The method of claim 1, wherein an enterprise administrator logs on to the enterprise service subsystem and enters the announcement issuing unit for announcement filling and enters the property repair unit for repair information filling; and after logging in the park management subsystem, the park administrator enters the property management unit to publish property information.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the property fee is confirmed and paid by a property fee payment unit of the enterprise service subsystem after the enterprise manager logs in the enterprise service subsystem.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the employee of the enterprise logs in the employee service subsystem and then the license plate number, the fee confirmation and the payment can be performed through the parking payment unit of the employee service subsystem.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the campus manager logs in the campus management subsystem and then changes the number of the enterprises in the enterprise management unit in a manner of adding, deleting and updating the enterprise information, and the campus manager processes the repair information of the enterprises in the repair confirmation unit.

the second login module comprises a second login password input unit, a third login password generation unit and a second login password verification unit, the storage module comprises a synonym database and a wanted criminal database, the information bulletin subsystem comprises a property information bulletin unit, an enterprise information bulletin unit and an early warning information bulletin unit, the enterprise service subsystem comprises a bulletin publishing unit, a property repair unit, a property payment unit and a response unit for receiving a visit request, the employee service subsystem comprises a parking payment unit, the park management subsystem comprises a property management unit, an enterprise management unit and a repair confirmation unit, the public service cabinet is connected with the park access control system and used for controlling the access control system, and the public service cabinet comprises a control unit, an identity verification unit, a display unit, an information viewing unit, a password verification unit, the system comprises a visit request unit, a query unit, a time setting unit and a time calculating unit, wherein the visit request unit is connected with the response unit, the identity verification unit is connected with the storage module, and the control unit is respectively connected with the identity verification unit, the display unit, the information checking unit, the visit request unit, the query unit, the time setting unit and the time calculating unit.
9. The intelligent campus community public service platform of claim 8, wherein the public service cabinets are further provided with a storage battery, and the storage battery is connected with the control unit.
