Abstract
The invention provides a crankshaft polishing and deburring device which comprises a feeding device, and a straight hole deburring device, an oil hole deburring device, a polishing device and a cleaning and drying device which are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of a workpiece, wherein the oil hole deburring device comprises a crankshaft clamping and rotating mechanism and a drill bit control mechanism, the crankshaft clamping and rotating mechanism comprises a base, a rotating mechanism and a clamping mechanism, and a sliding connection mechanism matched with a sliding rail and a sliding block is arranged between the rotating mechanism and the base. The crankshaft deburring machine is provided with a straight hole automatic deburring station, an oil hole automatic deburring first station, an oil hole deburring second station, an automatic polishing station and an automatic cleaning and drying station, and the corresponding cleaning steps are completed when a crankshaft passes through one processing station.

Patent document CN102653072A discloses a "deburring device for engine crankshaft oil hole", which has a good deburring effect, but cannot be connected with the previous machining process of the engine crankshaft, has a low automation degree, and cannot realize continuous production.
Patent document CN104816042A discloses a "robot high-pressure balance deburring device and method", in the technical scheme, the robot deburring is adopted, the reliability and controllability of deburring are improved, and the attachments on the surface of the crankshaft are cleaned in a high-pressure water spraying manner, but the robot deburring device is only used for completing the deburring process, and continuous production cannot be realized.

The invention particularly provides a crankshaft polishing and deburring device which comprises a feeding device, and a straight hole deburring device, an oil hole deburring device, a polishing device and a cleaning and drying device which are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of a workpiece, wherein the oil hole deburring device comprises a crankshaft clamping rotating mechanism and a drill bit control mechanism, the crankshaft clamping rotating mechanism comprises a base, a rotating mechanism and a clamping mechanism, a sliding connection mechanism matched with a sliding rail and a sliding block is arranged between the rotating mechanism and the base, the rotating mechanism comprises a motor and a connecting rod connected with the rotating shaft of the motor, the clamping mechanism is positioned at the tail end of the connecting rod of the rotating mechanism, the clamping mechanism is a hole seat matched with the crankshaft and provided with a wedge key, the drill bit control mechanism comprises a drill bit, a mounting plate, a fixing plate and a connecting plate positioned between the mounting plate and the fixing, mounting panel sliding connection can follow vertical upper and lower direction and slide on the connecting plate, connecting plate sliding connection can follow the horizontal direction and slide on the fixed plate, the drill bit sets up in the bent axle top perpendicularly.
Preferably, the feeding device comprises a chain plate feeding line and a truss manipulator which is positioned above the chain plate feeding line and clamps the crankshaft to move between the devices.
Preferably, the straight hole deburring device comprises a crankshaft mounting seat, a fixing mechanism, a drill bit mounting seat and a drill bit.
Preferably, a sliding rail and a sliding block matched with the sliding rail are arranged between the drill bit and the drill bit mounting seat, the drill bit is arranged on the sliding block, and the drill bit mounting seat is further provided with a driving and reversing motor for controlling the drill bit to move in the horizontal direction.

As shown in fig. 5, the straight hole deburring device 2 includes a crankshaft mounting seat 21, a fixing mechanism 22, a drill mounting seat 23 and a drill 24, a slide rail 25 and a slide block 26 matched with the slide rail are arranged between the drill 24 and the drill mounting seat 23, the drill 24 is arranged on the slide block 26, and the drill mounting seat 23 is further provided with a driving and reversing motor 27 for controlling the drill to move in the horizontal direction. The fixing mechanism 22 comprises a crankshaft holding device 28, a slide rail 25 and a driving and reversing motor 27, wherein the holding device 28 is arranged on the slide rail 25 and is fixedly connected with the driving and reversing motor 27. The fixing mechanism 22 further comprises a pressing device 28, and the pressing device 28 comprises a pressing motor and a pressing plate 29 connected with the pressing motor. And the mounting plate and the fixing plate of the drill bit control mechanism are both provided with a forward and backward motor for controlling the drill bit to move.
As shown in fig. 6, the polishing apparatus 4 includes a crankshaft fixing seat 41, a polishing motor 42 and a motor mounting seat 43, the motor fixing seat 41 is provided with a transverse slide rail 44, a longitudinal slide rail 45 and a forward/backward motor 47 for controlling the transverse and longitudinal movement of the motor 42 and its mounting seat, and a grinding wheel 48 is provided on a driving shaft of the polishing motor 42.
The crankshaft deburring machine is provided with a straight hole automatic deburring station, an oil hole automatic deburring first station, an oil hole deburring second station, an automatic polishing station and an automatic cleaning and drying station, and the corresponding cleaning steps are completed when a crankshaft passes through one processing station.
