本发明涉及陶粒制造技术领域,特别涉及一种高强度陶粒及用于烘干陶粒的烘干装置,包括分步烘干机,所述分步烘干机包括与进料装置连接的破碎统一部和设于所述破碎统一部下方的加热烘干部,所述加热烘干部外接出料装置,所述破碎统一部设有与破碎电机所述破碎电机带动连接的旋转主轴,所述旋转主轴上连接横向破碎杆,所述横向破碎杆上圆周阵列设置多个破碎凸出刀刃,所述旋转主轴下端与筛选楼板连接且连接处设有能够跟随所述旋转主轴转动的二级破碎件。本发明将烘干步骤拆解为筛选破碎,将大小不一的陶粒破碎成统一大小的陶粒,再对陶粒进行烘干,解决在烘干时小粒容易产生裂痕,大粒可能由于加热程度不到位而残留过多的水分的问题。

一种高强度陶粒及用于烘干陶粒的烘干装置
技术领域
本发明涉及陶粒制造技术领域,特别涉及一种高强度陶粒及用于烘干陶粒的烘干装置。
背景技术
陶粒砂因其具备保温隔热、吸水率低、抗冻性能和耐久性能好等优点,常常被用来取代混凝土中的碎石和卵石,其生产原料很多并且易得,通常是利用各类粘土、板岩、页岩、煤矸石、及工业固体废弃物等多种原料,经过陶瓷烧结而成。陶粒砂在制粒之后,一般要经过烘干工序,但是由于制粒时无法保证陶粒大小一致,无法大批量统一均匀加热烘干,故在烘干时小粒容易产生裂痕,大粒可能由于加热程度不到位而残留过多的水分。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处本发明提供一种高强度陶粒及用于烘干陶粒的烘干装置,本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种用于烘干陶粒的烘干设备,包括分步烘干机,所述分步烘干机包括与进料装置连接的破碎统一部和设于所述破碎统一部下方的加热烘干部,所述加热烘干部外接出料装置,所述破碎统一部设有与破碎电机所述破碎电机带动连接的旋转主轴,所述旋转主轴上连接横向破碎杆,,所述横向破碎杆上圆周阵列设置多个破碎凸出刀刃,所述旋转主轴下端与筛选楼板连接且连接处设有能够跟随所述旋转主轴转动的二级破碎件。
作为本发明的优选,所述横向破碎杆一端与所述旋转主轴连接,另一端与所述破碎统一部内壁连接。
作为本发明的优选,其特征在于,所述破碎统一部内壁设有环形连接槽,所述环形连接槽底部设有向上凸出的齿牙,所述横向破碎杆端部处设有连接齿轮,所述连接齿轮与所述齿牙咬合。
作为本发明的优选,所述二级破碎件向下设有二级破碎刀刃,所述二级破碎刀刃与所述筛选楼板接触。
作为本发明的优选,所述二级破碎件上向下设有转动杆,所述转动杆插入所述筛选楼板上的环形传动槽并与设于所述筛选楼板下方的传动齿轮。
作为本发明的优选,所述传动齿轮向下连接辅助翻滚装置,所述辅助翻滚装置包括连接在所述传动齿轮上的连接杆和与所述加热烘干部的烘干板连接的铲件。
作为本发明的优选,所述所述筛选楼板下端与所述加热烘干部连接处设有齿轮环,所述齿轮环包括向所述加热烘干部内部凸出设置的凸出齿牙,所述凸出齿牙与所述传动齿轮的齿牙咬合。
作为本发明的优选,所述加热烘干部内接加热装置。
一种高强度陶粒,通过一种用于烘干陶粒的烘干设备进行烘干,由以下成分组成:硅灰石粉20-30份、晶质石墨粉10-20份、轻质陶粒50-60份、水20-30份。
作为本发明的优选,陶粒直径为0.5~1.2cm,含水量为10%~18%。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过设计分步烘干机,将烘干步骤拆解为筛选破碎,将大小不一的陶粒破碎成在一定范围内统一大小的陶粒,再进一步对陶粒进行烘干,解决在烘干时小粒容易产生裂痕,大粒可能由于加热程度不到位而残留过多的水分的问题。

下面将结合附图,通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
