The following describes embodiments of the present application in detail.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a first parking lot management method according to an embodiment of the present application, where an execution subject is a parking lot server, and the parking lot management method includes:
step 101: when the distance between a vehicle and an entrance of a parking lot is smaller than or equal to a first threshold value, vehicle information to be driven into the parking lot is acquired, and the vehicle information comprises at least one of the following: the license plate number of the vehicle and the identity of the vehicle.
The parking lot can be an independent network car booking parking lot only allowing network car booking parking, and can also be a mixed parking lot allowing network car booking and non-network car booking parking.
The first threshold value can be user-defined, and can also be user-defined by the parking lot server.
The identity of the vehicle is used for indicating that the vehicle is an online car appointment or a non-online car appointment.
Specifically, an embodiment of the parking lot server acquiring the vehicle information to be driven into the parking lot may be: when the distance between the vehicle and the entrance of the parking lot is smaller than or equal to a first threshold value, the license plate recognition instrument acquires a target image of the vehicle, wherein the target image comprises a license plate number and/or an identity of the vehicle; the license plate recognition instrument executes license plate number recognition operation on the target image to obtain the license plate number of the vehicle; the license plate recognition instrument executes identification operation on the target image to obtain the identification of the vehicle; the license plate recognition instrument sends the license plate number and/or the identity of the vehicle to a parking lot server; and the parking lot server receives the license plate number and/or the identity of the vehicle sent by the license plate recognition instrument.
Step 102: and determining whether the vehicle is a network car reservation or not according to the vehicle information.
In one possible example, determining whether the vehicle is a network appointment based on the vehicle information includes:
sending request information carrying the license plate number of the vehicle to a network car booking server, wherein the request information is used for indicating the network car booking server to feed back result information whether the vehicle is the network car booking or not;
receiving the result information, and determining whether the vehicle is the network appointment or not according to the result information;
or determining that the vehicle is the online car appointment under the condition that the online car appointment identification set stored by the parking lot server comprises the identification of the vehicle.
The precondition that the request information carrying the license plate number of the vehicle is sent to the network car booking server is that the parking lot server does not store the mapping relation between the license plate number and the network car booking.
Further, the network car booking server stores the mapping relation between the license plate numbers and the network car booking, and after receiving the request information, the network car booking server determines whether the license plate numbers of the vehicles exist in the plurality of network car booking license plate numbers or not; if yes, determining that the vehicle is an online car booking, and sending result information that the vehicle is the online car booking to a parking lot server; if not, determining that the vehicle is a non-network car reservation, and sending result information that the vehicle is the non-network car reservation to the parking lot server.
Optionally, in a case that the parking lot server stores a mapping relationship between the license plate numbers and the online appointment vehicles, determining whether the license plate numbers of the vehicles exist in the plurality of online appointment vehicle license plate numbers; and if so, determining that the vehicle is the network appointment vehicle.
Optionally, under the condition that the parking lot server does not store the mapping relationship between the license plate number and the online car booking, sending first request information to the traffic information server, wherein the first request information comprises the license plate number of the vehicle, and the first request information is used for indicating the traffic information server to feed back first result information whether the vehicle is the online car booking or not; receiving the first result information, and determining whether the vehicle is a network appointment vehicle according to the first result information.
Step 103: and under the condition that the vehicle is the network car reservation, determining whether the parking lot has free parking spaces of the network car reservation.
Specifically, each network car booking parking position of the parking lot is provided with a license plate recognition instrument, and when the network car booking parking position is provided with a network car booking parking position, the license plate recognition instrument reports the license plate number of the network car booking parking position on the network car booking parking position to a parking lot server; when the network appointment parking position does not park the network appointment vehicle, the license plate recognizer reports to the parking lot server that the network appointment parking position does not park the network appointment vehicle, and the implementation mode that the parking lot server determines whether the parking lot has the vacant parking space of the network appointment vehicle can be as follows: sending a plurality of second request information to a plurality of license plate recognition instruments, wherein the second request information is used for indicating whether the license plate recognition instruments feed back second result information of whether the networked car-booking parking positions have networked car-booking parking; receiving a plurality of second result information transmitted for a plurality of second request information; and determining whether the network appointment vacant parking spaces exist in the parking lot according to the plurality of second result information.
Step 104: if yes, executing network car booking management operation, wherein the network car booking management operation comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of sending a starting instruction to a gate of the parking lot entrance, starting a parking charging operation on the vehicle, determining a parking position of the vehicle and sending the parking position to an associated device of the vehicle.
The parking lot server starts the parking charging operation of the vehicle, wherein the parking lot server records the driving-in time when the vehicle drives into the parking lot.
