the system also comprises a visual detection auxiliary system for detecting the position relation between the power supply to be assembled and the computer, wherein the visual detection auxiliary system can perform feedback control on the power supply grabbing and posture adjusting assembly mechanism and the computer positioning mechanism.

(1) the quick assembling device for assembling the computer power supply can realize automatic assembling of the computer power supply, and in the assembling process, a vision system is utilized for auxiliary control, the power supplies to be assembled are sequentially conveyed one by one through the power supply conveying mechanism, the power supply grabbing and posture adjusting mechanism grabs the power supply conveyed out by the power supply conveying mechanism and adjusts the assembling posture, and the computer positioning mechanism can position and clamp the computer to be assembled so as to facilitate accurate and quick loading of the power supply grabbing and posture adjusting assembling mechanism, ensure the efficiency and reliability of computer power supply assembling and improve the assembling accuracy and precision;
(2) the power supply grabbing and posture adjusting assembly mechanism not only can grab a power supply, but also can adjust the horizontal position, the horizontal angle and the vertical angle of the power supply when adjusting the posture, so that the assembly precision is effectively ensured;
(3) the computer adopts the fixed clamping piece and the movable clamping piece to perform rough clamping and positioning, can ensure the reliability of clamping the assembly end of the computer, simultaneously can reduce the clamping force on the processor part of the computer and reduce the adverse effect on the clamping of the computer.

The power supply conveying mechanism comprises a conveying base 1, a conveying line 2 and a conveying motor 3, wherein the conveying base is provided with the conveying line 2 extending at a certain gradient, the conveying line 2 is driven by the conveying motor to convey, and the gradient of the conveying line is 5-10 degrees.
