The existing garbage treatment on the breeding plate mostly adopts manual dumping and washing, the operation is complex, the working efficiency is low, the cleaning quality of the breeding plate is difficult to ensure, the quality of breeding again is greatly influenced, and the use requirements of people are difficult to meet, so that the research on the poultry breeding garbage treatment equipment is necessary.

The invention aims to solve the problems of labor consumption and low efficiency in the prior art, and provides poultry breeding garbage treatment equipment.

2. according to the invention, the continuous conveying of a plurality of breeding plates is realized by means of the conveying chain plates, when the breeding plates pass through the garbage treatment device, the air cylinder drives the mounting sleeve to move downwards, then the servo motor drives the driving gear to rotate so as to realize the overturning and garbage dumping operation of the breeding plates, the dumped garbage falls into the crushing chamber through the material guide plate, and the crushing roller crushes the garbage, so that the operation is simple and convenient, and the efficiency of the poultry breeding garbage treatment is greatly improved;
3. when the breeding tray is conveyed to the inner side of the washing device by the conveying chain plate after garbage dumping is finished, water is sprayed out of the water spray nozzles under the action of the water pump to wash the breeding tray, and the positions of the water spray nozzles can be adjusted by driving the water dispersing vessel to move through the second air cylinder, so that comprehensive washing operation of the breeding tray is realized, and the washing quality of the breeding tray is well guaranteed;
4. after the breeding plate is washed, the breeding plate is conveyed to the inner side of the air drying device through the conveying chain plate, and hot air is sprayed out of the air spraying heads under the action of the air pump to realize air drying operation of the breeding plate, so that the breeding plate is convenient to store, and further, the poultry can complete breeding operation again.

As shown in fig. 1 and 5, in the present embodiment, basically the same as in embodiment 1, preferably, the air drying device 6 includes a second work frame 61, a second mounting frame 62 is fixedly connected to an upper portion of a rear side wall of the second work frame 61 through a screw, a third air cylinder 63 is fixedly connected to a top surface of the second mounting frame 62 through a screw, an output end of the third air cylinder 63 penetrates through the rear side wall of the second work frame 61, and is fixedly connected to an end portion of the second work frame 64 through a screw, an air spraying pipe 65 is connected to one end of the air spraying pipe 64 away from the third air cylinder 63 through a through hole, an air spraying head 66 is installed on the top surface of the air spraying pipe 65, an air heater 67 is further fixed to a rear side of an outer top surface of the second work frame 61, an output end of the air heater 67 is connected to an air inlet pipe 68 through a further installed on the air inlet pipe 68, and a second hose 610 is further connected between a single end of the air inlet pipe 68 and the air spraying pipe 64 through a through hole.
The air injection pipe 65 is provided with a plurality of air dispersing dishes 64 which are evenly distributed on the side wall of one end of the air cylinder III 63, and the air injection head 66 is provided with a plurality of air injection pipes which are evenly arranged on the top surface of the air injection pipe 65.
In this embodiment, after the water washing of the breeding tray is completed, the breeding tray is conveyed to the inner side of the air drying device 6 by the conveying chain plate 2, and then the hot air is ejected from the air nozzle 66 by the air pump 69 to realize the air drying operation of the breeding tray, so that the storage of the breeding tray is facilitated, and the poultry can complete the breeding operation again.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 1, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, and preferably, four mounting seats 1 are provided and are fixed on the working surface in a rectangular shape.
The temporary fixing mechanisms 3 are provided in plurality and uniformly distributed on the conveying chain plate 2.
In this embodiment, the temporary fixing mechanism 3 is provided with a plurality of and evenly distributed on the conveying chain plate 2, so that the continuous processing operation of the breeding plate is realized, and the processing efficiency of the breeding plate is greatly improved.
Example four
As shown in fig. 2, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, and preferably, the pressing spring 312 is provided in plurality and uniformly arranged between the inner side of the material guiding funnel 311 and the top surface of the bottom plate 31.
In this embodiment, the plurality of pressing springs 312 are uniformly disposed between the inner side of the material guiding hopper 311 and the top surface of the bottom plate 31, so that the material guiding hopper 311 is more stable when shaking.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in this embodiment, basically the same as that of embodiment 1, preferably, the conveying chain plate 2 is disposed in the strip-shaped chute 42, and both sides of the guide hopper 311 extend to the upper end position of the guide plate 45.
In this embodiment, two sides of the material guiding hopper 311 extend to the upper end of the material guiding plate 45, so that the garbage can be conveniently guided into the crushing chamber 43, and the garbage can be completely crushed.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the present embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, and preferably, centers of the tumble gear 310 and the drive gear 410 are both on the same vertical plane.
The material guide plates 45 are disposed by inclining the center side of the recovery base 41 outward and downward.
In this embodiment, the centers of the flipping gear 310 and the driving gear 410 are both located on the same vertical plane, so that the driving gear 410 can smoothly mesh with the flipping gear 310 right below after moving down.
EXAMPLE seven
As shown in fig. 4, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, preferably, a plurality of spray pipes 55 are provided and uniformly distributed on the side wall of the water dispersion vessel 54 at the end away from the second cylinder 53, a plurality of water mist nozzles 56 are provided and uniformly installed on the top surface of the spray pipe 55, and the front and rear water mist nozzles 56 are inclined toward the center of the spray pipe 55.
In this embodiment, water smoke shower nozzle 56 all is equipped with a plurality ofly and evenly installs on spray pipe 55 top surface to realize breeding the comprehensive washing operation of dish, fine assurance breeding the abluent quality of dish.