The association equipment of the vehicle comprises a vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle and/or at least one mobile terminal which has a binding relationship with the vehicle.
Further, after the parking lot server determines the parking location of the vehicle, the parking lot server may also transmit the parking location to a display device, which may be an LED display screen, at the entrance of the parking lot or within the parking lot.
In one possible example, the parking lot is a single-floor parking lot, the single-floor parking lot includes a plurality of network car appointment parking areas, each network car appointment parking area includes parking positions of a plurality of network car appointment models, and determining the parking position of the vehicle includes:
determining a first network appointment vehicle type corresponding to the vehicle according to the license plate number of the vehicle;
determining that at least one vacant parking space corresponding to the first network car booking vehicle type exists in the plurality of network car booking parking areas;
and taking the parking position with the minimum distance from the exit of the single-layer parking lot in the at least one vacant parking space as the parking position of the vehicle.
Specifically, the embodiment that the parking lot server determines the first network appointment vehicle type corresponding to the vehicle according to the license plate number of the vehicle may be: and under the condition that the mapping relation between the license plate number and the networked car type is stored in the parking lot server, taking the networked car type corresponding to the license plate number of the car as a first networked car type. Under the condition that the parking lot server does not store the mapping relation between the license plate number and the online car booking type, third request information carrying the license plate number of the vehicle is sent to the online car booking server, and the third request information is used for indicating the online car booking server to feed back third result information of a first online car booking type corresponding to the vehicle; receiving third result information sent aiming at the third request information; and determining a first network car booking model corresponding to the vehicle according to the third result information.
Further, under the condition that no vacant parking spaces corresponding to the first net car saving type exist in the plurality of net car saving parking areas, whether at least one vacant parking space corresponding to the target net car saving type exists in the plurality of net car saving parking areas is determined, the difference value between the parking position size corresponding to the target net car saving type and the parking position size corresponding to the first net car saving type is smaller than or equal to a set value, namely the parking position corresponding to the target net car saving type can park the net car saving corresponding to the first net car saving type; and if so, taking the parking position with the minimum distance from the exit of the single-layer parking lot in the at least one vacant parking space as the parking position of the vehicle.
In one possible example, the parking lot is a multi-story parking lot, each of the multi-story parking lots including parking locations of a plurality of cyber-appointment vehicle types, and determining the parking location of the vehicle includes:
determining a second network appointment vehicle type corresponding to the vehicle according to the license plate number of the vehicle;
acquiring the estimated time for the network appointment passengers corresponding to the vehicles to arrive at the multi-layer parking lot;
determining the number of target parking layers corresponding to the estimated time length according to the mapping relation between the time length and the number of parking layers;
and under the condition that at least one vacant parking space corresponding to the second network car reservation type exists in the target parking layer number, taking any one of the at least one vacant parking space as the parking position of the vehicle.
The embodiment in which the parking lot server determines the second network car-booking type corresponding to the vehicle according to the license plate number of the vehicle is the same as the embodiment in which the parking lot server determines the first network car-booking type corresponding to the vehicle according to the license plate number of the vehicle, and the description is omitted here.
Specifically, the embodiment of the parking lot server acquiring the estimated time for the online car booking passenger corresponding to the vehicle to arrive at the multi-storey parking lot may be: sending fourth request information carrying the license plate number of the vehicle to the network car booking server, wherein the fourth request information is used for indicating the network car booking server to feed back the speed of a network car booking passenger corresponding to the vehicle and the current distance between the vehicle booking passenger and the multilayer parking lot; receiving the speed of the networked car booking passenger and the current distance to the multi-storey parking lot sent aiming at the fourth request message; and determining the estimated time for the networked car booking passenger to arrive at the multi-storey parking lot according to the speed of the networked car booking passenger and the current distance between the networked car booking passenger and the multi-storey parking lot. The implementation of the network car booking server acquiring the speed of the network car booking passenger corresponding to the vehicle may be as follows: acquiring the running distance of the networked car booking passenger in a preset time period; and determining the speed of the networked car booking passenger according to the driving distance in the preset time period and the duration of the preset time period.
The mapping relationship between the duration and the number of parking layers is shown in the following table 1:
TABLE 1

Step 204: if yes, executing network car booking management operation, wherein the network car booking management operation comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of sending a starting instruction to a gate of the parking lot entrance, starting a parking charging operation on the vehicle, determining a parking position of the vehicle and sending the parking position to an associated device of the vehicle.
Wherein, steps 201 to 204 refer to the above-mentioned related descriptions of steps 101 to 104, and are not described herein.
Step 205: determining that the vehicle is parked at the parking location.
