Abstract

本发明涉及一种烟用框架纸及其激光雕刻工艺,该烟用框架纸包括从下至上依次复合在一起的底纸层(1)、铝箔层(2)和复合水性油墨层,该复合水性油墨层包括数层水性油墨层(3),相邻两水性油墨层(3)之间设置有透明保护层(4),且所有的水性油墨层(3)的颜色均不相同。本发明的优点是:利用激光雕刻在烟用框架纸上雕刻出防伪图案。可根据设计要求是预先多色印刷进行分层雕刻;与传统镂空印刷加工工艺相比,具有更明显的触感效果。解决了镂空印刷时,套印叠边的问题,雕刻时,各层水性油墨层之间互为底色,可使色彩更艳丽。

烟用框架纸及其激光雕刻工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种烟用框架纸及其激光雕刻工艺,涉及烟草包装的防伪领域。
背景技术
目前现有的烟用框架纸大多是满版印刷,个别的定位框架纸在色彩的处理上是一层叠加一层实现的。在加工过程中存在几个问题。首先,图案印刷的时候,图案边缘容易晕染,造成边缘模糊。其次,利用常规的凹印技术,很难实现图案的凹凸感,实现图案凹凸感一般采用直镀加工方式,直接镀铝纸既环保,又节约资源,是理想的包装用纸,但卡纸直接镀铝一直未能实现。卡纸由于自身含水量高,不能直接镀铝,镀铝前若烘干,纸张易变形,且镀铝后回水困难,不能运用在直镀工艺中。还有就是常规的加工方法不能实现触感防伪的功能。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种烟用框架纸及其激光雕刻工艺,本发明的技术方案是:
一种烟用框架纸,包括从下至上依次复合在一起的底纸层(1)、铝箔层(2)和复合水性油墨层,该复合水性油墨层包括数层水性油墨层(3),相邻两水性油墨层(3)之间设置有透明保护层(4),且所有的水性油墨层(3)的颜色均不相同。
所述的底纸层(1)为白卡纸。
一种基于烟用框架纸的激光雕刻工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将铝箔复合到白卡纸上;
(2)进行分层印刷水性油墨层,每一层水性油墨层印刷完毕后进行烘干;
(3)在每一层水性油墨层干燥后进行雕刻,雕刻完成后进行涂覆透明保护层;
(4)重复步骤(2)和步骤(3),直至完成所有水性油墨层的印刷和干燥;
(5)印刷完成后,按照尺寸要求,进行分切;
(6)得到成品。
在所述的步骤(2)中,在对每一层所述的水性油墨层进行烘干时,烘干温度70-90℃。
在所述的步骤(2)中,每一层水性油墨层干燥后的厚度在1μm之内。
在所述的步骤(5)中,分切后的烟用框架纸为宽度90-100mm的卷盘。
在所述的步骤(3)进行雕刻时,雕刻机的横向定位根据跟踪线、定位块或者纸边进行定位;竖向定位利用雕刻机的下切步距进行定位。
在所述的步骤(2)中,每一透明保护层的厚度为1μm~2μm。
本发明的优点是:利用激光雕刻在烟用框架纸上雕刻出防伪图案。可根据设计要求是预先多色印刷进行分层雕刻;与传统镂空印刷加工工艺相比,具有更明显的触感效果。解决了镂空印刷时,套印叠边的问题,雕刻时,各层水性油墨层之间互为底色,可使色彩更艳丽。

参见图1,本发明涉及一种烟用框架纸,包括从下至上依次复合在一起的底纸层1、铝箔层2和复合水性油墨层,该复合水性油墨层包括数层水性油墨层3,相邻两水性油墨层3之间设置有透明保护层4,且所有的水性油墨层3的颜色均不相同,在本发明的实施例中,以四层水性油墨层为例。
所述的底纸层1为白卡纸。
本发明还涉及一种基于烟用框架纸的激光雕刻工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将铝箔复合到白卡纸上;
(2)进行分层印刷水性油墨层,每一层水性油墨层印刷完毕后进行烘干;
(3)在每一层水性油墨层干燥后进行雕刻,雕刻完成后进行涂覆透明保护层;
(4)重复步骤(2)和步骤(3),直至完成所有水性油墨层的印刷和干燥;
(5)印刷完成后,按照尺寸要求,进行分切;
(6)得到成品。
在所述的步骤(2)中,在对每一层所述的水性油墨层进行烘干时,烘干温度70-90℃。
在所述的步骤(2)中,每一层水性油墨层干燥后的厚度在1μm之内。
在所述的步骤(5)中,分切后的烟用框架纸为宽度90-100mm的卷盘。
在所述的步骤(3)进行雕刻时,雕刻机的横向定位根据跟踪线、定位块或者纸边进行定位;竖向定位利用雕刻机的下切步距进行定位。
在所述的步骤(2)中,每一透明保护层的厚度为1μm~2μm。
本发明的原理是:利用激光雕刻在烟用框架纸上雕刻出防伪图案,通过底纸层、铝箔层、水性油墨层和透明保护层的整体配合,透明保护层起到保护水性油墨层的作用,水性油墨层由于水性油墨气味更小,而且具有良好的化学耐抗性和耐磨性,同时也减少了油墨洇纸现象,各层水性油墨层之间互为底色,可使色彩更艳丽;可根据设计要求是预先多色印刷后进行分层雕刻;与传统镂空印刷加工工艺相比,具有更明显的触感效果。

Claims (8)

1.一种烟用框架纸,其特征在于,包括从下至上依次复合在一起的底纸层(1)、铝箔层(2)和复合水性油墨层,该复合水性油墨层包括数层水性油墨层(3),相邻两水性油墨层(3)之间设置有透明保护层(4),且所有的水性油墨层(3)的颜色均不相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种烟用框架纸,其特征在于,所述的底纸层(1)为白卡纸。
3.一种基于权利要求1或2所述的一种烟用框架纸的激光雕刻工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将铝箔复合到白卡纸上;
(2)进行分层印刷水性油墨层,每一层水性油墨层印刷完毕后进行烘干;
(3)在每一层水性油墨层干燥后进行雕刻,雕刻完成后进行涂覆透明保护层;
(4)重复步骤(2)和步骤(3),直至完成所有水性油墨层的印刷和干燥;
(5)印刷完成后,按照尺寸要求,进行分切;
(6)得到成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的激光雕刻工艺,其特征在于,在所述的步骤(2)中,在对每一层所述的水性油墨层进行烘干时,烘干温度70-90℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的激光雕刻工艺,其特征在于,在所述的步骤(2)中,每一层水性油墨层干燥后的厚度在1μm之内。
6.根据权利要求3所述的激光雕刻工艺,其特征在于,在所述的步骤(5)中,分切后的烟用框架纸为宽度90-100mm的卷盘。
7.根据权利要求3所述的激光雕刻工艺,其特征在于,在所述的步骤(3)进行雕刻时,雕刻机的横向定位根据跟踪线、定位块或者纸边进行定位;竖向定位利用雕刻机的下切步距进行定位。
8.根据权利要求3所述的激光雕刻工艺,其特征在于,在所述的步骤(2)中,每一透明保护层的厚度为1μm~2μm。
