The oil analysis technology is to take oil used by equipment as an analysis object, reflect the current performance change of lubricating oil by extracting various valuable information contained in the oil, and simultaneously infer the health parameters of the equipment. The important step of oil analysis is to select a proper part for sampling based on the high-frequency fault characteristics and the maintenance frequency of the equipment. The sampling position is mostly the sampling of oil tank department. In the prior art, the devices used for sampling comprise a negative pressure sampler, a sampling bottle and a disposable sampling tube. The existing oil sampling device has the following defects: firstly, the disposable sampling tube is inconvenient to store, and unnecessary external impurities can be introduced into the oil tank; secondly, when the disposable sampling tube is inserted into the oil tank, a plurality of adhesive impurities are arranged around the oil tank opening and possibly brought into the oil tank; when the sampling tube and the sampling bottle are assembled and disassembled, the internal sealing ring is easy to fall off, and the negative pressure sampler cannot form negative pressure in the sampling bottle after falling; fourthly, after the equipment is shut down, the temperature of the extracted oil sample is higher, and scalding is easily caused when the sampling bottle is grasped.
