In the description of the present invention, unless otherwise indicated, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a shock mount, including a support plate and a shock absorber, wherein: the support plate is connected with the damper for supporting the vibration mass, the damper includes at least a first damper 6 and a second damper 5 which are capable of elastically deforming to reduce vibration, the first damper 6 is stiffer than the second damper 5, and the shape of the first damper 6 is capable of restricting the deformation amount of the second damper 5 when reducing vibration.
The shock mount may be disposed between the vibrating body and the support, support the vibrating portion, and reduce vibration transmission. Be connected with two kinds of shock absorbers in the backup pad that is arranged in supporting the vibration animal among the above-mentioned structure, first shock absorber 6 and second shock absorber 5 homoenergetic reduce vibration through elastic deformation, reduce unit resonance and noise, and the rigidity of first shock absorber 6 is great, and its shape can restrict the deformation volume of second shock absorber 5 when reducing vibration, guarantees that the shock attenuation support has better shock attenuation and supporting performance, comparatively stable support vibration animal when reducing vibration transmission to lower part support object.
The second damper 5 may be made of an elastic material to have better elasticity, and as an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first damper 6 includes a damper portion 61 made of a rigid material, and the damper portion 61 has a circular ring shape.
The first damper 6 is made of a rigid material, such as steel, and mainly uses the annular shape to deform and reduce vibration when receiving pressure, and uses the rigidity of the material to play a good supporting role. The material and the shape of the first damper 6 are combined to have a good damping and supporting effect.
Since the damper portion 61 is circular in shape, in order to ensure a better connection with the support plate, as an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the first damper 6 further includes a support portion 62 made of a rigid material, and the support portion 62 is connected to the periphery of the damper portion 61 and connected to the support plate.
The supporting part 62 has the functions of connecting the damping part 61 with the supporting plate, playing a good supporting role on the supporting plate and ensuring the stability of the structure; secondly, the vibration of the vibrating object on the support plate can be transmitted to the first damper 6, and the vibration can be reduced by the damper portion 61. The support 62 is also made of rigid material to enhance the support and vibration transmission.
In the first damper 6, when the annular damper portion 61 is operated, the vibration energy generated by the vibration member is absorbed by its own shape and structure, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing vibration.
Wherein, referring to fig. 5, three dimensional parameters of the annular damper portion 61, the radius r, the width b, and the thickness t are related to the rigidity and the yield force of the first damper 6. Since the initial rigidity of the annular damper 61 is proportional to the width b, inversely proportional to the radius third power r 3, and proportional to the thickness third power t 3, the yield force of the damper 61 is proportional to the thickness square t 2, and thus the influence of the radius r and the thickness t of the damper 61 on the initial rigidity and the yield force is remarkable. When setting the radius and thickness of the damper portion 61, the damper portion 61 should have a certain yield force to ensure the damping performance on the premise of having a certain rigidity to ensure the supporting performance, comprehensively considering. Through researches, when the radius r of the annular damping portion 61 is 0.2mm, the thickness t of the damping portion 61 can be obtained to be 0.04m, and the damping portion 61 and the supporting portion 62 cooperate to play a role in better damping and supporting.

Preferably, referring to fig. 4, the supporting portion 62 in the present embodiment is arranged with two at intervals in both the upper semicircle and the lower semicircle of the annular damper portion 61; the supporting parts 62 positioned at the upper part and the lower part of the damping part 61 adopt the structure, on one hand, the matching structure of the horizontal section 622 and the inclined section 621 can enlarge the contact area between the damping part 61 and the supporting plate and the supporting area of the supporting plate, ensure the stability of the structure, and transmit the vibration to the other damper below to enable the damper to play a role of reducing the vibration; on the other hand, the extending structure of the inclined section 621 can increase the height of the first damper 6 without increasing the radius and thickness of the damper portion 61, thereby satisfying the requirement of the vibrator for the supporting height.
As an alternative embodiment, the rigidity of the damper portion 61 is equal to the rigidity of the support portion 62, and the overall rigidity of the first damper 6 is equivalent, improving the support performance.
As an alternative embodiment, the second damper 5 in this embodiment is a spring damper and/or a rubber damper. The two shock absorbers are prior art and the structure thereof will not be described here. When the spring damper works, vibration generated when a vibrator such as a motor or a fan runs is transmitted to the spring damper through the supporting plate, so that rubber damping in the spring damper is caused to generate vibration, diluted vibration energy is reached, and the vibration is reduced to be transmitted to the next stage.
Both the two shock absorbers have good shock absorption performance, but the elastic deformation quantity is large, so that a good supporting effect is difficult to achieve. The damping bracket in the embodiment cooperates the second damper 5 with the first damper 6 with certain rigidity to limit the elastic deformation quantity, thereby playing a good role in damping and supporting.
As an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first and second dampers 6 and 5 are disposed around the support plate, and the first and second dampers 6 and 5 are alternately arranged at each side of the support plate.
The two different types of shock absorbers adopt the arrangement mode, have stable structure, can balance the rigidity and the yield force of the structure, and have both supporting and shock absorbing performances.
As an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the support plate in this embodiment includes a first support plate 3 and a second support plate 4 arranged at a top-bottom interval, wherein the first support plate 3 is connected to upper ends of a first damper 6 and a second damper 5, and the second support plate 4 is connected to lower ends of the first damper 6 and the second damper 5.
The first support plate 3 is used for supporting the vibration mass, and the first damper 6, the second damper 5 and the second support plate 4 form a first-stage damper device. Referring to fig. 6, in the process that vibration generated by the vibrator is transferred to the second support plate 4 through the first support plate 3 and the first and second dampers 6 and 5, the vibration intensity generated by the vibration source is weakened for the first time, and vibration energy is absorbed by the annular damper portion 61 and the second damper 5 (spring damper).
As an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 3, a third damper 7 is connected to a lower portion of the second support plate 4, and the third damper 7 is identical to either the first damper 6 or the second damper 5 or is different from both the first damper 6 and the second damper 5. As shown in fig. 3, the third damper 7 in the present embodiment is a spring damper or a rubber damper identical to the second damper 5, or a damper of another structural form is also adopted.
The third damper 7 serves as a second-stage damper device. Referring to fig. 6, the second support plate 4 transmits the vibration to the third damper 7 through the second-stage damper device, in which the vibration is again damped. In this embodiment, the shock mount has set up two-stage damping device, and when vibration thing such as compressor was operated, through secondary damping effect, greatly reduced vibration transmission to the support, reduced the noise that the compressor during operation produced, also reduced simultaneously and vibrated the animal and produced the possibility of resonance with the support.
In order to increase the structural strength of the support plates, as an alternative embodiment, the sides of the first support plate 3 and the second support plate 4 are each provided with a burring structure 41.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a compressor unit including a compressor and the above shock mount, the shock mount supporting the compressor.
In the above shock-absorbing bracket, the compressor unit is in operation, see fig. 6, and the generated vibration is sequentially transmitted from the motor 1 and the fan 2, the first support plate 3, the first-stage shock-absorbing device, the second-stage shock-absorbing device, and the foam board base bracket (support). Through secondary shock absorption, vibration and noise generated during unit operation are greatly reduced, and the possibility of unit resonance is reduced. Simple structure, convenient assembly can solve the noise and the resonance problem that the unit produced when the operation well.
The particular features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples in this specification.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art will readily recognize that variations or substitutions are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