Specifically, an embodiment of the parking lot server determining that the vehicle is parked at the parking position may be: determining a target license plate recognition instrument corresponding to the parking position; receiving license plate numbers reported by a target license plate recognition instrument; and determining that the vehicle is parked at the parking position under the condition that the license plate number reported by the target license plate recognition instrument is the same as the license plate number of the vehicle.
Step 206: and when the distance between the vehicle and the exit of the parking lot is smaller than or equal to a second threshold value, acquiring a parking charging standard corresponding to the parking position and a target parking period of the vehicle.
The second threshold value may be user-defined, or may be user-defined by the parking lot server.
The target parking period refers to a period from an entrance time when the vehicle enters the parking lot to an exit time when the vehicle exits the parking lot.
In one possible example, obtaining the charging criteria corresponding to the parking position includes:
under the condition that the parking lot is the single-layer parking lot, determining a charging standard corresponding to the parking position according to a mapping relation among the network car booking vehicle type, the network car booking area, the parking time period and the charging standard;
and under the condition that the parking lot is the multilayer parking lot, determining the charging standard corresponding to the parking position according to the mapping relation among the network car booking type, the parking layer number, the parking time period and the charging standard.
Wherein the parking periods include peak parking periods and off-peak parking periods.
The mapping relationship among the network car booking vehicle type, the network car booking area, the parking time interval and the charging standard is shown in the following table 2:
TABLE 2
Wherein A is1>A2=A3>A4>B1>B2=B3>B4The unit of the charging standard is as follows: yuan hourly.
The net appointment vehicle type comprises a vehicle type 1 and a vehicle type 2, and the area of the net appointment parking position corresponding to the vehicle type 1 is larger than the area of the net appointment parking position corresponding to the vehicle type 2.
The network car booking area refers to a parking area where a network car booking parking position where the vehicle parks, the network car booking area comprises a parking area 1 and a parking area 2, and the distance between the parking area 1 and an exit of the parking lot is less than the distance between the parking area 2 and the exit of the parking lot.
The mapping relationship among the networked car booking model, the number of parking layers, the parking time interval and the charging standard is shown in the following table 3:
TABLE 3
Wherein, C1>C4>C2>C5>C3>C6>D1>D4>D2>D5>D3>D6The unit of the charging standard is as follows: yuan hourly.
The net appointment vehicle type comprises a vehicle type 1 and a vehicle type 2, and the area of the net appointment parking position corresponding to the vehicle type 1 is larger than the area of the net appointment parking position corresponding to the vehicle type 2.
The parking layer number refers to the number of layers of the multilayer parking lot where the networked car reservation parking position where the vehicle is parked, and the parking layer number comprises a first layer, a second layer and a third layer.
Step 207: and determining the parking fee of the vehicle according to the parking charging standard and the target parking time interval.
Specifically, the parking lot server may determine the parking fee of the vehicle according to the parking charging criteria and the target parking period in an embodiment of: determining a first duration of the target time period during peak parking hours and a second duration of the target time period during off-peak parking hours; determining a first parking fee for the vehicle during peak parking hours and a second parking fee for the vehicle during off-peak parking hours, respectively; the sum of the first parking fee and the second parking fee is used as the parking fee of the vehicle.
Step 208: and sending the parking fee to the associated equipment.
Step 209: and when the parking fee is detected to be successfully paid, sending an opening instruction to a gate machine at the exit of the parking lot.
Further, the vehicle payment for parking fee includes at least one of the following: cash payment, electronic payment, non-inductive payment, and parking fee payment prestored by a parking lot management platform.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, in the case that the vehicle to be driven into the parking lot is a network car reservation, the parking lot server determines whether there is a vacant parking space of the network car reservation in the parking lot, and if so, performs a network car reservation management operation (sending an open instruction to a gate machine at an entrance of the parking lot, starting a parking charging operation for the vehicle, determining a parking position of the vehicle, and sending the parking position to a device associated with the vehicle), in the case that the vehicle is parked at the parking position before being driven out of the parking lot, determines a parking fee for the vehicle to be driven out of the parking lot, and sends the parking fee to the device associated with the vehicle, and when it is detected that the parking fee is successfully paid, sends an open instruction to the gate machine at the exit of the parking lot. The network car of reserving a car is allowed to drive into the parking lot and the network car of reserving a car appointed parking position that drives into the parking lot for the network car of reserving a car is parked at appointed parking position, when the network car of reserving a car drives out the parking lot, and the parking fee of the network car of reserving a car is paid and receive successfully, the network car of reserving a car is allowed to drive out the parking lot, the control that the network car of reserving a car drives in (drives out) the parking lot has been realized like this, the network car of reserving a car management efficiency in parking lot has been improved simultaneously, and then the current not smooth problem of the network car of reserving a car in the parking lot has been solved to a certain extent.
