanism for facilitating clamping according to the size of a workpiece, a rotating mechanism for adjusting a clamping angle and a lifting structure for adjusting the height of the device. The second screw rod rotates through the work of the positive and negative motors, the screw threads are matched, the second sliding block drives the supporting rods to move inwards at the same time, the included angle between the supporting rods is reduced, the supporting rods push the workbench to move upwards, the inner rod moves in the movable cavity at the same time, and the adjustment is convenient according to the height of a worker.