如图1-3所示,一种用于烘干陶粒的烘干设备,其特征在于,包括分步烘干机2,所述分步烘干机2包括与进料装置1连接的破碎统一部21和设于所述破碎统一部21下方的加热烘干部22,所述加热烘干部22外接出料装置3,所述破碎统一部21设有与破碎电机5所述破碎电机5带动连接的旋转主轴4,所述旋转主轴4上连接横向破碎杆41,所述破碎电机5带动所述旋转主轴4轴向转动,在所述旋转主轴4上的横向破碎杆41跟随所述旋转主轴4转动,在陶粒粗料进料后,对陶粒粗料进行初步的破碎,所述横向破碎杆41上圆周阵列设置多个破碎凸出刀刃42,所述旋转主轴4下端与筛选楼板6连接且连接处设有能够跟随所述旋转主轴4转动的二级破碎件7。由于初步破碎可能存在破碎不完全,则需要再次在破碎统一部21底部进行二级破碎,通过二级破碎统一到符合规格的陶粒尺寸后通过所述筛选楼板6进入到所述加热烘干部22进行烘干,保证所有陶粒能大批量的进行烘干。
本发明通过设计分步烘干机2,将烘干步骤拆解为筛选破碎,将大小不一的陶粒破碎成在一定范围内统一大小的陶粒,再进一步对陶粒进行烘干,解决在烘干时小粒容易产生裂痕,大粒可能由于加热程度不到位而残留过多的水分的问题。
所述横向破碎杆41一端与所述旋转主轴4连接,另一端与所述破碎统一部21内壁连接。所述破碎统一部21内壁设有环形连接槽211,所述环形连接槽211底部设有向上凸出的齿牙,所述横向破碎杆41端部处设有连接齿轮411,所述连接齿轮411与所述齿牙咬合。并且所述横向破碎杆41跟随所述旋转主轴4转动同时,所述连接齿轮411在所述环形连接槽211内转动,所述连接齿轮411转动过程中,由于齿轮齿牙和连接槽齿牙的配合,带动横向破碎杆41做周向转动。
所述二级破碎件7向下设有二级破碎刀刃71,所述二级破碎刀刃71与所述筛选楼板6接触。
所述二级破碎件7上向下设有转动杆72,所述转动杆72插入所述筛选楼板6上的环形传动槽61并与设于所述筛选楼板6下方的传动齿轮8。所述传动齿轮8能够围绕环形传动槽61进行转动,利用繁花曲线原理,在所述传动齿轮8上除圆心以及齿轮边际外的任意一处设置辅助翻滚装置9,使得所述辅助翻滚装置9的行动路线尽可能的边际整个所述烘干板221。其中,所述烘干板221中也设有多各过滤孔,允许符合要求的陶粒下落,下落至收集区,并通过收集区后通过出料口传输至下一设备中。
如图4所示,所述传动齿轮8向下连接辅助翻滚装置9,所述辅助翻滚装置9包括连接在所述传动齿轮8上的连接杆81和与所述加热烘干部22的烘干板221连接的铲件82。所述铲件82具有与陶粒接触用来摊平以及移动陶粒的清扫部,清扫部使得陶粒能在所述烘干板221上均匀受热。
所述加热烘干部22内接加热装置0。加热装置0用于供热烘干,在本实施例中选择为插入加热棒,通过插入加热棒来对陶粒加热烘干。
实施例2
一种高强度陶粒,通过一种用于烘干陶粒的烘干设备进行烘干,其特征在于,由以下成分组成:硅灰石粉20-30份、晶质石墨粉10-20份、轻质陶粒50-60份、水20-30份。
陶粒直径为0.5~1.2cm,含水量为10%~18%。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于烘干陶粒的烘干设备,其特征在于,所述破碎统一部(21)内壁设有环形连接槽(211),所述环形连接槽(211)底部设有向上凸出的齿牙,所述横向破碎杆(41)端部处设有连接齿轮(411),所述连接齿轮(411)与所述齿牙咬合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于烘干陶粒的烘干设备,其特征在于,所述二级破碎件(7)向下设有二级破碎刀刃(71),所述二级破碎刀刃(71)与所述筛选楼板(6)接触。
