Fig. 1 to 5 show schematic views of a straight pipe for a cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the straight tube includes a tube assembly 110 and a filter assembly 120 disposed on the tube assembly, the filter assembly 120 being capable of filtering a dusty fluid passing through the tube assembly 110. In detail, the filter assembly 120 is assembled to the tube assembly 110, the tube assembly 120 forms a fluid passage therein, and the filter assembly 120 has an inlet end 125 and an outlet end 126. One end of the fluid channel connected to the inlet end 125 of the filter assembly may be referred to as a fluid outlet of the fluid channel, and one end of the fluid channel connected to the outlet end 126 of the filter assembly may be referred to as a fluid inlet of the fluid channel, that is, the inlet end 125 and the outlet end 126 are respectively communicated with the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet of the fluid channel, so that the dust-containing fluid can be filtered and separated by the filter assembly 120 when flowing through the fluid channel inside the pipe body assembly 110.
The tube assembly 110 may include an upper fitting portion 111, a tube 112, and a lower fitting portion 113 connected to each other. The upper joint part 111 is located above the lower joint part 113 in terms of the placement position of the cleaning apparatus at the time of operation, and the upper joint part 111 is located downstream of the lower joint part 113 in terms of the fluid running direction of the cleaning apparatus at the time of operation. The upper fitting portion 111, the tube 112 and the lower fitting portion 113 are in fluid communication with the interior fluid passageway, the filter assembly 120 may be fitted to any one of the upper fitting portion 111, the tube 112 or the lower fitting portion 113, and the inlet end 125 and the outlet end 126 of the filter assembly 120 are in fluid communication with the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet, respectively. In the present embodiment, the filter assembly 120 is located on the upper joint part 111. The upper joint part 111 may include an upper case 114 and a cover 115, the upper case 114 is connected to the pipe 112, the filter assembly 120 is disposed in the upper case 114, and the cover 115 can rotate about the upper case 114 to open or close the upper case, so that the filter assembly 120 can be exposed.
The cover 115 may be made of a transparent material so that the filter assembly 120 can be directly seen from the outside. Alternatively, the cover 115 may be made of an opaque material. In addition, a hand-held portion 118 may be provided on the cover 115, and the cover 115 may be opened by the hand-held portion 118. The cover 115 may form a portion of the outer wall surface of the upper case 114.
As described above, the filter assembly 120 is disposed in the upper joint part 130 and cleaned, and then the filter assembly 120 may be disposed on the pipe body 112 and the lower joint part 113. In addition, since the outer wall surfaces of the upper and lower joints 111 and 113 are made of plastic and the straight pipe is made of metal, the filter assembly 120 is disposed on the upper and lower joints 111 and 113 for easier processing.
The upper joint part 111 may further include a latch assembly 116 and a hinge part 117, one side of the cover 115 is movably connected to the upper housing 114 through the hinge part 117, and the other side of the cover 115 is latched to the upper housing 114 through the latch assembly 116. The fastening assembly 116 includes a fastening portion 1161 on the cover 115 and a protrusion 1162 on the upper housing 114.

Wherein the inlet end 125 communicates with the fluid outlet of the fluid channel and the outlet end 126 communicates with the fluid inlet of the fluid channel.
One end of the dust-blocking sheet 123 is fixed inside the dust-collecting part 122, the other end of the dust-blocking sheet 123 is freely movable, and the dust-blocking sheet 123 is positioned near the inlet end 125 and can cover the inlet end 125. The filter member is fixed inside the dust collecting member 122 at a position corresponding to the position of the dust blocking sheet 123 and near the outlet end 126. One end of the dust flap 123 is separated from the inlet end 125 by the suction of the negative pressure, and the dust-laden fluid can enter the filter assembly 120 for filtration separation. The area between the dust-blocking sheet 123 and the filter member 121 is used for storing dust, that is, the area between the dust-blocking sheet 123 and the filter member 121 forms a dust collecting area. When no negative pressure suction is applied, the dust blocking sheet covers the inlet end to prevent the separated dust particles from leaking out of the dust collecting area.
The filtering unit 121 may be a filtering unit composed of a filtering mesh and a filtering hypa, a filtering unit composed of a filtering mesh and a cyclone cone, or a filtering mesh made of metal or plastic. In this embodiment, the filter member is made of a metal filter mesh sheet. The filter net is adopted as the filter component, so that the space in the dust collecting area is not excessively occupied. In addition, the filter mesh sheet can not change the direction of the fluid channel and increase the length of the fluid channel.
In order to prevent a large area of dirt such as paper from covering the surface of the filter mesh sheet and blocking the fluid passage, a stopper 124 is provided in front of the filter mesh sheet. The blocking piece is at least one blocking column fixed at a position between two adjacent meshes in the filter mesh sheet. Preferably, the retaining columns can be arranged in a plurality and are evenly distributed on the mesh. When larger-area filths such as scraps of paper move to filter screen under the effect of negative pressure suction, it can contact with a plurality of bumping posts to place filths and can cover on filter screen, can not lead to the fact the jam to fluid passage, do not influence the use.
The invention also provides cleaning equipment which comprises a cleaning head, the straight pipe and a cleaning equipment main machine. The dust-containing fluid entering the cleaning equipment can be filtered for the first time through the filtering component on the straight pipe, and larger dust particles in the dust-containing fluid can be separated out, so that the filtering pressure of the filtering component in a subsequent cleaning equipment host is reduced, and the filtering effect of the filtering component is increased. The external filter component for separating larger dust particles is arranged in the straight pipe, and the internal filter component for separating smaller dust particles is arranged in the cleaning device main body. Wherein, built-in filtering component is located the downstream of external filtering component.
According to the straight pipe for the cleaning equipment and the cleaning equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the filtering component is additionally arranged on the straight pipe, so that the dust-containing fluid can be subjected to pre-filtering before entering the cleaning equipment main machine, larger dust particles in the dust-containing fluid can be separated, the filtering pressure of the filtering component in the subsequent cleaning equipment main machine is reduced, and the filtering effect of the filtering component is increased. In addition, the filter assembly is positioned on the upper joint part, so that dust particles separated from the filter assembly can be cleaned conveniently. In addition, by additionally arranging the blocking piece, the situation that larger-area dirt such as paper sheets and the like covers the surface of the filter net sheet to block a fluid channel can be avoided.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present application have been described, those skilled in the art may make various modifications and alterations to the embodiments of the present application without departing from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present application. Thus, such modifications and variations are intended to be included herein within the scope of this disclosure.
