Therefore, the invention provides an isolation device for a floor drain, which is simple in operation and can filter sundries and isolate odor and insects in a sewer.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an isolation device for a floor drain, which solves the problems that most of the existing floor drain filters are simple filter screens at inlets for filtering, and most of the existing floor drain filters are not provided with an isolation device additionally and cannot isolate odor and insects in a sewer, so that the sewer is isolated and filtered.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an isolation device for a floor drain, which comprises a shell, wherein a floor drain sealing gasket is arranged at the top of the shell, the floor drain sealing gasket is downwards sunken to form a top plate groove, a through groove communicated with the shell is arranged in the top plate groove, and a lower filter box penetrates through the through groove and is at least partially positioned in the shell; a pressing buckle mechanism is arranged in the shell, and the lower filter box can be clamped in the shell through the pressing buckle mechanism;
a through hole is formed in the inner wall of the shell, one end of the air release pipeline is communicated with the through hole, and the other end of the air release pipeline penetrates through the floor drain sealing gasket and extends to the outside of the floor drain sealing gasket;
the inner wall of the shell is provided with a clamping groove, the outer wall of the lower filter box is provided with a clamping piece, and at least part of the clamping piece is clamped in the clamping groove.
Preferably, the pressing buckle mechanism comprises a side plate arranged on the inner wall of the shell, a spring is arranged on the side plate, a connecting column is arranged at the upper end of the spring, a contact block is arranged at the lower end of the clamping piece, and when the underlying filter box moves downwards, the contact block presses the connecting column to enable the spring to be pressed downwards, so that at least part of the clamping piece is clamped in the clamping groove.
Preferably, a filter disc is arranged inside the shell;
the filter sheet is at least partially positioned below the through hole.
Preferably, the top of the lower filter box is provided with a closed floor drain sealing sheet;
and a sealing ring is arranged on the floor drain sealing sheet, and at least part of the sealing ring can be pressed in the top plate groove.
Preferably, the outer wall of the lower filter box is provided with a plurality of first filter holes and second filter holes along the vertical direction;
the first filtering holes and the second filtering holes are distributed at equal intervals along the annular array of the lower filtering boxes;
the first filtering hole is at least partially positioned at the upper end of the floor drain sealing gasket.
Preferably, the first filter hole has a rectangular hole structure, and the second filter hole has a circular hole structure.
Preferably, a plug cover is arranged at one end, located on the floor drain sealing gasket, of the slow gas pipeline, and an opening of the slow gas pipeline is connected with the plug cover through threads;
and a gasket is arranged at the joint of the slow gas pipeline and the plug cover.
Preferably, a pull ring is arranged at the upper end of the floor drain sealing sheet at the top of the lower filter box.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
As shown in fig. 1-4, an isolation device for a floor drain comprises a housing 1, a floor drain sealing gasket 2 is arranged at the top of the housing 1, the floor drain sealing gasket 2 is recessed downwards to form a top plate groove 3, a through groove communicated with the housing 1 is arranged in the top plate groove 3, and a lower filter box 4 penetrates through the through groove and is at least partially positioned in the housing 1; a pressing buckle mechanism is arranged in the shell 1, and the lower filter cartridge 4 can be clamped in the shell 1 through the pressing buckle mechanism; a through hole is formed in the inner wall of the shell 1, one end of the air slow pipeline 7 is communicated with the through hole, and the other end of the air slow pipeline penetrates through the floor drain sealing gasket 2 and extends to the outside of the floor drain sealing gasket 2; a clamping groove 8 is formed in the inner wall of the shell 1, a clamping piece 9 is arranged on the outer wall of the lower filter box 4, and at least part of the clamping piece 9 is clamped in the clamping groove 8; in actual operation, the lower filter cartridge 4 penetrates through the through groove and is at least partially positioned in the shell 1, when water is drained, the lower filter cartridge 4 is at least partially ejected out of the shell 1 through the pressing and buckling mechanism, wastewater flows into the lower filter cartridge 4 for filtering, when the water volume is large and the air buffering is not smooth, the air buffering effect can be achieved through the air buffering pipeline 7, and after the water is drained, the lower filter cartridge 4 can be clamped in the shell 1 through the pressing and buckling mechanism, so that the floor drain can be sealed; this an isolated device for floor drain has solved current floor drain and has filtered that it is mostly a simple filter screen at the entrance, filters, does not set up isolated device in addition mostly, unable isolated smell and the worm in the sewer to the realization is to the isolated and filterable problem of sewer.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the lower filter cartridge 4 to be clamped inside the housing 1 by the press fastening mechanism and enable the lower filter cartridge 4 to be at least partially ejected out of the housing 1 by the press fastening mechanism, the press fastening mechanism includes a side plate 5 disposed on an inner wall of the housing 1, a spring 10 is disposed on the side plate 5, a connection post 11 is disposed at an upper end of the spring 10, and a contact block is disposed at a lower end of the clamping member 9, and when the lower filter cartridge 4 moves downward, the contact block presses the connection post 11 to press the spring 10 downward, so that the clamping member 9 is at least partially clamped in the clamping groove 8.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, in order to achieve a better filtering effect, the housing is provided with a filter sheet 6 inside;
the filter sheet 6 is at least partially located below the through hole.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to isolate the sewer from the outside after the lower filter cartridge 4 is clamped in the casing 1, a sealed floor drain sealing sheet is arranged on the top of the lower filter cartridge 4;
and a sealing ring is arranged on the floor drain sealing sheet, and at least part of the sealing ring can be pressed in the top plate groove 3.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate drainage and perform wastewater filtration to avoid clogging of a sewer, the outer wall of the lower filter box 4 is provided with a plurality of first filter holes 13 and second filter holes 14 along a vertical direction;
the first filter holes 13 and the second filter holes 14 are distributed at equal intervals along the annular array of the lower filter box 4;
the first filtering hole 13 is at least partially positioned at the upper end of the floor drain sealing gasket 2.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to filter the waste water and prevent the waste water from being easily clogged, the first filter holes 13 have a rectangular hole structure, and the second filter holes 14 have a circular hole structure; in the actual drainage process, the waste water flows in from the first filtering holes 13, and impurities are filtered inside the lower filtering box 4 through the second filtering holes 14.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, in order to seal the slow gas pipeline 7 after water is drained, a plug cover 12 is arranged at one end of the slow gas pipeline 7, which is positioned at the floor drain sealing gasket 2, and an opening of the slow gas pipeline 7 is connected with the plug cover 12 through threads;
and a gasket is arranged at the joint of the slow gas pipeline 7 and the plug cover 12.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
